Amazing oil change but they will try to upsell you with high cost for parts in repairs and intimidate you to try to repair your car. Your car probably needs repair but no reason to be intimidated into it.All in all maybe go there for the oil but dont expect to do the repair there. Its not for the faint of heart.

The woman on the phone was not able to provide me with a price that would work for me and then put me on hold too long. Better customer service and ease of getting a price would have made you me do business with you.

I scheduled a appointment with Midas, my car was with them for almost 2 hours. So they can call me to me they couldn’t service my car!!! I scheduled to have my wheel alignment done. And a middle age man was trying to force me to get a diagnostic ran on my suspension which was $200. I refused him from doing it, then he refused doing the wheel alignment on my car! Saying it was the issue that was wrong with me. I took my car to pep boys two days later, told them what was wrong with my car, and what I needed done. They got the job done and 2 hours. My car needed a wheel alignment and two new rear tires. When Midas was going to charge me $200 just for a diagnostic test for my suspension when it had nothing to do with the issue of my car

I clearly stated I needed a tire repair, a middle aged man offered more services which I kindly rejected. Was asked to come back in 2 hours only to be told it was going to cost $243 for a new tire because it was unrepairable (mind you it was only a nail). He should have called before we waited 2 hours. The place across the street repaired our tire in 5 minutes for only $35.

2.2k to fix a windshield wiper. They broke our car and then charged to fix it, but guess what? The Dontissud was never fixed. $2.2k later and we still have a broken windshield wiper.Dont ever trust the manager, get the invoice in writing before reviewing any charges, review all issues in person or take a video of the issue before dropping off car. Complete scam.

This is a long overdue review. We went there the very moment it opened. The wife called and left a message prior so upon arrival, the manager addressed us by name which is very pleasant. It was a great service and the way they handled our car put our worries at ease. They went the extra mile on the diagnosis. Its nice to know that we have a place to trust our car with .

The worst customer service experience. I came in to replace a head light. While they were fixing it (and while I was away from the shop), they called me to tell me my engine air filter needed to be replaced, and that my license plate bulb was also out. I went ahead and gave the thumbs up on the filter, but little did I know that I had it replaced two months before at the dealership. They knew I didnt need a replacement, but went ahead and tried to squeeze out their profits. Watch out for this common auto shop scam. They didnt even show me the dirty filter. They also gave me an absurd quote of $75-plus dollars to replace the license plate bulb (which takes about 5 minutes, but wanted to charge 0.4 hours of labor). Wasnt stupid enough to fall for this one. After I left the shop with my headlight fixed, I noticed it was significantly dimmer than my other one. You couldnt really tell with the naked eye, but the more I drove in the dark the more I noticed it.I came in to tell Midas about the dimness. Alex, the manager, first came off defensive by asserting drivers side lights are always dimmer without even looking at the car. He then walked with me to the car, and had his assistant stare at the lights from two feet away and said the light works. I told them you cant tell with the naked eye, but kept pushing that it worked (it didnt). I asked for a digital brightness test (which they dont have), and then used their amazing technology by putting a piece of cardboard in front of the lights. Now the dimness was obvious, but were still refusing to admit fault. Alex is possibly the worst person in customer service, and I had to lecture him on good practices. He came off defensive, arrogant, and confrontational.I asked to speak to the owner, and Alex and his team said, You dont want to talk to him, hes worse. They didnt give me his contact info. When I said they needed to improve, Alex said, how about you take your car and never come back to Midas again?Welp, at least you got the last thing right, Alex. Im never coming back.

To be fair my car is about 15 years old so it would have issues, regardless what follows is my experience.I went in for an oil change, they told me it would be about 35 min, Im one of 2 customers so there really shouldn’t be any delay. About 30 minutes later I’m told there is an issue which needs my attention. Im taken under the car where I am shown the threads to the oil plug. The mechanic says: “I just unscrewed the oil plug, it came out really easily so I looked inside and the threads are all stripped.” In my head I think this is a complete lie. If the threads were stripped like he is showing me, the car oil would drain out in 5 miles, but that oil has been in there for the last 3k miles. I make a small fuss, but given no grounds to accuse anyone of anything I don’t accuse anyone of anything and will just pay for $175 to rethread the pan and get a new plug (I think $175 is steep but what am I going to do, my car is on their jack, wheels off (for a tire rotation) and has no oil.).They finish the oil change (which just went from $45 to $220). At the end he tells me about the visual inspection they did and there are a few other things he would like to mention. He listed about 10 things. Now the car is old, 15 years old, and he listed a few things which I knew I needed to get done anyway, but one thing really stood out: drive belt and tensioner, quoted at almost $200 to replace. They tell me that along with 9 other items I need to replace something which I had just had replaced 2 months ago. This is why am I writing this review. To recap: (1) 30 minutes after beginning my oil change they tell me they just removed the oil plug (which is like step 2 in the process) and saw that it is stripped. 30 minutes into the process is when you should be putting the oil plug back in, which is exactly when you would strip the threads. (2) They tried to sell me something which I had just had done 2 months ago. Yes the car is old, but this specific part I just had replaced!!!

Zero stars. They gave me the most bogus estimate for my 03 Camry (multiple ks) and did not guarantee that it would fix the problem I had at the time. And which Midas charges a diagnostic fee ($170) for a misfiring engine. Do not go here!!!
