Plus size ladies dont come here. They removed the plus size section.

There wasn’t any non cropped shirts...they had a horrible selection of clothes. The employees there weren’t welcoming whatsoever. The prices there are decently low for normal quality clothing but they have very little clothes for certain people. In specific there was a lady at the register who had a very judgy look plastered on her face....which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She didn’t look at the other people in front of me like that...how am I different from the rest? It made me feel as if I didn’t deserve respect.

The price is ridiculous for the cheap materials. Bring back the forever 21. Cashiers are not friendly at all nor is the manager.

Found some shoes that my girlfriend had been looking for that where just a little over $10. The whole store has a lot of different things. Summer wear, formal wear and lots of other random things. The lady at the sales counter was quick and simple to process my sale and also notified me that all sales are final.

There are three Q stores in the Redondo Beach Galleria. Q sells trendy clothing thats cheap in price and quality. If you want to wear the latest styles but dont want to spend a lot of money, consider shopping here. Just be sure to check for tears, stains, and pulls before you pay.

Love coming because of the clothes, very inexpensive. But customer service is horrible, the girls working there have an attitude all the time, I’ve always wanted to ask them why they have such sh**ty attitude.

Very rude and uneducated staff. I was pretty much yelled by the two Asian who work on the cashier because I’d like to make an exchange and unfortunately didn’t have the receipt. They barely speak English and got frustrated for not understanding what I was trying to say. Terrible service!
