Cant beat the customer service here or the work done always reliable and I know I am not getting charged extra because Ed always explains what needs to be done and why then shows me the parts afterward so I can see what he was talking about

Completely unprofessional, bad me wait a week just to tell me he doesnt want to work on electrical, having me chase around an imaginary call. Then tells me he has a guy that works on electrical, and will call me back?
