The store owner is very knowledgeable. I had to return a disposable pen that was defective and they went out of their way to make sure i was satisfied! He went out of his way to answer a lot of questions that i had and that i had a product i was satisfied with! Wonderful experience!

The young man there was helpful, patient, funny. Hands down a great experience in a Redmond vape shop since taz and Brandon are the day crew at Ecig and vape.

I absolutely love this place! Theyre keeping up with the new devices and accessories! They have plenty of juice options including a big variety of 50% off juice deals, all the time! And I love a deal! They also have friendly staff with great customer service and the environment is chill with good music!!! Oh yeah and theyre open late every day! 5 stars!

I only visited once, just earlier today actually. I didnt catch the males name working, but he did his hardest to help me out. I only ended up leaving with one 60ml and some Geek Vape wire. I appreciate the guy who tried hard to help me. I was however disappointed in the menthol/ice juices and the lack of accessible knowledge to the poor guy who wasnt sure on what I needed (not his fault) I knew my vape but didnt have it on me. I walked in asking for a puff bar told me he was sold out so i asked help to buy a cheap vape told me it was ganna be 50$ which i did not care about the price still did not help me at all with trying to find a goodone asked him about juuls and he said all sold out so dont go here for help or advice on vapes or their wack inventory apparently everything is sold out

I wandered in to Top Vape one day asking about quitting smoking. The owner asked how much I smoked daily and a few other questions. He set me up to succeed with the right Juice, mod, and accessories. I havent had a single puff off a cigarette since that day two years ago! This is the only Vape store I visit, I mean I only shop there as a debt of gratitude. They are definitely the best around!!!

Decent selection of juices, but not a consistent inventory. Just when you find an All Day Vape, it goes out if stock never to be seen again. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Hardware supplies are catered toward serious vapers, no big tobacco products to be found.

Weve been to quite a few different vapor places from places in Lynnwood and Kenmore, to Seattle and even Olympia. None of them are as great as this place. With a knowledgeable and friendly staff, a wide selection of juice and devices, its topped every place weve been in. Many places are knowledgeable and friendly, but this one is just more so. Weve also never had to wait to receive help, there is always enough people working.We still like to go check out other places, but we always come back here.

Jonny and Ryker have made this store an amazing experience for me whenever I come in. I come in very often and they are always able to help me find what I am looking for. They know what they are taking about and able to find what I’m looking for even though I am not sure myself. I have always had a great experience here and was always left happy with what I have purchased.

When a box I had purchased turned out to be defective, the store owner let me borrow his OWN, PERSONAL box until a replacement arrived. I mean, obviously he has a ton of spares to use, but still pretty cool to let me use his current, daily-use vape! Five star service from the owner, and the employees are knowledgable and friendly as well.

Do NOT give this store your business as the owner, Alex, will NOT stand by his products, despite saying he would when first purchasing....I bought a Vape, with their logo on it and the inner plastic chamber snapped when opening without using ANY EXCESSIVE force, as the owner claimed I did. What nonsense! He suggested I super glue it..smart thinking..super glue in a chamber that heats up to 400 plus degrees.....Then when I said I spent $89 on this product, he indicated similar products cost $200, as I should be happy that the $89 product broke...I asked for his assistance in getting the mouthpiece replaced by the manufacturer and he refused....He also refused to refund the purchase or replace citing my use of excessive force! Bullshit! I have had this product only two weeks! Funny, because when I bought it, I asked specifically if it broke what his policy was and he assured me that within 45 days, if something happened, he would stand by the product. But instead, he has projected his belief of excessive force being applied to the cap as the reason for the rupture. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!Response to owner comments: He NEVER offered a replacement plastic piece and his contention of obvious misuse is utter bullshit....as an update, the whole interior cap has split down the middle and is now use less.... I never asked for just cash back...I gave three solutions, all of which he rejected...Man is a spin doctor!!! Avoid!

Havent had a negative experience here yet. Went in yesterday and wanted to upgrade from my Aspire VV to something with more wattage. The assistant went over a dozen or so devices with me before I settled on an iPV Mini 30w. While it cost nearly $20 more than I could buy it for online, I do like supporting local companies. They have an excellent juice selection and knowledgeable staff. Definitely a returning customer.

After buying my smok from top vape I used it for only a week it stopped work. The screen was black. When I called they said come in anytime. I did not know that there is a cap time but when I came in about a month later because of my busy schedule they said they could not help because of the warranty with them was already expired. Please do not buy with top fade. Customer service does not really help you when situations are an example of this. They let you deal it own your own. I spent over $200 with with shop with the kit. We’ll lesson learned and I won’t be going to this store any more.

Only go if youre going to be a long term customer.

I don`t have an account with this store and would actually give them a 4.5 star if I could. They really do go above and beyond to fix the problems from the staff. I bought a kit from them. I told them exactly what I was looking for and they helped me narrow it down. They offered to help me figure it out, but I wanted to go through all that in my own time. They helped me get it set up and told me what to expect. I was also able to find a juice that I like. After leaving I realized it had a small amount of nicotine and they told me to just bring it back and they would make it right. Had it ready for me and took the time to make sure there wasnt anything else I needed.

Excellent place and Ryker was really helpful! Massive collection of liquids and mods / tanks / coils. I spent about $280+ here yesterday (9 Oct) buying Tank, coils, battery, liquids, charger. Clean place, focus on customers need and not hard selling / pushing for the sale of expensive products. Ryker is a good kid and clearly cares for the cause for people to quit smoking, which is hard to come by in comparison to some stores where it is a fad. Thanks Ryker! Hands down the best shop on the east side. The staff are extremely helpful and they have fair prices for their products. Other local shops have ripped me off and recommended juices that are outright disgusting. My fiance and i are planning on switching from normal vape mods to RDA and the employee was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. The guy even let me try out his! The selection is good but the customer service could use work. Ive spent at least $500 in this store and when Ive had a few issues (the tank I bought from there was leaking like crazy, no droppers, etc.) they dont help. Fortunately more vape shops are opening everyday who will gladly help and give me service.That is my name. I didnt know there was a reward system there. Came in not even knowing this store had opened and was shocked by how well organized and awesome it looked! As soon as I came in, there was a young guy working, and he seemed excited and enthusiastic to help and answer any questions I had. They were extremely knowledgeable and didnt push me into trying to buy anything that I wasnt interested in. There e-juice selection is the best Ive seen with a great looking testing area with any kind of flavor or nicotine level you want. I know theres a couple other vape stores around Redmond that recently opened up but the way they handled my inexperience and wanting to learn more will have me ONLY coming back to them for all my e-cig needs. I look forward to meeting the store owner as he seems like a good trustworthy guy, Ive only been in twice but will be back for more. Their customer service is horrible! I vape 0mg nicotine juice to get over smoking cigarettes because Im pregnant and the entire time I was in their store they ignored me in favor of other people who were buying more expensive things! I was only buying juice, but while trying out their flavours one of their employees who knew that I could only try 0mg nicotine juices pointed me to a super expensive 5mg tester and I didnt even know I was vaping nicotine until I felt a giant head rush and almost passed out. I vape off an RDA so the miligrams are multiplied by how many mgs there are. 5x2=10. Thats more than enough to put a, now, non-smoker like me on my butt. Then they didnt even offer me a chair or anything or even said sorry for harming me or the baby. So inconsiderate. And then they continued to ignore me until I purchased my juices and left. Im never returning there to get anything ever again.
