After waiting on hold for 25 minutes and 45 minutes with the Honda dealership and a different AutoZone location, respectively, these folks picked up the phone right away and encouraged me to come in to evaluate my car battery and determine whether I needed a replacement. No COVID-19 closure; no were all booked up today, so we cant see your car until Monday.I came in and was seen within a few minutes, having expected to wait over an hour. The technician who helped me didnt speak much English, and I dont speak any Spanish, so we had a delightful time muddling through with Google Translate. Both of us were cheery and in good spirits, despite the car batterys failure having been very stressful for me, derailing my schedule for the day.The technician, whose name I failed to get, was super helpful. He determined that the battery itself was dead/dying, and that it wasnt simply the corrosion. He replaced the battery, cleaned up the corrosion, and I was on my way less than 30 minutes after I walked in.What a phenomenal experience. Im likely to return specifically to this location if I need more car parts/service in the Bay Area.

Be careful. Placed an online order for an in stock item. They didnt have it in stock. Wasted a good portion of my time waiting for the confirmation email when I could have gone somewhere else to get the part.

Very limited staff members for all the customers on that moment. Phone was not stop ringing and ringing. They need to hire more people and increase salary thats the main reason why people quite they jobs.

Was able to get what i wanted and be out of there in no time great place.

Dont bother with the curbside pickup. Order confirmation email for same-day pickup said an order ready email would arrive. Two days later, no email, had to call and confirm its ready. Drove over, no answer after a couple minutes of ringing. Wait 10 minutes, call again, get put on hold. Gave up after over 20 minutes sitting on hold. Tried again later off-peak, well be out in 5 minutes. Nope. Over 30 minutes later, nothing. Called again, itll be right out. Finally, another 10+ minutes later, someone brought my order out. 5 phone calls, 2 trips, and over an hour sitting in the parking lot just for one small item.

This place is amazing. 2 employees whom I wish I had their names went above and beyond to help me. I watched a YouTube video on how to fix air conditioning in a Honda Civic. This place helped me so that it only cost $15 to fix my car ac. I’m so grateful to them. Please give this place your business. They were my angels in disguise.

Great service, fair prices. I needed a new car battery installed on my Honda Accord. They previous battery was installed poorly by a different mechanic. Enrique and Torri were able to take out the old battery despite it being a tough job, and get the new one installed properly. Would highly recommend .

The cashiers were so helpful and literally helped me through the entire process. All I needed was a replacement h7 bulb and I was in and out in 7 minutes. I had gone down the street to O’reilly earlier that day, and had the worst experience with no actual help from the O’reilly staff. Don’t make the same mistake I did and just go to Autozone first!

Shelves are empty. I went there to buy a battery charger, and out of six different chargers that were theoretically for sale, only one was actually on the shelf. Everything else was empty.Useless.

I went to change the battery of my car. And I had no support at all.

I dont recommend. Of the three staff members I saw, two were wearing their masks under their chin (face uncovered completely) and the third was wearing his mask with nose completely exposed.As far as service, I also had a poor experience. I went it for a simple OBD scan as my check engine light was on. I followed the directions on the scanner, and got Error multiple times on the readout.I went back inside and told a staff member that it was giving me an error - the staff member took the device, hooked it up to the computer, and told me that my car was a completely different Year and Model, and that it had a different issue than what was actually wrong.I pointed out that the car Year and Model were off, and the staff member went out to my car, still no mask on. He got in my car, played with my steering wheel like he was driving a racecar, and then got my code. As he walked off he was swinging the OBD sensor like it was a toy.Given the lack of face coverings (all other businesses Ive been in lately require this) and unprofessional behavior in general, I wouldnt recommend this AutoZone.

I came here to get my car battery replaced. I was worried I’d have to do it on my own, but I literally found an angel there who helped me. Literally because the man’s name was Angel. He was so lovely. He checked my battery to make sure it was indeed flat and then replaced it for me. Thank you, Angel. Your kindness is not unnoticed.

Im going to have to give this particular AutoZone to Stars reason being I needed help finding a particular item in the gentleman at the counter was not very eager to help me look for it he basically said its back there somewhere and you can find it. Being that I am at the customer service and I give my customers 100 and 10% to keep them satisfied I felt that that was very rude I will not be returning to this particular AutoZone now this might not be for every worker there for my experience was bad I will not say his name on here

Hands down have had great customer experiences here with A woman whom is Parts Manager (she is excellent) and a latino man little heavier set possibly manager or temp one from another location, me and my brother race boats and fix boats so during the season we have to have lots of various items we purchase through them and with great customer service as most the receipts get wet or become illegible from the weather and grind ive had only one hard time returning some spark plugs through the guy.. but it was not his fault my id was thrashed and had numbers which they couldnt hell me in that case which was the star under 5.. had there been just an open return policy as it is other stores that could be avoided so i returned them elsewhere since the policy wouldnt allow it that one time

I had a check engine light on they checked it they discovered the part I bought the part I put it on it fix the problem Jesus was excellent super guy super knowledgeable!!! I dont know where I would have been without them! Thank you Jesus!!!!

Jose L. is the assistant manager at this auto zone, and he was very kind and helpful. I am a first time car owner, and I needed a smog check on a car that hadnt been driven in 10 years, the very same day as I went into auto zone. He was kind enough to show me what fluids I needed, what precautions I needed to take dealing with an older car, and even came outside and SHOWED ME WHERE ON MY CAR EVRYTHING GOES. I couldnt have asked for anything more. He was so kind, and patient, and I passed the smog!!!!! I highly recommend him and this store😊

Popped in the buy oil. Took nearly 10 minutes to check out. A clerk was helping a customer and when he finished, he leaves the register and roams the store picking up several items. He did not acknowledge the customers waiting, state he would be right back or any communication. Finally, someone from the back comes out, asks if anyone just needs to pay and go, and I was able to check out. Maybe they need a self service check out.

Although very helpful theyre not use to online returns. It took a VERY long time to return one online item at $35.00.

Love this chain - they always have what I need, but this particular store is a disaster. Employees somehow manage to surprise me every time I come in. They installed wiper blades the opposite way with the longer one sticking out on the side and left it like that. Then kept ignoring me at the checkout and made me wait a long time while they had people available. Save your mood for the day and go to another store - it’s not worth the hustle.

I called the store to see if they have an item in stock. Guy picks up the phone and starts speaking in Spanish. I tell him I only speak English and then he immediately hangs up the phone and ignores all my calls. Why put a non-english speaker on phone duty??

This place used to be decent. Today we went around 6 or 7pm to replace our battery. Rude, inattentive staff except for one guy who offered a flashlight on his break. But everyone was on break at the same time to smoke pot right in front of the door and the guy at the counter was rude and unwilling to help. We were told the battery tester was not working. They kept giving us the wrong tools to remove the battery too, and tried to charge us to get our original battery back from them immediately after trading it for a new one.

If they had windshield washer fluid concentrate, then I would have rated them five star.
