I went to try to get a car from 4 different dealers none helped me KIA IN CARSON was the worse the guy was super rude he said my manager doesnt want to submit application cuz he says ur credit is low when u have a co-signer come back in another handPETER from Redondo Mitsubishi helped me so much he tried so hard and got me the perfect car after mi e was totaled after they crashed me back in July I appreciate all the help everyone else was nice too but PETER&MARIA did a good job by the way I was told I was PETERS 1ST sale congrats to him he should get a raise😁😊

Unfortunately, buying a car from Redondo Mitsubishi has been one of the worst experiences Ive ever had as a consumer. During my new car purchase, they insisted on charging me $1400 for a dealer installed Kahu system that I didnt want (standard practice for every dealer) but, it turns out, this Kahu system was never even installed in the car! Then they didnt pay off my trade-in! And worst of all, the brand new Outlander PHEV I purchased from them broke down and needed to get towed into the shop not once, but twice in the first 3,000 miles, with electronic issues for which the service center was never able to identify a root cause (they just used a DTC tool to reset and hoped for the best). After 100+ hours of my headache in dealing with Redondo, they have eventually made an attempt to right most of these wrongs, but I ended up selling the car after owning it for just 3 months at a huge loss since it simply wasnt reliable. At the end of the day, this is a highly disorganized organization that has been largely incompetent and extremely frustrating to do business with. My strong advice: go to one of the many other Mitsubishi dealers in town.

This was a pleasant experience as far as buying a car goes. Its a small facility, but my salesman Jorge wasnt pushy. He allowed my room and time to inspect the vehicles. The Outlander a great midsized SUV. It practically sales itself. But Jorge helped guide my decision.

Miguel, Moses and Jorge were all great and courteous. An exemplary way to purchase a vehicle and will definitely be back again in the future, and recommending Redondo Mitsubishi to everyone I know.

Buying a car from a dealership, can be a very stressful experience. From past experiences, it can be a nightmare trying to buy a car at the price that was advertised online. This was the first time we experienced a comfortable buying experience; it was very transparent. The staff was friendly, not pushy; it was actually enjoyable for once. We bought a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander GT AWD V6 Certified pre-owned. According to Autotrader.com, there where only 6 models available in the US, 2 of them being Certified. We are very happy with the service they provided us! I give this place two thumbs up!

We took our 2016 Outlander Sport to Redondo Mitsubishi for maintenance and breaks. Mitch from service gave us a top-notch, courteous, and friendly service and took good care of our car while we were at the nearby beach relaxing. He offered us an advantageous service package to catch up with all required maintenance and said only the front breaks needed replacement, and they were going to clean up the back breaks that were still good. Great team offering a courteous and honest service. We love this dealer and recommend it to everyone.

Redondo Mitsubishi tricked me. They made me believe that my car is worth 19,000+ but in fact it is about 25,000. I am a teacher and I do not appreciate being tricked.

Started off a very positive experience with customer care and no pressure sales. However after we enjoyed a test drive we learned there was an dealer installed $1995 anti theft device that was not included on the advertised online price and they refused to remove it. Careful to ask about this bait and switch technique before you waste your time.
