The staff here was very friendly. I like that you can upload a PDF online and then they print it at the store for you. Good service.

Had the pleasure of being helped by Richard who was on loan from the Hawthorne location. We were very fortunate to be helped by him because the other two didn’t seem as pleasant, reason for 4 stars. Probably won’t come back to this location, but today was good.

I hate to lose my time and a bad review is a pain in the....but I have to write down my experience with Fedex (Redondo Beach). As I was sent by Fedex (HawthorneBlvd in Torrance) as they were out of CDs to burn. Urgently, I had to have this CD leave for the East Coast the same day. So I was at 11 am at RB Fedex telling a tall black guy that it was important to have this done asap. He said it will be done by 4pm and it should be fine because the deadline for Washington, DC was 4:30pm. I insisted anyway to have it by 2pm? 3pm? We will call you ! See, I already had to do it last week and I knew that 1 CD takes around 20 min to burn but without anybody assistance, so the employee could be attending someone else during the process. Is there no way to have it done before ? Really!😤I came back at 4:10pm, let my kid in the car outside thinking it would take 5 min to send. Boy! was I wrong! The morning guy was nowhere to be found and the work was not done! I was livid! I had to reorganize my afternoon, run, run, run, and this 🤬 guy did not even make sure that the job was done. Shame on him! Joe stepped up but only finished it at 4:40pm ! I ran to the post office !😡Definitely go to the Torrance one 🥰!

We ordered a banner from them - dead on arrival. The location initiated a refind, but they never admitted it was their fault in spite of the fact that I gave them bulletproof evidences. They keep telling me Its not what we delivered.

I dont usually post bad reviews, but as a matter of principle, I feel obliged to do so in this instance. We brought two fragile lamps to this branch specifically so that they would professionally pack them and ship them safely to another state. The lamps cost $1,200 each. By the time they reached their destination, both lamps were broken (shattered/destroyed). I spoke repeatedly to people at FedEx headquarters and at the branch, but they refused to refund more than $100 per damaged box (a total of $200 out of $2,400). I.e., I lost $2,200 in value by shipping with them. In retrospect, I shouldnt have trusted this branch to pack the lamps safely enough, but I thought they were professional packers and that they would inform me if they had doubts about their packing abilities or if the lamps couldnt be shipped from their store. I came to them because I thought they were professionals. If they had told me it was risky, I wouldnt have shipped the items. (I would not have paid the hundreds of dollars to insure the items, because its incredibly expensive to insure $2,400 items for shipping.) I assumed that the $100 liability limit was for the shipping portion of the job. I assumed that the store packaging the items professionally would have some responsibility for that part of the job, too. Clearly, I was wrong. Lesson learned: they dont accept any responsibility for the quality of their packing, and youre on your own if they mess that up. For me, it was a $2,200 mistake.
