The young man that makes the drinks is one of the hardest working Ive ever seen. He greets everyone and knows a lot of the customers by name. I was impressed.

Not enough matcha green tea powder in my drink, otherwise the staff eas pleasant.

Worst Starbucks experience of my life. I was overcharged for my drink and on top of that, I was also robbed of my money at the cashier. In the end, my drink wasn’t even worth it, overall poor craft and poor service.

Fine except the female (shirt Asian) barista prepping drinks was super rude. She ignores any women asking for things but was more attentive to male customers. I had to ask another male customer to ask her for a sleeve. That was the only way I got what I needed.

Dont know how this is. Dont drink coffee. Took my wife there and she had a hazelnut latte. This worked wonders. She was bright eyed and bushy tailed for the dodger game and drove home saying she cant remember ever seeing so clearly . Thanks for letting me have a couple and enjoying the game.

I love Starbucks for the simple coffees - Americanos and regular drip. This Starbucks is well located and with a small parking lot. Friendly staff. Coffee made with love and care.

Very friendly service. Got hot chocolate and sandwich. Also bought Cranberry Bliss bars, the whole box, the most delicious seasonal pastries. Small location and there was homeless man in a corner with large bag and another man was just sitting using his laptop without any purchase. They should be strict about patrons only. There is a library cross the street, where all these hobos spent their days. I would of give 5 stars but they need to make changes! I called them after I left and brought this to manager attention, Mat I believe, and he didnt let me speak. Next time I will spend $20 at different locations without homeless and deceases! Many Starbucks put sign outside: For patrons only!

Yum! Cozy! Outside seating near the street if you like people watching. My service was fine... Tim a long time for the new cloud drink... Learning curve. However my friend waited just as long as me for hot tea...lol... Cant explain that one. For this I drop a star.

Matt was so great! Saw him help the customer ahead of me because she wasn’t sure what to get and he was so nice to help her get what she wanted. He then greeted me with a warm smile he made my morning! GREAT customer service and was so happy and pleasant

This was a good Starbucks. It was busy in the morning but they were very efficient and friendly. The coffee was exactly what I expected and ordered. They have a few tables and chairs outside (as well as seating inside). If you like Starbucks, I think this one will live up to your expectations.

Quick Starbucks with good service.

I visited the new one at beach blvd and Westminster on my way home from work. This place needs customer service improvement. I never go to one but I did. She seemed agitated I didnt know the Starbucks lingo and what kind of basic coffee they had. I asked for room left for cream but she filled it to the very top and rushed off and told another co worker to take my payment. Seems like Starbucks employees have some kind of chip on there shoulder.

This is a big Starbucks with lots of areas to sit inside and outside when weather permits. I found it to be clean well-stocked on the milk sweeteners napkins... Water cups placed so you can help yourself to a cup of cold water and refill it yourself. That was nice not to have to ask the cashier or the Barska for a cup of ice water. Restrooms are clean you have to ask for a code. As for prices - its Starbucks you know what it cost.$$$ just place your order and have them your debit card! They get the orders out pretty quick and they work hard so if you have a couple of extra coins or so drop it in the tip cup. Theyre doing their best at this location.

Not crowded. Convenient location. Customer service can be improved. The girl that took my order, didnt greet me, seemed to be annoyed...didnt seem too enthused to take my order. Didnt even let me know my order was waiting.

Its my Favorite Starbucks but at Night there not as good as Day. My Girlfriend comes down from Boyle Heights and they never get her order correct & mest up three times on 3 different times we came at Night. During the Day there Great and Quick Service. Maybe Management needs to address the Night Operations issue. Other then that Im there Everyday and been a Starbucks Gold Card Member since 2008.

Although this location has no drive-thu the staff is super friendly and the entire time you are interacting with them they address you by your name. I know is typical of most Starbucks stores to ask for your name but is not often that they treat you and address you in a friendly personal manner. The store is quiet and not crowded at all with plenty of tables to use. I will definitely be coming back again

This is my favorite place to go in the early a.m. right before my walk on the beach they always have the most pleasant smiles on their faces!

Very busy in the morning, and was out of the cherry flavor when they had a drink coming out that comes with cherry. Overall good.

Great branch of Starbucks. No drive thru. Bathroom were available and were clean.It seems like they were limited on staff and it took more than the average to get our food prepared.

The Starbucks here was not as good as a coffee shop as I had assumed. The coffee and pastries were very good; however the service was not good at all. First, the cashier was very impolite and rude. Then, as I was walking out, another employee bumped into me, which is fine, but he got mad at me because my coffee spilled all over the floor. I was overall unimpressed with the service but the food and drink was good.

Starbucks has coffee down pat. They just seem to cover all the bases with a wide variety of teas and coffees. The food selections reflect a cross cultural bent and include various paninis, sandwiches, boxes of fruit, vegetables and nuts etcetera. Definitely a favorite of mine.

I had very bad service at this Starbucks . A lady name Brittany, was just so rude to me, like there was a problem that I was ordering a drink. She didnt greet me at all just looked at me . I under stand if shes having a bad day or something but you dont take it out on your customers. Those are the things that pushes customers away from locations like that, I definitely wont be there again!

My daughter drags me to all the Starbucks she sees and i have to admit although i was against paying so much for coffee i have had a change of heart. The Frappuccino blends are amazing.
