Terribly unethical business owner! If you buy from him, you better hope he never owes you any money back...doesnt pay up!

They are friendly people and will help you get the hot tub you want.

Love my spa-but service has been frustrating. My pump went out after one year and five months. They came and got it to repair. I have been without my hot tub for a month. They make appointments to return and don’t. They don’t even call to tell me they aren’t showing up. This has happened two times. Every time I call to question why they didn’t show up- it is a new reason. The boys went to San Diego for a great opportunity, they had to order a part. A call to cancel the appointment and explain the reason would have been the right thing to do. I call them and they act like they were never even going to come the day of appointment.
