Jerry was recommended to me by one of my friends -- he did a phenomenal job! For $750 total he fixed my bumper, the alignment, the paint, and installed a new taillight, now it all looks as good as new! He also provided pickup and drop off at my house so it was extremely convenient. He was communicative throughout the process and had a fast turnaround. Trustworthy and reliable, very happy with my choice.

I would recommend Jerry and his service. There was a dent on my cars hood, and I brought it to Jerry. Jerry offered two options and would like to try the cheaper one first. And he did the trick! He claimed he fixed 98% of the problem but to me I cannot see any defects! Whole process, from calling to make appointment, to I drove away my like-new car, only took me 1.5 hr. I hope no one would need to have their car repaired, but if unfortunately you do, please consider this place.

Very happy with the experience overall. Jerry was straightforward in assessing the damage to the car and took the job right away at what seems a fair price. He worked quickly and delivered the car in 2 days as promised. I had asked him if he could take a look at a side issue, which he did and communicated very well on whether he d be able to fix it, how much and how long it would take. When I picked up the car, I noticed a slight patch that was still rough and he immediately agreed to have this polished again. Ill bring the car back for that.

He is very friendly guy. My car’s front bumper, side panel and headlight was badly damaged. I had my car repaired for a good price compared to other body shop centers. It looks completely new and works perfectly well now. I would recommend ace body shop to everyone.

After my accident I needed an estimate immediately so I called around to several local auto shops. Ace is the only shop that could give me an estimate that very day and not only that, Jerry came out to my house to do the estimate within hours of my initial call! He was prompt, professional and the entire process was easy and painless. I even ended up renting a car from him which worked out really well! Jerry was very helpful throughout the entire process with insurance and pretty much deal with a lot of it so I didn’t have to, which freed up my time to look for a new car. Oh and he even came and personally delivered items that I left in my old car! Talk about customer service! I would highly recommend to anyone to use Ace AutoBody, they went above and beyond and I’m more than satisfied with my entire experience with them.

I had brought my truck in to have two large scratches fixed. Jerry was very quick to get my truck in for repairs, but he absolutely rushed the job and brought my truck back not washed. It still had masking tape and paper it,had parts not put back on which I asked him to do. He was not able to able to get the graphics for my truck which I did myself, had contacted him to let him know that I had the graphics for him to apply. But I have a problem with the work he had done. Over time the scratches came back out and I can still see them. He obviously did not do the job right, totally rushed it. Been trying to get him to fix the problem, but he has no time to show up at the appointment to take my truck to fix his shotty work. I would recommend not taking your vehicle here, save your time, your money, and a whole lot of grief.Update Update Update Update UpdateAs a paying customer its our right to give a bad review when we receive bad customer service. I did so and let this guy know I was not going to use his services anymore. He decided to argue with me till midnight via text. He is very rude and disrespectful, I would highly recommend not going to get your car fixed with him. He claims that you will pay half the price of what other shops will charge, but what he doesnt tell you is that your car will be fixed half right. Do yourself a favor and go to reputable shop and pay the higher price . At least the job will be done right.

Jerry is the absolute BEST.I called him to fix my fender that had come off. He came to see at my house less than half an hour later on his way to the shop and determined he could quickly fix it in my own driveway. He did the work within a few hours of my initial phone call and left my minivan looking as good a new. His quote was more than reasonable and already quoted me on my second car and I can’t wait for him to fix it for me. Extremely professional and his work is amazing.
