Well-run operation with great variety! Customer service is excellent. Being new to the area we were especially impressed at how Gloria (manager?) went out of her way to be helpful and to welcome us to the area!

If you are in search for a big lots that is always fully stocked and organized then you have come to the right one. This location never disappoints and offers such great variety. Customer service is key to a thriving store and thats what adds to my positive review. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

There was a lot of random stuff just like you find anytime you go to a Big lots. They kept it pretty clean and the staff was nice. What else could you ask for?

Parking lot is so dirty!! Dead bird was next to my driver side door. Had to crawl to the passenger door just to get in/out. There is no trash can near the store. Big lots, hire people to clean!

This big lots is great. It has a lot of nice home decor and quite a bit of clearance items. Its clean and not too crowded. Lots of parking and convenient.

Great store to fins some treasures but some are pricey

This store was a total mess! They had been so busy 2 days before Christmas and most likely short-handed due to the Covid surge here in Southern California. Yet, I was able to find what I was looking for, as well as some last minute gifts to add to my presents waiting to be wrapped. I feel very sorry for the after hours workers who will be putting the store back in order to open in the morning. So the employees are probably overworked, exhausted, and stressed by the pandemic as much as the rest of us, and I found every employee to be thoughtful and kind, as well as helpful. Under the current circumstances, the cashier still greeted me with a smile, and asked if I had found everything I was looking for ... A friendly smile at the end of a long day? Yes, I found it.

One of my favorite store locations to shop at in the South Bay . For the best deals and finds in their weekly ad ~ shop right before noon on the day the ad allows (Wed ?) . This way the stock has been put out on the floor shelves and ready for purchase . Dont see it ? Ask an associate . No price on an item ? Ask an associate . Bag your own items in your reusable bag(s) or purchase bags for 10-cents each . Great customer service .

Big Lots has most of the household products I normally pick up at Target or Ralphs. Big Lots approved me for a credit card (my score sucks), all people who work there are angels. And they have a surprisingly handsome selection of furniture online, with plenty of the pieces available in store for you to examine in person.

Great customer service

Always check the prices as they scan. Been twice where screwed on scanned prices. Last time the woman was shouting at me that I didnt read her display right.Today, they are running play doh buy two get one (of equal or lesser value) free. I tried to buy three sets $10 each. Should be $20 (and tax) why is it $30?! She pages, no one arrives. She gets on her ear piece, no one then either. A random worker goes by, hey go get me the list for what is included. Clearly one isnt on the list. I call b.s. who would have half a display on the advertised promotion?!And quite honestly, the biggest irritation to me was she kept telling me to insert my card. Why would I pay until the total is correct?!

Furnished a lot of my house from this store....anything from sofas, mattresses, bedding, towels and art work. Even though It is a discount store you can find some really good stuff without breaking the bank. It is reasonably priced and fits my budget having 3 young kids. Food selection is decent too. My kids like saving their $ and shopping the toy isle. I shop here at lease once a week.

A reasonable store to shop all favorite items

This particular location generally has pretty good customer service and apparently they stay open until 11:00 around Christmas...I got here at 10:50 and they had already locked the doors. I know they saw me standing in front of the huge store hours sign, but they ignored me.I understand wanting to close on time, but closing 10 minutes before you advertise sucks.

They always have what Im looking for, for the most part. I just wish the cashier would say hello though and be friendly.

Very clean in comparison to other big lots Ive visited. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Didnt have the I dont like my job so I dont like helping you attitude. Received with a smile and even informed me about specials for the upcoming weekend. Definitely would recommend.

One of good and enjoyable stores left in the south bay . Known this store for many years . Time pass while walking the isles. Imported goodies are plenty from food items to house decore. Furniture is a good part of the store to look at, with good prices and styles .

Checker was helpful. I picked up the wrong item and he was happy to go get the right thing. Checkers in general were patient with customers and their requests.

For this type of store they try to keep things organized and neater than most of the others I visited with my cousin. Staff is usually patients and friendly and parking is very available and adequate.

I was looking for carwash liquid but did not find it there. They dont have much on automotive.On Christmas time its a good place to buy Xmas lights.

The store is going downhill appearance wise. I went to buy a trash can and all of them were scattered on the floor leaving 1 or 2 on the shelf. If I can see the cashier from where Im standing then the cashier can see the aisle that Im standing in. There was really no excuse for them not to notice the trash cans scattered in the aisle. What made it worse was one aisle over is where you would pass if you going to go upstairs to their offices. Then I want to look for a broom the particular one that I wanted did not have prices on it or the rock that it came off of there was nobody in the area to ask for a price check. Next I went to look for dishwashing soap and the particular one I wanted had three different prices again someones not doing a good job about pricing them or making it easy for the public to read. I used to travel an extra 25 minutes just because the store was so clean and well put-together, maybe its time for me to find a new Big Lots.

The customer service was really terrible at this one!!! I was over charged for some items. The cashier was very rude and unfriendly!

They had all the new cereal and plenty more great place.

Everything youve come to love and expect from Big Lots with better than expected service.
