Been looking for a good used mechanics truck. I found a truck that Jon had at Mach 1. I talked with Jon on the phone, he sent me additional pics of the truck and also did a video of the truck. I flew out to California to look at the truck. It was as described by Jon. I purchased the truck on Saturday. Jon had truck on a load headed back to Alabama by Wednesday. Great guy. very trustworthy, very honest, would highly recommend doing business with Mach 1 Machinery.

I began talking to Jon when I saw one of his machines, a Takeuchi TL130, on Facebook Marketplace. Jon was very responsive and answered all of my questions. A few things happened on my end and I was not able to buy the machine I was originally talking to him about. A few months later I recontacted him and ask if he still had the machine we were discussing. He told me it had sold but that he would look around for a machine in the size and weight I was looking for. Jon quickly found me two Bobcat T190s but after figuring some numbers with a finance company they just weren’t going to work. I told Jon that they wouldn’t work and I asked him if he had any Takeuchi’s as this is what I was really after. Jon told me he did not, but was in the works of acquiring one. When Jon got it, he sent me pictures and detailed to me the condition. He also gave me a price that I was agreeable to, pending it needing anything a other than a basic service and cleaning. Jon also found another finance company that was very easy to work with and get financing through. As Jon dug deeper he found the hydraulic pump needed to be replaced. Jon got a new one from Takeuchi and installed it. There was one other set back that prevented me from picking up the machine on the only day off I had that week and Jon said if he could not get my machine fixed, he would bring me a loaner until mine was done. Well, Jon delivered. On Easter morning Jon drove 2.5 hours to deliver my machine in great running order. I explained to Jon I needed to run my grapple bucket with the machine and upon delivery, discovered the quick connects did not work. Jon quickly got me the proper quick connects and shipped them to me just in time for my job. Jon went above and beyond to help me get a machine that would work for my budget and I. I will always look to Jon and Mach 1 Machinery for my next skid steer or any machinery when it comes time. Thanks again, Jon!

Jon @ Mach1 went above and beyond for us during our new dump truck purchase. We picked up the truck from their shop in California and drove it 7 hours back to Portland Oregon without any issues. I recommend MACH 1 Machinery Inc. for its honesty. In May of this year, 2017 we landed a large government contract to perform wood waste grinding. We immediately needed another grinder. I looked all over North America including Canada . The listing MACH 1 inputted was what the owner claimed; however, the realty was that the owner lied to Mr. Litsey of MACH1 about its current condition. After reviewing the information and a few phone calls to both MACH1 and the Seller, I made a flight to fly across the country the next morning to view the equipment. Everything the Seller told MACH1 was not correct. From the condition of being field ready to the condition of the engine to the performance of the machine. In Mr Linsey own words of MACH1 I feel he mis-represented his grinder and thus we mis-represented it to you in error. I apologize for the error, but I am a man of my word and wanted to be sure we covered you on your expenses for your wasted trip to California Along with this letter, this gentleman reimbursed us for the flight - hotel - rental car and oil samples.
