My personal experience in this dealership was good, my salesman (Richard) went above and beyond in service… happy with my purchase which he help me out getting there and choosing the right bike for me…Never felt pushed or rushed…Overall he made the experience easier and quick… i definitively recommend this place.

The salesman Justin was very knowledgeable and affable. The staff were cordial and took great care of me. I purchased a 2021 Motorcycle and the floor manager gave me a discount on the deal. I was pleased to do business with this shop and will return again for my future needs.
The sales department was very friendly and helpful. The service department for the repairs of the motorcycle needs to be more friendly and accommodating. As a woman buying my first motorcycle I was excited and had to return my bike for update and the service department was not accommodating I had to go through the manager to get them to keep my bike and do the update so I can have a safe ride. Service department needs to have more customer service training.
Just picked up my new Can Am from Dep Amo of Redondo and I had a great experience. They found me exactly what I wanted and had other options available. The team was friendly and helpful each step of the way. Highly recommended!
I just plain Old love this place!!! I came with My son-in-law, he was picking up his bike after they put a New engine in his bike, and my granddaughter and I were just enjoying getting to sit on my dream bike, thatgorgeous Honda 1800cc Automatic Gold Wing!!! I just think I would seriously have issues with not having a clutch handle and no shifter!!!! ... 😂,!! LoLBut also while we were waiting my son-in-law tryed getting this beutifull Used Harley Davidson, but they couldnt get it done!!! He was slightly bummed out but the Harley Davidson dealer in Huntington beach CA, and the Harley Davidson finance company, made him a super sweet deal a couple of days later and actually he really got a sweet deal too.... But My experience with Delamo Auto sport has always been a fantastic relationship, and if they dont have what you need at the service parts Dept, they will bend over backwards on getting what you want like The fast and the furry est, LoL... Id say everyone there stand on there Head to make you really feeling like they truly Care about you and whatever you are trying to get done!!! So Ill keep being the best costumer I can possibly be and just wanna say much love and respect for those folks at Delamo Auto sport in Hawthorne CA or maybe its Redondo beach CA what ever or wherever Ill be back!!! As My exgovenator Used to say!!!

I highly recommend Del Amo Motorsports! I worked with Tony and he was very helpful in answering my inquiries very promptly and also went above and beyond with customer service. I never felt rushed into making a decision. They were really patient with me in deciding which motorcycle to get. When he was out, another coworker (Aida) step-in to keep me updated and when he returned, he knew where I was in the process. They were both great! If I ever want to upgrade or buy a new motorcycle in California, I know where to go. Highly recommend!
I gave them 5 stars because Guadalupe was professional, patient, and kind. Next time please tell us it will take an hour or longer to clean the ATV so we can go grab some lunch. We were at the store from 12pm- to 3pm. Though when we first came in to the store we were wondering around without no one assisting us for about 30 min. Guadalupe saw us and helped us even though he was helping another customer. I saw staff just standing around.. Thank you Guadalupe!!! Finance was quick but after not deciding to add the 4 years of warranty the finance guy seemed frustrated raised his tone a little and got nervous when my monthly payment dropped significantly when he mentioned it would only drop a few bucks. Easy math just be honest in finance. The guys in the back showed my daughter everything about the ATV and they let her drive it to the truck professional and fun!
They’ll keep you waiting as long as they possibly can. Spend thousands to be told they don’t even have the manufacturers tool kit and owners manual for you. Would have liked to go elsewhere but this was the only place with the bike in stock for the next few months.Would love to get the owners manual and tool kit still but an apology is all they have to offer.

I walked in and was looking in the motor oil aisle. Shea asked me if She could help me find something. When I told her what I was looking for she was able to locate some in the service area. In my opinion thats great service. Thank you Shea!
Sales and management here is horrible and deceiving. I spoke to two sales associate one is Jeff and the other is a lady who claims she works all of the stores. Ramsey the manager will give you a run around on a price and try to get you to come into the store for no reason but to waste your time on price and try to swindle a sell. I highly do not recommended using this dealer at any of their locations. My review will be posted at each one. Since the women I spoke to is in control of each one.
Typical bike shop experience in southern CA - pretends to be friendly before you buy, and then you are worse than chopped liver after you sign the dotted line. 100% stay away from their used bikes. They have a showroom full of lemons that will have mechanical issues as soon as you take them off the lot. Your best bet is to come back when you can afford a new bike, or make the long trip out to Berts. Their used bike inspection process is probably: it has two wheels and thats it. Jokes on me for falling for their convincing used-car salesmen ways.
The service team was in the ball today. Came in for a factory service... Got me in the shop in a reasonable time despite 6-7 people ahead of me who got there really early. Identified some other servicing that needed to be done in addition to the requested items... But all needed things. Thanks for the work.

