Hi, I had came in on September 14,2021 about 10 minutes before 4PM. The two ladies working were very rude. as soon as we walked in they rudely greeted and told us they were both going to lunch and shutting down the store. We kindly replied and said we would be quick. The ladies continued to be rude and talked behind us wanting us to leave. My family has purchased around 15 pairs of glasses and were looking to buy 2 today. we have now decided from the way these ladies treated us that we will take our business elsewhere. very rude and disrespectful. customers come first.

Both the team members working were so kind and fun to interact with. We appreciated their help in getting my daughters first Ray Ban’s after she passed her permit test!

The ladies are very mean and closed at 4:30 multiple times even though online it says between 7-8 most days. Always closed on random times on random days and not even for lunch breaks because i will wait over an hour and come back and itll say closed for the day.

Expensive for glasses that just break within a week of buying them. And get loose so easy.

Store opens at 11 am but when I arrived at 11:40 am it was still closed. Very inconvenient

I was bought a birthday gift from them. I went to return the glasses, and was told they could only refund back on the card used for the purchase or a gift card. I have never heard of refunding a birthday gift that way. I didn’t want the person who bought the gift to know I was returning it. The girl was unprofessional, and had terrible PR. She was extremely rude. Manager was pathetic. Told her that’s the only way refunds were handled.

Went there to browse their selection as I was looking at getting some new Oakley’s, first a young woman came to greet my friend and I asked if we needed any help and we said we’re just browsing, she then walked over to her manager and whispered something in his ear and then immediately he walked right up to us and stood over us and awkwardly watched us (obviously trying to make us feel uncomfortable as if we were trying to steal from them) until we left. Horrible experience and I’ll never step foot in the store again.

Put some of these glasses on, theyll make you feel beautiful even if youre not lol.

Great customer service!

The girls, with the exception of one, are very unkind there. Ive never had a good experience. A business does of course have a target of customers, however, to be belittled and treated badly is unprofessional and will not get good recommendations.
