I switched to this Rite Aid after being loyal to another pharmacy for years. The staff is generally helpful and friendly. The store has some really awesome, hardworking staff in the pharmacy. They just seen to be short staffed and overburdened. I very rarely have problems getting my prescriptions filled or refilled. (Unless the app is acting up.) It feels a lot cleaner inside than other pharmacies Ive visited in the vicinity. I dont think I have ever walked in to purchase something on the retail side and not found it on the shelf.

After a horrible experience at Walgreens I went to Rite Aid to see if they were contracted with my insurance and if they could fill my prescription. The male pharmacist was so kind said it would only take 20 mins to fill and go enjoy some ice cream while you wait. Order was ready in less than 20 minutes and even though one of the prescription wasn’t covered with my insurance it only cost $16 for it. Walgreens wanted $250 for it. Thank you Rite Aid for great customer service and going above and beyond to help me.

Second time I have been there and was told scooper for ice cream was no longer available. Cashier was unwilling.

The manager has horrible customer service, and is very unprofessional. Not only did the general manager Larry treat me poorly as a customer but also treated his employee terrible as well. Will not return ever again.

Here for covid vaccination this facility like all medical facilities in Shasta county are having the people being tested for covid sit in the same area that the people that are being vaccinated for covid are sitting they are adding to the spread this is how were ended up with covid vaccinated infected persons

I wish I would have known ahead of time that they do not look up your insurance information. Apparently at this Rite Aid, if you switch insurance then you have to pay full price for prescriptions in the month you are waiting to get your new Rx card. They will not ask you for insurance and instead try to charge you full price initially. I transferred my Rx to another pharmacy and they were happy to look up my imformation. Saved me $275 by not being lazy.

Restroom floors need repainting! Pharmacy restrooms should be extra sanitary!

Tried to fill prescriptions here, they gave me the run around! Then had to come back a few days later and still NOT filled!! Customer service needs a lot of help! They aren’t friendly and don’t understand the people coming in for their meds!!

Completely awful pharmacy. Attendants barely look at you when they assist you. Girl at pickup looks like she slept in the clothes shes working in. I have no problem with blue hair.....or the pink bandana in the blue hair......but at least run a comb through it! Waited over 45 minutes for a prescription that was ordered over the phone. Switching to Safeways pharmacy today.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a less responsive pharmacy. I don’t know why I keep using this one, bad habits die hard I guess. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes, for the two cars in front of me to be checked out. I got here at 5:42, it is 6:11 now. If I can make a single recommendation, it is that you should use your time effectively and find a funeral service provider because “over my dead body” appears to be their motto.

Horrible customer service. Want to do a straight exchange for a product that was wrong forgot receipt was told to have a picture sent to my phone of the receipt after doing so manager comes over and says we can’t do that and Would provide no help. We are A family of three and normal customers in the store and no longer will be. Me being a store manager of a retail store I cannot believe this horrible customer service.

Got to Rite Aid to have my sons TDap vaccine done before he could start 7th grade waited in line not once but twice after filling out paperwork. The pharmacist asked me to take a seat after I gave her my filled out paperwork work and insurance card. We waited another 20 minuets and noticed a new person that just got there start working on the insurance we already thought was being worked on. Long story short total of 45 minuets waiting to have them tell us my insurance doesn’t cover a pharmacy to administer the shot. Won’t be going back to this pharmacy again felt like we were put on the back burner and it wasn’t even busy!

Never refills my prescription on time automatically like its supposed to be.Every single month there is some issue that causes a few days delay causing me to run out every month like clock work.Refuses to remedy the situation always blaming their system.

The pharmacy takes forever. They say they have to order my prescription from somewhere every time I try to fill it. It takes weeks. Messing up my medication cycle. And then waiting to pick it up takes 30 minutes or so. Its ridiculous. I changed pharmacies.

Went on Sunday 10-13-16 to have a prescription filled. Was not open because the pharmacis did not show up to work. Wasted trip. Went on Tuesday evening to have a prescription filled. Told me it would be about 40 minutes. Not wanting to wait I went back Wednesday afternoon and it still was not filled not only that but was told it would be at least 2 hours. Thanks for several wasted trips and the insight of your business practices.

Called in from Out of state was put on hold for over 12 mins never got a response had to hang up and call back to get a response of no dont carry michelada mix! Very poor customer service, the guy that answered needs to learn customer service

I dont know if my last comment posted, so I will re write it. My 2 children and I went in to grab some Perrier waters, and some snacks. My child was denied access to use the restroom without a reciept. (??)They wanted her to wait with me in line until she had a reciept to show the employee.. really? (!!) NO THANKS. ILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. No common sense.

They told me they forgot to order a prescription and that all of their customers were going to be out and that If Im out I should either go to Anderson or go across the street to Walgreens since they are 24 hours.Weeks later got scolded by rite-aide pharmacy for temporarily switching. Super Rude and made me feel stupid. Will be talking to corporate.
