Visited Parliament Chocolate for the first time yesterday. The aroma of chocolate hits you like a wall upon entering! Their chocolates -solid and melted- are delicious. I adventured into the land of the Spicy Mayan Truffle. It was one of the best chocolates I ever tasted: a perfect balance of spice and sweetness. Also tried a small cup of their melted Dominican chocolate. Very rich and earthy with strong hints of coffee. If you are in the mood for a luxurious treat in Redlands, make this your stop.

We stopped by with my mother in law after seeing the store front. The chocolates were all fantastic and it was so fun hearing about all of them. We ended up taking a variety of truffles home and I can’t wait to go back for more. The peanut butter and chocolate was our favorite truffle and the garlic chocolate bar is a must try. I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in Redlands.

The greatest chocolate experience of my life. All other chocolate pales in comparison to its majesty. The sea salt caramel is the most perfect piece of chocolate I have ever eaten. Their black garlic toffee bar is also life changing. Life will always be worth living as long as there is Parliament Chocolate to be had.

Walking into Parliament Chocolate and being surrounded by that wonderful cocoa aroma was one of my favorite monthly (sometimes weekly) treats. Ive certainly missed that during lockdown, but thankfully the team at Parliament has been doing local contact-free deliveries for the past 9 months - including 1lb bars! This has been a lifesaver in a year like this, and Im happy to say their Tanzania chocolate has made its way into some homemade ice creams and baked goods alike. Seriously, youd be amazed how much it can elevate a regular chocolate chip cookie recipe.

5 stars for their chocolate that they produce. I’ve been a big fan of their bars since I discovered them a few years back, been buying ever since. Still love the packaging. Bummer to say that the truffles aren’t worth the time they spend making them, the fillings were too sweet and crystalized. Stick to the bars, can’t go wrong with any of those.

A wonderful, unique chocolate store! The chocolate is delicious! The store smells absolutely delicious, right when you walk inside. The people who work there swear you become immune to the smell over time, but it smells like Heaven! They have a glass covered case, with the truffles and chocolate inside. They will talk to you about your chocolate and are very knowledgeable!

My favorite truffle is the Little Brown Square I buy to have with my morning coffee at work when I have a little extra money. So delicious, and they make everything from scratch, in-house and can tell you what is in each item; as someone with prohibitive food allergies, this is AMAZING!! To be able to enjoy a treat safely without making it myself is so rare for me. I love this place.The employees there are always friendly and helpful, and I love all the quirky owl art.

Good artisanal chocolate. The owners really know their stuff and they actually go to the source for their cocoa beans. Its rich and expensive, so if youre a binger, you wont be able to eat too much or else youll make yourseld sick. One or two squares from their bars is more than satiating. Even their candies you cant eat too much of. If you want to treat yourself to a nice bougie treat, then i definitely recommend this place to get your dark chocolate fix.

Parliament Chocolate has ruined all other chocolate for me. Their chocolates are truly theobroma...food of the gods! But beware: this is chocolate for those who embrace the dark, rich, complex bitterness of chocolate, not Hershey bar lovers. Their caramels, toffees and lavender truffles are my favorites. For an unforgettable experience, try the black garlic chocolate bar or their thick European style drinking chocolate. But whatever your choice every bite will be a blissful adventure!

I celebrated a very special wedding anniversary of seven years over the weekend, and Cassie was so sweet to accept a special request for me to gift to my wife. I am so very grateful for her and the staff! Parliament is a place of sophisticated chocolate and heartwarming service!

We stopped by this place yesterday and tried the Espresso and Caramel Truffle. after the sample I bought a dozen to take with me. Those were the best chocolates I ever had. The place is tiny and in an Art Deco building. They make all the chocolates by hand and the cost is less than Sees Candies.

Wonderful establishment. It smells delicious when you walk in, and the woman who assisted us was very knowledgeable of the products and patient while we decided what to order. Everything is dark chocolate and it is very rich. We shared a drinking chocolate and it was very rich and delicious. The richest and darkest hot cocoa Ive ever tasted! It makes sense that they serve it in a small cup.We also tried the vanilla salted caramel and the chocolate orange peel. Both were delicious. The caramel is more of the chewy type. We would go back and try other flavors.

High quality hand-made chocolates with some unique flavors. We tried passion fruit, chocolate-coconut, and some dark chocolate salted caramel varieties. Sold only by the piece. Friendly, informative proprietor.

Bit pricy, but thats because they put a lot of effort into making sure the workers who grow the ingredients get paid a living wage. If youre willing to pay for high quality chocolate with morally sourced ingredients this lil place is great!

Tiny shop, tiny treats, big flavor. This trendy shop makes its own sweet and savory chocolate delights. Stickers, t-shirts and foil wrapped candybars are available in addition to single chocolate pieces. The strong aromas and unique flavor combinations may not appeal to those who prefer traditional chocolates.

Great varieties and friendly service! Really tasty chocolates! Always buying them as gifts whenever Im in town.

Parliament Chocolate is a fantastic shop to visit when you are feeling a special sweet tooth. The different truffles are made in-house with coaco beans from all over, yet roasted at Parliament. It is a little pricey for a truffle, but definitely worth at least a try!

Definitely recommend their fabulous variety of chocolates. Everything is wonderful!

Some of the best chocolate in the world is made right here in Redlands. They sell bon bons and truffles, but the craft chocolate bars are the real stars. The complexity and subtle flavors they coax from the beans is amazing. The Bolivia bar is my favorite--it literally tastes like berries. Not to be missed.
