Factory flooring is a first class flooring company ! My wife and I had a great experience picking out our flooring with our Sales person Rene. Rene gave us honest suggestions while making our decision on the flooring we wanted. If you have not been to their new show room on churn creek WOW ! the nicest showroom ever. Lots of laid flooring so you can really see how it will look. I also met the owner Ernie. What a great man, you can tell the employees really care and like working for him. My install date and time went as planned. My installers were Santino and Travis. These guys were awesome !! They were on time and did a fabulous job. they really know what they are doing. I could not recommend this company any higher. 5 stars, from start to finish. We love our floors.

When it came to repairs they have been delaying fixing their work for over a year. Would discourage anyone from selecting them unless your willing to accept poor service, after your write the check of course.

While I was there, it appeared very busy and Rick and the gang were juggling many tasks. When youre not a flooring expert, they took the time to answer my questions and hi-lite the pros and cons. The parking is not the greatest, but if youre a DIYr, you get the facts and prices youll need. ! Carpet install today, very professional, excellent in every way, right down to the cleanup.

Great selection and the staff is super helpful

Sometimes you must take the time to say thank you. The team at Factory Flooring Outlet truly listened and helped guild us through the steps in our winter project. The estimate was accurate and timely. We asked a ton of questions during the in home estimate and at the showroom. There were many aspects of the flooring installation we would have easily overlooked trying to handle this ourselves. After many visits we decided on an awesome product that will look beautiful for decades. The timelines were set and we worked our tails off to move out on time for the project to start on time. Sure enough right on time the crew showed up at the house. They introduced themselves, walked us through the basis, verified the layout, opened the product, and off they went. We were in the way in a matter of minutes. They communicated with us at the end of each day. 5 days later we returned home to gorgeous floors. We where not able to do a walk through before they left and did have a few concerns. They worked with our schedule and returned happily to address our concerns. This was a big investment and we would recommend this local company to invest your money with. Very professional and most certainly reliable. Thank You!

I love this company SO much! Eight years ago, we needed carpeting so I contacted them and they supplied our needs beautifully. So when I had some major water damage in my kitchen, I asked the insurance company if I could be the general contractor and choose my own flooring company. They agreed and I chose Factory Flooring of Redding. My first contact was Rick Wallace. He invited me to come to the store and view samples. This was at the beginning stages of the COVID outbreak and I feared I would not be able to get in there. All of the FF staff wore masks and there were no other customers there during my visit. I felt so safe. I chose the flooring and Rick worked with Daniel to get us moved up on the schedule. They understood the stress we were under and did all they could to help. They were VERY understanding of my plight. Cindy Nelson who has been with the company a very long time, personally helped me with various paperwork which needed to be supplied to the insurance company and the mortgage company. Each request to her was quickly and professionally addressed as well as she calmed my anxiety. They sent a guy out, Tony, who measured everything and was able to submit the drawing and the time needed so Rick W. could create the bid estimate. It was sent to me immediately and approved by our insurance company. When the flooring installer came out, Rick (different from the sales Rick), he came with a mask and inspected all the work and was in agreement with Tony. The concrete floors needed significant grinding which brought a LOT of dust to the house. Rick worked everyday to vacuum, sweep, etc to keep the dust as minimal as possible. We were in a hotel, so Rick decided to work late into the nights to make as much progress as possible so we were not out of the home any longer than neccessary. Rick was VERY respectful of our decision determining the direction of the flooring. He gave us suggestions as well as laid out examples of how it would look. He and my husband joined into a perfect agreement for the direction. The floors look marvelous and I am so very pleased. The baseboards we chose were bigger than normal and needed special ordering. Those have not gone in yet, but Rick left some samples so we know what it will look like when it does arrive. (As of writing this, the baseboards are due to arrive in 3 days.) I have no doubt that Rick will do an excellent job with the baseboards. He also spoke highly of Factory Flooring and the staff. All around I am so delightfully thrilled with the service, advice, hand holding and result of our relationship with Factory Flooring. I will return to them for ALL of our flooring needs as well as refer others to this great company. 5 STARS all the way!!!

They recently installed all new carpet and some tile for us. chose them because of the really nice showroom. glad we did. Install crew was very polite and gracious and did a good job. We are very happy with the result.

When we purchased our home we selected a polyester carpet that began to wear out almost immediately. We went to Factory Flooring Outlet where we bought the carpet to see if our warranty would cover the problem. The manufacturer didnt want to take care of it so Ernie Linton called us and told us he would take care of it and asked us to come in and pick out new carpeting. This time we chose a nylon carpet that wouldnt wear out in three years. The best part though is that Factory Flooring stood by us and helped us in a way we never expected. I cant say enough great things about them and we would highly recommend them. We wanted to buy local and it was the best decision thanks to Factory Flooring Outlet.

Absolutely loved my experience .great service and price however I wasnt ready when I said I would be ready for delivery after 18th they scheduled me for 15th. No way can I do. Need to listen to client. Love the store though and the owner has superior people skills

This company stands firmly behind their work and materials! Just finally had some wood flooring installed/completed, and could not be happier with the result (over 2000 sqft of wood and carpet total). This project started a few months back when we experienced a problem with the wood product. Ernie (owner) was awesome through the entire process; he could have told us to live with the issues. But he didnt. He stayed in continual communication throughout his dealings with the distributor/manufacturer. Im not exactly sure what happened, but Factory Floors Outlet came through and made sure we got what we paid for! Most people having done enough home improvement projects know issues often come up. But how businesses take care of those issues is everything, and FFO delivered. In our case, were just happy we chose FFO to install the flooring because they took care of business the right way. I highly recommend this company for all your flooring needs!Update: I just had FFO install wood floors and carpet in my new home. Jason (installer) is the best, and I wouldnt trust the installation of my wood floors to anyone else; hes highly skilled, attention to detail and excellent work ethic. Very fortunate to have found this company.
