I had a fantastic experience at this location, the staff greeted me on my way in and asked if I needed help. All I needed to do was exchange a pair of sneakers for a size bigger and the associate asked the size, grabbed what I needed and I was on my way. This is the Champs experience i remember from my childhood. Thank you, I will be back!

Great customer service. But they didnt have size 14. Its 2021. Not the 1950s. You are loosing on ALOT of business. Ask Vans.

Store was due to open at 11. Two employees showed up close to 12. Their manager showed later. Finally at 12:48 or so, an employee came out to advise that the store would not be opening. Today. Total waste of time.

Decent service. All though, there was a chubby sales associate who kept hovering over us and was listening to music on his airpods and when I asked for a size 3, he gave me a 13 and rolled his eyes as in I was the one in the wrong. We also spent about $150. The other skinny kid was quite friendly and didnt hover, an overall good sales associate.

Worst experience here . Guy named “ Ricky” was very rude. Asked for help plenty of times and he did not assist . He was on his own personal phone and did not even bother helping me after I asked 4 times for a pair of shoes . Asked another guy and he helped but the fact that he didn’t help when there was no excuse to not help . Then asked again for a shirt size and he ignored and started talking to another employee . VERY BADD and I know retail and that’s the worst they can do .

I bout a shoe cleaner to clean my shoes and this one guy told me that it will definitely work and I used it on my shoe the way he told me to and my shoe went from white to yellow and ruff and just disgusting and uncomfortable

I love Champs they are always friendly and helpful and they have great buy one get one free deals

If you wear a 6 in boys or an 8 in women, shop somewhere else

I would never visit this store again my card was charged three times and I ended up leaving the store with 1 item yet I paid for the item 3times customer service is a crock of shi yet they continued to say their having a problem with their system refused to refund my money after I put my pin in for a debit card purchase refuse to compensate me for the inconvenience there’s definitely some theft issues goin on in this store why would u throw away a cancelled transaction receipt unless you’re taking money from the register if u go there be sure to use cash and make sure u pay attention to what denomination u give u might get short changed very unsatisfied

This location was involved in identity theft... probably an insider job, since the person ordered goods using a stolen credit card then an employee of the store allowed the merchandise to be picked up without asking for further information such as the actual credit card and accompanying identification. This is just unacceptable... and it costs the business money too...

They dont have hats for Nike. None of the stores has even the basic model for men. You have to order online and wait for 5 to 6 business days to get it. If Ill have to bother with that, I go and order from amazon. Its ridiculous.

Never coming back to this shoe store again poor customer service and not very professional when it comes to guest as I walked in the store looking for a particular shoe I was told whatever we have on the wall that’s it didn’t even bother to help me look for the shoes I want specifically..
