Extremely unhelpful and poor customer Service.I prefer to support local retail shops rather than big box stores or online, however Biggins makes this impossible. A constant no we cant, or no we dont rather than lets see and if that doesnt work we will find another option.I will no longer do business at Biggins and make a every effort to to make let people know not to patronize.I ended up finding a perfect for my application on line. I needed an outdoor fan 48 and the solution I found was a 72 comprised of two small 42 fans. It is very sad that a Lighting company would not even offer other solutions. I tried, however was met we nos and negativity.

Top quality customer service and merchandise. Always there for you when you need them. They are professionals in this business and the only one that I have or will ever buy my lighting needs from. You wont be disappointed.

You just can’t walk into a box store and get the service a local business can provide. Even when there’s been minor adversity, the integrity towards Customer Service has been at the forefront.
