Reborn is the beloved camera shop Redding has had for a long time with a hitch.. its service-oriented only now. Professional video transfer & photo Lab services. Teresa and Jeff have overcome a few obstacles, have a few hurdles to still leap over, but they have their ducks in a row and are offering the photo and video Lab services weve all grown to love. Passport photos, full-service printing and video transfers or what theyre all about in this new 21st century service-oriented store.

I’ve been a customer for years, since before the owner died. Today my husband and children were refused service with medical exemptions to have scans made on our Crown Camera purchased thumb drive from the last time we used their services. What a world to show my children, that because they have a medical condition that because their father does, they were discriminated against. We will be filing a complaint with the ada and we will win. Never again Crown, wrong as wrong does.

I had some pictures of my parents wedding from 1975 that were poor quality, so decided to have them reprinted.(for their 45th anniversary)I was ecstatic how Great they looked after they reprinted them. Also, I had a cassette tape of the ceremony that was broken and Jeff went above and beyond to fix the cassette and put it on a cd for them. I highly recommend Crown photo &Video.

First thing is I used to manage the camera store. I just had Theresa print some 16x20 images and they matched my computer and expectations perfectly. Theresa YOU are the best.

I was having considerable trouble having my photoshopped photos printed at Costco and Walmart without a strange blue tone colorization issue. I took my flash drive with my digital photos to Crown camera and they allowed me stay while they test printed my digital files and had all my enlargements ready for me the same day. What incredible service. I highly recommend their excellent printing work.

Visited with my new to me D500 and was met with a man completely full of knowledge and more friendly than I ever expected from a professional photographer. He corrected an issue (user error) I had and gave me some awesome direction. I drove over an hour to this shop and am so thankful I did. I will be coming back for my next big purchase! And to note, prices are very competitive!!!!!

Crown Camera is a great place for all your photography needs. Unlike the big box stores you can talk to someone who actually knows what they are talking about. Beside being employees they are photographers. For a small store they have almost anything you might need and the best part you can hold the item in your hand and even try it out to see if it meets your needs. Stop by and say Hi.

Crown is the best! They are so professional and helpful its like having a friend in the business. Their restoration lab is outstanding and creates miracles from unrecognizable photos.

I was thinking of relocating to Northern California and checked out three camera stores within driving distance, in Reno, Sacramento, and Redding. Crown camera was impressive. I was interested in a certain wide angle pro lens but had never handled one. He took a new one out of the box, handed it to me, and said to walk around town and try it out. I hooked it to my D3 and did just that. This is the kind of service I am accustomed to. Incidentally, I have decided to buy that lens but am waiting until I move so that I can buy it from Crown Camera. I do business based on service first and my limited experience at Crown tells me that this is where Ill find it.
