We had a Baskin-Robbins “pint for pint” coupon for donating blood, but the store manager did not want to provide us with a free pint, without giving an explanation why other than the fact that they didn’t want to participate in this promotion. So we went to the next store and they happily offered it to us. I’m giving this Lawndale/Inglewood store a bad review for being unsupportive of a charitable organization that their own franchise is a part of. Not to mention how rude and unhelpful they were as well! Don’t recommend going to this store! There are other Baskin-Robbins stores that are more worthy of your support!

They have a wide variety of amazing flavors. I got very berry strawberry and nutty coconut and absolutely loved it!! Clean store. Good service.

I ordered my mom’s birthday cake online but I stopped by just to inquire on how they would write happy birthday on it. I had a specific request and the 3 wonderful employees were all nice. When I went back the next day to pick up the cake I gasped! I was beautiful and the picture was gorgeous. I recommend using the highest quality photo for the best results! And the 3 women who were there, give them raises!

Very disappointed with service here. I recently ordered my sons 1st. birthday cake. Unfortunately, it was not what I expected. The cake digital photo was an even. The rectangular was not make correctly. I reached out to the store and the staff was not professional. Finally, when I spoke with the manager, Jocelyn. I was told the report would be handed over to someone else to reached out to me. Again, its now Tuesday, 3 days after athe incident. Very unprofessional.

The young lady who helped us was very nice (7/18) small place but convenient 👍🏽kids had fun with their Shark creatures 🦈🦈🦈👍🏽

Very bad customer service... there where flies on my icescream. And when I tried speaking to I believe is the Manager or boss.. Very rude. She wasnt wearing a hat or hairnet or uniform.. very poor communication skill and very rude.. never coming back... 🤨🤨

The ice cream was very good very clean! But that girl with the tattoo on her arm very rude. She walked away when she saw me and my family. The guy who was helping other people help us at the same time very good job too and very nice.

My son loves BR and the people working here including the owners son are very nice and have gone out of their way to help us with birthday cakes and designs.

Girl at the counter was cool. Stone cold sober, I dont know that I would pay $7.50 for a 3 scoop cone, but my BOGO T-Mobile Tuesday promo made it worth it. Apologies for the inadvertent Coldstone allusion. We all friends here. Their ice cream has nothing on BR31!
