I placed a mid-morning call to see whether I could get a balloon delivery for a same-day birthday celebration. I looked at Everydays website the night before to select the arrangement I wanted, then called to check the availability of my arrangement and confirm the colors. The woman who answered the phone was super-nice and really worked to help me identify an alternative to the website-featured color pattern. And while she couldnt specify a time, she assured me that they would be able to provide a same delivery. Everyday Flowers and Balloons REALLY DELIVERED, not only creating an arrangement that looked even better (to me) than the one on the website, but delivered the balloons by 2 pm! The transaction was painless, the birthday boy was thrilled and I was over-the-moon! I had to call directly and thank them for their efforts! I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend Everyday to Everyone!

They provided an immediate full refund when a 3rd party delivery service (for remote locations) dropped the ball and lost my order. Not only did they refund me, but they also said they will find a different company for remote/rural deliveries. I appreciate them making things right, and plan on giving them future business.

The lady I dealt with could not have been more friendly or helpful and the wonderful selection of beautiful flowers I got was perfectly arranged. I am very happy to know this shop (which is a bit out of my way) but I will be back for sure. Really excellent!

The staff I spoke to on the phone were so helpful, and I was able to put in the order online. They delivered the flowers and balloons on the same day and sent a photo to confirm the delivery.

Ordered the “Kitty in a Box” floral arrangement with a Get Well Mylar balloon for my daughter after she had shoulder surgery, and it was delivered the next day looking exactly like the picture on the website! Victor and Susan are prompt, friendly, and really know their flowers. They deliver locally and this was a great service as their beautiful arrangement was received fresh by the giftee at the date and time appointed. They provide the added service of sending an email confirmation with a photo of the delivery for peace of mind. Its good to have a reliable local florist on the Peninsula.

I ordered two flower arrangements to be delivered to my sister for her new home. They were both gorgeous and exactly as pictured online, which was very helpful given that I am across the country. The customer service was excellent- very friendly and easy to work with. I would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them!!

The polka dot balloons were so beautiful. I asked if the balloons could be delivered earlier. A quick call back and is was arranged at a reasonable price. I received a receipt showing the delivery address right after I placed the order. The delivery person took a photo of my daughter opening the door. So wonderful the the delivery was nicely confirmed. A great experience.

Friendly, dependable serviceUnable to celebrate a birthday with a family member, we ordered a balloon bouquet online. So many to choose from! The order was delivered perfectly on time, and they looked as great as pictured on the website (Ive not always had that be true with other places.) Excellent quality and not simply at all. The delivery person sent us a confirmation of delivery and a photo of the birthday boy - that was nice surprise! As a side note, there was an accidental billing error, and when I called them about it, they were genuinely concerned, resolved the problem immediately, confirmed the resolution with an email and a phone call. Cant beat that for friendly service. Id definitely order from them in the future.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a floral delivery company. I went through an online website that farmed my order out to them. This was a sympathy order so I was expecting it to go off without any issues. I ordered on a Sunday and paid extra for it to arrive the following Monday. When I talked to the person that was supposed to receive it on Tuesday night, she didnt have anything there, even though I received a confirmation email. I called first thing on Wednesday and the website said they would call Everyday Flowers. Their response was that they left it on the porch and even took a photo. I asked them to send me a photo of the porch and I told them that it wasnt the right porch. After further review of the photo Everyday sent us, we found out it was the neighbor around the corner with the same street number. Everydays response was that they needed a picture of the recipient’s porch. The recipient wasnt home so she was going to take it later that night. When she got home, her neighbor came by and brought them to her and apologized for not bringing them over sooner. First off, the flowers had been sitting in the sun for two days, second, they were two days late and I paid for next day delivery. I let Everyday know someone brought them by and they in turn accused me of lying because we miraculously found the flowers before we could send a photo. I sent them a photo of the porch later but I really felt like I shouldn’t have to justify myself. They could go on Google maps and see they left it on the wrong porch. When I called the website, they were floored with the level of service I received. They gave me my money back as well as a future discount and they will be filing an official complaint against Everyday. I will NEVER be using such a horrible company again. The level of service is unfathomable. They never apologized for the mistake and then they called me a liar. Steer clear of these scumbags.

Five minutes drive away from me, but the flowers were not delivered on time. I live in a Condo but apparently they think this is a Business! They said I was Closed on Sat and Sunday!What? We are never closed we live upstairs! Use the Call Box! We were home. Then days later got a call to deliver: took over an hour! We are 5 minutes up the road. Terrible!

Called and ordered a Birthday Bouquet for my girlfriend. Had it delivered to her work, needless to say it made her day! The bouquet was beautiful and weeks later still looked good. Definitely recommend.
