East coast doesnt get to enjoy this place! Great fast food restaurant. Fresh handmade French fries. Still actually cook the burgers unlike many others.Found a different Bible scripture under each cup. Spirit filled music on throughout the restaurant with outdoor seating also. Drive through around the building but seemed to move fast.Great job crew!

Truly can taste the quality. All the employees working as a team. The restaurant is spotlessly clean. It runs like a fine Bavarian timepiece. No freezers or microwaves. Real ice cream milkshakes. Second to none. Always consistently perfectly delicious.

Its good but its still just fast food. The people who grew up with it swear by it. The people who didnt, seem to agree its decent but not what Californias make it out to be. Visa-versa with Burgerville in the NW. Animal style is the way to go but fries are more powdery style. The employees are impressive, very professional and on it.

Its okay for a cheap burger. Its not worth the hype but the pricing is pretty good for what you get. It is fast food after all, nothing gourmet here. Options are limited and they serve very small patties, but you can get 2+ on a single burger. Best part is theyre open til 1am, which is unique in Redding.

Its so hard to put this rating so low, I usually get great customer service here. But tonight I cant say the same. The drive through was very quiet so I decided to get my burger well done and my bun extra toasted. I typically dont especially when busy because I know it takes longer to cook. But tonight I decided to, everyone was super nice until I got my food, the cook brought it up to me, I could tell because the white gloves, and practically threw it at me when I grabbed it I could feel her force my whole hand back. She did not set it in my hand she shoved it. I couldnt see her name tag because she turned right around after giving me a very sarcastic have a great night all I say was it started with a k. I dont know what her problem was but I was close to coming in and talking to a manager because this was just so unacceptable. I figured the associates at in n out were taught costumer service over anything else. Very upset with my experience tonight.

I was a first time visitor. Went on a Thursday evening at about 6:30 p.m. It was busy, but service was fast and friendly. Very courteous young man took our order. Fresh and tasty. Cheese burger, chocolate shakes, and shared an order of fries. Very filling. Would go back again when I’m in Redding.

Ive have yet to hit an in-N-out that wasnt completely amazing. The staff was completely delightful and quick as always and still one of my favorite fast food joints of all time.

It lives up to the name in and out I went through the drive-thru and rather than putting it in a paper bag if you want it to eat in your car then they put it in an open box and its really neat the way they do it. Everything was fresh everything was good It was hot would definitely go through there again.

We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our food. While visiting, a man came into the store without a mask. The staff kindly asked him to wear a mask. The man made a scene in the lobby, the manager(Royce I believe) dealt with it professionally and impressively. 10 stars to him- and the whole team for having to deal with people like that. That guy was a douche nozzle.

We always enjoy visiting in-n-out, but the cashier inside went above what I expected. I asked if we needed to wait inside. The cashier said no and told me to just come back in in about 10 minutes. Then she actually brought our drinks out when they were ready. She would have brought our food to us if I hadnt beat her to it. I appreciate her setting me up with a time line if she was too busy. Since she knew I was outside, she went ahead and brought it to me. THANKS!

So Im going to start this by saying Im biased because this is my favorite hamburger fast food joint so it will probably always get a 5 star review from me. I dropped in here a Monday around 1pm, and I hit a sweet spot in a rush: no one in front of me at the register, no one behind me to rush my decision making. Although I already knew what I wanted to order so not much worry for me on that front but there were others with me that usually take a little longer. The meals deals are totally worth it! And they are willing to accommodate a lot of ridiculous order requests. My usual go to? A double double with extra sauce and grilled onions, a chocolate shake, and depending on my hunger level either an animal fry or a cheeseburger and regular fry.This experience wasnt too bad. Food definitely took longer than a drive thru experience. It also came to me a bit more sloppily prepared. However it was all super fresh, both off the grill and in terms of flavor / quality. I ordered my larger meal this time and ate a couple awesome tiny peppers along with the cheeseburger.And just to add a little icing to my cake on the trip, our cashier hooked it up with some awesome In N Out stickers for the car!

Was my first time at an In-N-Out Burger and wasnt that impressed. Waited almost 20 mins to order and pay. Staff was friendly and double burgers were good (and pretty), but barely lukewarm and fries were ice cold. Not sure Ill be back.

1st time eating there always seen it on tvs commercis and decided to try it since we live down south and its really good. Nothing special really and only 3 combos. Single or double cheeseburger and a regular hamburger all with fries.

The price of a meal went up because the starting salary went up to allegedly 16.50 an hour.Lol, They are all young workers living at home and dont have the bills of older people but what ever. Todays youth dont value money.So what you pay 13.50 for in Medford, OR will cost you 20.00 here.The fries were good but the burger was not made with love and the lettuce seemed old.Also the order taker didnt have a hanging menu.I would recommend here compared to McDonalds.

Always super fast service, the employees are very kind and answer any questions. The drinks section is roped off for customers so the employees will do all the drinks for you, and theh almost triple checked they got everything correct, and apologized for any delays but the service was fast only 15mins for 5 meals for my party. And while we ate outside the tables were cleaned and swept after every customer!

In and out. Literally, if you gety drift. The food is so good, but 10min later you should be by a restroom. Actually the restroom is mandatory unless you like poo in your pants. I love in&out. Just not this one.

First time visitor to this chain, and decided to go with the basic hamburger, fries and a chocolate shake.Despite the Friday night rush, it was all prepared and only a short 5min wait from the order placing in the drive thru.One note, I think management need to provide the order taker with a shaded station, air conditioning, if youre going to have them stand on the drive line to take orders. I appreciate the accuracy but in this northern California heat Id be concerned about exhaustion and dehydration.Overall, good value and fresh ingredients. Well worth the stop, but if you like your burger patties bigger, order at least the double.

Your new double car line isnt efficient and causes more trouble than its worth redirecting traffic. First come first serve, except I get behind a car that has a large order and I now have 4 cars get in front of me because the other line moves faster. Not pleased with this method.

Good food, good price! They just need to cook the patties a bit better. Each time we go, my wife orders a cheeseburger well done, light sauce. I order a double double extra well done, light sauce. Mine is almost always a little pink inside the patty. I like my burger cooked. They just seem to have e a different time getting the patties thoroughly cooked. Its not like the burger patties are thick. They arent. I still go there. I like the fries and usually the food is hot.

Even with the long line they were fast and efficient. Got our order right and it was delicious. Id say the only thing to fix would be to maybe get a heated lamp for when your food is ready. Mine was a little cold. But I know that because there were some many other people. But overall a good restaurant.

Bright, clean, and convenient location, situated just off of the I-5. Friendly and fast customer service, delicious burgers and fries! It was pretty busy both times we went to this location for lunch, but turnover was quick and we were able to grab a table to enjoy our animal style and protein style burgers. A plus was a very clean and well-maintained washroom to relieve some road trip needs!
