The staff here were great! Very helpful, knew their stuff, very knowledgeable and went out of their way to get me answers, great selection in the store as well!

Update: The owner had his son come out and install the pump and fix the hot tub on a Saturday. He was on time, polite, and got the spa working. This would be 4-5 star service if it hadnt taken 2 months to get done, but the work did finally get done, so bumping up the stars from 1 to 3.

I recently was ripped of for over $320 from this company. I called to get my soft tub up and running. The service men were rude and misogynistic. They ended up taking the control panel with them to the shop for repair. This is a new soft tub that was used 4 times. When the brought it back it still didn’t work. Being ripped off during a global pandemic when every penny counts is disputable. The owner is also rude and grumpy. Dishonest crooks!!!

Previous service was Great ! Now Ive been trying to set up an appointment for the whole week with NO result ! Ive called Pacific and received an immediate appointment ! !Man showed up without appointment as I was getting ready to go out ! He DID NOT knock but came around to my side patio Full Of Windows ! Luckily I was DRESSED ! ! !

I have to say as a business owner I was really amazed that my call was not returned to repair my jacuzzi spa. I called and left a message to repair my spa with my name and number. Two days later I called again and was told my message was received and that a technician would get back to me that day. That was 4 days ago. Nobody called me back. I went to a competitor who promptly came out and took care of my spa.

As the United States Special Operations veteran I always try to do business with companies that are supportive of the troops. I do not mean companies that just give discounts to my fellow United States veterans, I mean companies that support the troops by providing excellent customer service as a thank you for our service to the United States of America. I can honestly say that in the 20-plus years Ive been doing business at the spa center Redondo Beach its owner and son have gone above the Call of Duty and many occasions to fix my spa and the owner of the bodyguard group of beverly hills, the company I currently work for. Thank You Spa service center in Redondo Beach for supporting the troops by providing myself my fellow veterans with outstanding customer service. JH

I had Pablo come by for a busted pump union today. He was nice and took care of business in a quick and thorough way. Spa is running great with no leaks! Thanks Pablo!

Very bad experience. Do not use these people. Spend $800 and spa still not working .Called but nobody showed up. Never got call back.

Excellent and fast service! Ive had an older Softub spa for a few years and they never fail to get that thing back up and running after all of the abuse I administer. They fixed the pump and the heater on separate occasions, as well as some miscellaneous electrical issue that kept tripping the breaker. Thanks for nursing this thing along!
