I have always had excellent service. The staff couldnt be more pleasant. I have had some special needs due to power outages and losing my house in the Carr fire.New West has gone way above and beyond normal services for me. They have always had my back.The techs are very pleasant and explain everything clearly and over and over if you need them to. I have never been treated in any way but courtesly, even when I ask a dumb question. I cant say enough good things about the the people and services I have received. I highly recommend them and wouldnt even think about going elsewhere.

Cheaters! Liars! They call you and offer to switch out supplies at no charge at all to correct a problem! Then u get a bill and they dont budge when it comes making it right! They say its been three months... well i didnt get their bill for over three months!!!

Ive had nothing but positive experiences with this company. Their R/T is caring and only wants the best for his patients.

Tracy was wonderful and very helpful. We are in need of battery backup for our cpap. She is extremely knowledgeable. Like a few other reviews, I have had some problems in getting supplies. I requested mine be mailed but two weeks later a call came. your supplies are here for pickup... But again that is not unusual, very few businesses are able to hire people who really do their jobs as management would like. Tracy gets a 5 rating.

A couple of months ago I needed an oxygen company. My oxygen saturation was 82%. I found New West Medical and saw Tracy and she was so helpful and caring that another company kept me waiting 2 weeks being short of breath. She saved my life and stopped my tears. Thank you Tracy for being there in my time of need!!!!!!!! Thank you Connie for you caring help when I visited today!

The two ladies that I dealt with setting me up with my c-pap and supplies have been great and very helpful. They didnt give up on me until I found the right fit and the appointment lady was very helpful too, when I had questions. Thank you New West Medical!!!

Worst customer experience EVER! And the billing department has some serious book keeping issues. I had a sick baby who needed a nebulizer, my husband went and picked it up, it didnt work. A day later they sent someone out to replace it after they tried to walk me through everything over the phone like I was a moron. Baby got better, we return the nebulizer. A year later they sent us a bill for a nebulizer, they accused us of not returning the nebulizer and now they were charging us for one. I insisted that I, one person, who rented one nebulizer, could remember if I returned it or not and a whole company could easily misplace lots of customers and lots of nebulizer. The lady on the phone was absolutely awful to me and accuse me of stealing this nebulizer which is really just a glorified fish tank pump. After we finally got them to stop hounding for a nebulizer that was returned, 2 years later they send us a bill for the rental of said nebulizer that was paid already(2 years ago!) Luckily that lady in customer service this time was extremely nice easy to deal with and completely took the bill off.

I have been a patient with New West for over five years. Every time I go to them or call they have been professional and answered all my questions and fulfilled my requests with no problems.

The woman I love and I wanted to change cpap suppliers. They got all the paperwork (which I advise them to shred) and set an appointment. I had a stroke in 2000, nerve pain all up and down the left side. Never know when it will happen. When Janis called to reschedule, Jeannie huffed and puffed about have to fill the appointment time. RED FLAG. The day of our second scheduled appointment the battery was dead. It took time to deal with it. Switch on the courtesy light on the door broke and the light was on for days.I called to reschedule. Again Jeannie was more worried about filling the slots than us. RED FLAG. She copped an attitude and was going to think about rescheduling us. Now, so you know, CPAP equipment is medically prescribed and necessary.Never heard back. I guess thats our punishment for the scheduling Nazi being disturbed. I wouldnt use this company if my life depended on it. So had a chat with the company we started with, and bingo bango bongo, our supplies will be delivered in 7-10 days. No fuss no muss, no hassles, no Nazi attitude. Never use this company. If you dont do exactly what you are told, you get punished. My parents have both been dead over 20 years. I dont have to put up with that nonsense anymore.Go to the yellow pages and try that way. Dont bother with these people, they are nothing but condescending Nazis.

Tracy and the crew at New West were genuinely caring and patient, and worked above and beyond to help me through a lot of problems. I would recommend them highly.

This place is a joke. Its been a month and still haven’t received my Father’s walker. Only one person there can check the shipment status when you order a special walker.