I bought my motorcycle here a year ago, with the service package and everything. I ended up spending a few thousand more than the motorcycle was advertised at, which was expected based on the reviews but still annoying. Thats another story.I purchased tires online from another place and had them shipped to me. I called in a few weeks ago because I was looking for a place to do the tire change. My local mechanic quoted me $80 per tire. Del Amo quoted me $63.50 per tire. I asked how long it would take, and they said 1-2 hours. I had the choice to either make an appointment or come in on a Saturday at 6am. I chose the former because Im very busy and dont have time to sit around half a day to get my tires changed.When I got to Del Amo at 10am, they informed me it would: 1) cost $90 per tire, and 2) it would take until the END of the day to replace 2 tires. I was quite upset by this, as I had planned for max 2 hours to be there. Rafael, the service advisor, was understanding and said he would try to speed it up. It took until 1:20, so a bit over 3 hours from when I gave them my motorcycle, and it cost around $190. They did a solid job, and serviced the chain as part of my service package, but it was definitely more expensive and took much longer than I had been told quoted.I thought maybe I could at least look at motorcycle boots. Mine are falling apart. Unfortunately, they only had 2 styles of high riding boots, and the largest size in stock was a 7, much smaller than the 11 I usually wear. Kyle, the sales associate, was very understanding about my frustration.In all, the people that work there are fine people (both Rafael and Kyle were great). However, the communication and management seems to have MAJOR issues. I regret buying my motorcycle there, I regret taking my motorcycle there to change the tires. I will go there for as long as my service package allows, but only because I paid for it already.
Had a really great time as a first time buyer! Went in knowing what I wanted and got to the bike right away. Staff are super friendly, Francesco made the experience a walk at the park. Left a happy camper! Will definitely recommend for any adventurer out there, experienced or not they carry more than just motorcycles there.
The employees at this store gives you a warm welcoming experience from the time you walk in the door. I knew what I wanted when I walked in. My salesman Mike Martinez was a very exceptional and knowledgeable salesman with the particular vehicle I was interested in, and let me not forget patient. He went through different features that I wasn’t aware of when doing my own research. I must say that although it was a little distance from my home, it was well worth the drive. I’ve been to several other Motorsports locations looking for this particular bike. This is my first time purchasing a bike or any type of Motorsport vehicle. My experience at this store was by far the best buying experience I’ve had when it comes to purchasing a vehicle.
The service was great the loan officer was great and then my buddy riding around the parking lot was fun to watch

He has always provided me the absolute BEST service every single time! I have purchased a wave runner and motorcycle, and many many parts in these past few years. Eddie works hard to get me the best price possible. I have sent all of my friends who own recreational vehicles to him when they need parts and equipment. Called for an oil kit they stated $74 for an oil for a Waverunner. I called Del Amo Motorshports in Long beach, the same kit is for $52. I asked to price match the long beach, they refused. This place sucks. I will not pay the higher price. They refused my business. I am going to Long beach.

I live out of state and was interested in a bike they had on their website. Their communication was great and they were quick to reply to all my questions. I ended up not buying that bike but because of their professionalism and willingness to work with me I will be keeping an eye on their inventory. The perfect bike is out there somewhere.

Been to a few motorbike showrooms around the south land. This was definitely the biggest room with the most varied bikes of what I saw. Their staff was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I got to ride the bike I was most interested in before having it delivered. Would recommend doing some research online and booking an appointment before visiting or going to any showroom really as it helped a lot with weighing all the options and what your particular needs are. Francesco was my sales guy and he is a solid dude.
Sold me a not roadworthy bike. Mirror came loose. Tail light came loose. Clutch is now going bad not even a month into ownership. Might have been a Harley thing. I don’t think they inspected the bike properly before the sell. Now I deal with the consequences. Left me waiting for a call back that never came.Edit: coming soon

I’ve been a long time customer since 2005 of Del Amo motorsports, bought my first motorcycle there. I went back a few days ago to purchase my first JetSki actually ended up with 3! My salesman Wardo and Elizabeth (finance) was great! very down to earth and straightforward they ended up saving me a little over $2000 from their competitor needless to say I’m very happy and will do more business with them soon!

Awesome store, they have motorcycles in stock! The county Im from doesnt have any bikes in stock. Its just a little frustrating when theres misscommunication between del amo employees. I drove 3 hours to get my bike after I have waited for the bike for a few weeks to be in stock. And when I get there I get told that they do not have the bike in stock. Even though I got a phone call the prior week saying that the bike was in and ready to go. Also fishing up financing paperwork took for ever, even though I had all ready sent all my paper work to get everything started so the financing process would be quicker, but I dont think it made a difference,I still waited 3 hrs to finish the paper work. A little bit frustrating, but an awesome store still!

Bought a motorcycle there a few months ago. I asked twice for but never received any paper or emailed documents regarding my loan agreement. If i had any extra time i would probably escalate this issue but i’m just going to make sure next time i dont sign any thing unless i am immediately promised paper copies.For the most part everything else was a smooth transaction. They got me approved in about 3 hours on a very busy sale day with my not so good credit. The guys in the gear area helped me find some safety gear that fit me well. Also awesome to see all the lady riders who work there!

How can I start, so Im a Millennial right, keep that in mind. Well, I am trying to finance a bike through my own financial establishments and they have made my approval difficult, because apparently I cant look at a purchase order when Im the one buying it and my loan providers are asking for it. To this date I still havent received the darn purchase order skrewing my things up.

I don’t normally write reviews but my experience buying a motorcycle through Del Amo was the best I have ever had. I dealt with a great sales guy called DC, who was such a pleasure to deal with. He was responsive, worked with me on my deal, had my trade in picked up from my home and my new bike delivered. It was an awesome experience. Could not recommend them highly enough.
Del Amo provides amazing customer service in their service department. They really take cars of the customer’s bikes even after they sale them to you. They want you to be safe on the road. Be sure to ask for Ernie in the service department when you go to get your oil changed!

When looking for the best loan for me to use, they found the Honda Power sports would be the best. However, they did NOT tell me that it was an actual credit card they were signing me up for. This is unacceptable. Worst dealership ever.

They were going to charge two hours of labor ($350) just for a quote to assess the charges to replace a bent brake lever, broken peg, and replace a cracked fairing. I told the guy two hours is one hour longer than necessary to actually complete the work. He didnt care and wouldnt budge. My experience buying my motorcycle from these guys wasnt great either. There is a general sense in there customers are like prey. Ill never go back.
Id stay away from this location.My jet-ski broke down after servicing at this location, not to mention they took a month to start working on it.The Second time they fixed it took it into the water and it died on me again.Paid them for both services and the jet-ski is still broken.
