Would not recommend doing business nor being employed with them. This business is extremely micromanaged and none of the individuals whom are in “charge” are on the same page. I was recently employed with them and was treated extremely unfair. I was fired based upon the manager hiding a dirty spot on the ground inside of the warehouse and I did not find it and I was fired. The staff are power driven and very rude even if you are doing the things/ making an effort towards your job. They do NOT offer overtime if you are not a driver. HOWEVER, they expect you to be able to complete all the task as the Warehouse Clerk within the time frame that you have while ALSO catering to their driver’s needs. Anyone looking at reviews for the Warehouse Clerk position I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend. Nor do you get benefits for working in the warehouse. Being a driver for this company is not worth what individuals get paid as well. They may have fired me and try to create a “justification” for their reasoning but this company is unprofessional. Mike and Carrie are extremely RUDE and never on the same page. Aside from all of these things, I also feel as if I was discriminated based upon my race. Please take this review serious as these are things that I had to deal with. Great luck if you do choose to be employed with them!

Should not be in the healthcare business. This company feels like an insurance scam rather than a company who is supposed to care for their clients. My fathers oxygen refiller broke weeks ago and still havent been able to get them to come replace is so hes stranded in his room and cant go anywhere because he has no oxygen!!! WHAT A JOKE! If you love your family at all or care about your well being youll not do business with this company.
Worst customer service in the home healthcare industry. Neglected the needs of my father and didnt care. They make excuses for their terrible service instead of trying to rectify. Use anyone except Apria. Youre better off doing it yourself then having a company who does nothing.
I was on the phone for over an hour 2 separate times including having my call dropped while on hold twice. The staff on the customer services lines were unhelpful and quite rude. One representative told my patient that there are a lot of patients who have cancer... This is unacceptable. I was simply trying to get my patient a portable O2 concentrator. She is very ill and it did not seem as if Apria cared about the patient at all.
Anywhere but here. Slow and incompetent. They took nearly a month to even submit to my insurance for auth after receiving the prescription. Once it was authorized, 3 more weeks to even call me. Whoops! Wrong code submitted, need to resend. More waiting... Picked it up today, think I was surprised to see the staff sitting around talking to each other, literally not working at all? Nope. After 20 minutes, I was finally assisted. Was it because they were so busy? Nope. I was their only customer. Wish there was there was a negative star option.
We had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement cpap machine to only find out it came out of the box new and its broken. Now waiting for apria to call us back. Very unhappy.... they dont give a dam.
Apria health care, WHAT A JOKE!! If your O2 breaks thev send you the parts, which never arrived.My wife can not fill her portable tanks.changed companys much better service by,by APRIA
Less than 1 star service. The absolute WORST healthcare company we have ever dealt with. They do not care if their patients go without what they need and wont show up when they tell you they will. Youll be left frustrated and in a bad spot. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I put my mom on apria oxygen last September 2018. I was told there would be no co pay. And we got a bill in Dec. 2018. She had been getting oxygen previously from Lincare but her insurance changed. Anyway she needed a new mask for her cpac she had lost over 100lbs and her masks didnt fit any longer. I called Apria and was told they couldnt make a house call to fit her for new masks. Granted this was in Couer d Alene Idaho. The man I talked to said he was the only person in the office and only part time.. Well your customers dont only need their oxygen only part time...if you cant take care of your patients you shouldnt be in the medical business...

Warning to S.S.I. patients of Shasta County who use heavy oxygen: Look elsewhere for a supplier so you Dont have to worry about running out.

Needed a wound Vac, never received any paperwork. Then instead of charging my insurance. They charged my credit card 1,905.88. That was in June still waiting for a refund!!!!😡😡
