Great selection, comparable pricing to online retailers, relatively organized and clean. Ive never been disappointed in selections here for any occasion.

Kinda dull and drull. Not exciting or fun at all. Candy bins broken, depressing jazz playing the whole time I was there....like not a party store at all.

The employees there are the best. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, excellent team overall.

They have almost everything that you could need for a themed party. From Harry Potter to Marvel comics, they have many character items for any type of party. I appreciate that the themed items are not all labeled as birthday items and there is a variety of solid color choices as well.

Went in tonight to find a costume for my daughter at the last minute, couldnt find it in the store but a guy stocking shelves offered to look in the back for us and found the one she needed. He saved the day! Very thankful that he was willing to go out of his way to help her.

The store is pretty crowded right now but thats ok because its because they are setting up for Halloween! Nice employees and clean store.

Party city is a cool store, Ive really only been in there during the Halloween season. I know you can find just about anything you could need or just want to use to make your party a success.

A must go to for dads looking for costumes for the daddy daughter dance theme during the non Halloween season.

The gentleman that helped me with my balloon order yesterday was awesome. This is my second balloon order with Party City the first party turned out great and the balloons added that special touch. The clerk was so patient and we talked through the balloon layout, cant wait to pick them up :)

I was quoted a price of $6 to fill my own balloons with helium over the phone. My husband went to get our balloons filled up and was charged $42. The man who answered the phone did not explain the different prices for different sizes. I called the Manager to discuss this problem and she would not try to remedy this issue in any way. She told me I should have came with my husband to get smaller balloons. I was having my daughters wedding and could not be at party city. Terrible customer service.

Great selection for last minute party needs. Price are pretty high compared to online shopping, but thats the price you pay when you need it now. Plenty of parking, employees are helpful and friendly.

An alright selection. I wasnt able to get everything for my granddaughters Birthday Party but was able to get most of the ballons and party favors. Online had a better deals, Amazon, etc.

Workers are super helpful! The lack of products we needed was a little disappointing. Wish they could order things customers need.

Store is apparently to small because just to put out Halloween items the had to put all if their wedding items in storage they told me. Also it was end of summer and still a prime time for weddings. We needed some last minute things for my daughters wedding. We had to do without. We dont go there often because it seems a little expensive and not a good variety of items to choose from. Sorry

Sad and disappointed went to go find some items at the store in Redding did not have the items l was hoping to go to my go to in Anderson 🤤 they are no longer open the store is closed🚫 I dont mean closed for the day I mean closed closed no longer exist how sad is that its very sad when you cant find what you need in Redding🆘

Staff are helpful when they actually help you. Everything is shiny, but mostly the same products over and over again in different colors that are kinda borring.....party city....not really sure what kinda city they are from, but its deffinetly not a party one..

Party City in Redding is totally out of helium. I know there is a national shortage, but I got helium at Safeway. I don’t think that a Party Store should run out of helium. A lot of items are way over priced.
