Everyone who works here is so nice though they didnt have the book I needed for class.

Stopped by here whole visiting - I was originally from Alaska and was happy to find such a complete park. 10/10 will go again

Staff is always friendly & always make sure you get what you need.

The internet crashed and I wanted to get my books before the new year. I hit the time just right my husband and I got all of our books at once. The people were very helpful and very competent with subjects and materials needed.

I called and asked for a book which was the last one. I asked them to hold it for me and would be showing up just before closing. When I got there he knew who I was. Good job Lee.

They have a lot lot of cool stuff here. School supplies, backpacks, all the textbooks, & even cool tech stuff... Some items are a little pricey, but there are some great deals as well

The staff there is so helpful. They have a large variety of snacks, drinks, binders, notebooks, and apparel. Even accessories for your smart phones, ipods, and other devices are found here. I love it.

Bookstore is full of different things to choose from and have the books you need for classes at Shasta College. Most of the staff is also friendly.I do wish the store was much less expensive and had better hours of operation for working students who go to night classes. Opening at 7:45 and closing at 4pm wont do for students working from 8am-5pm who need a scantron for their 6pm class.I also found out the bookstore is its own store and is not owned by the college. So the outrages prices must be for convenience of being on campus rather than to support students.If you have the money and need last minute supplies such as scantrons, pencils or paper, the bookstore is great. I recommend going elsewhere for books and school supplies since it would be much cheaper to do so.I know if have your school ID, Student Senate has school supplies, rents some books and even gives some food for free. It is based on donations from people and students, so if you have leftover school supplies you dont need, donating them to Student Senate will put them to good use.

The book store is far more spacious than it once was however the layout lends itself to difficulty in navigation of the aisles. The prices are significantly higher than online options with the exception of the rental options. Furthermore on several occasions I have experienced clerks who seem to believe folks buying their books or family members are plotting to ruin their day or at a minimum are adversaries who need to be dealt with.

Quick in and out, having a few more choices in color for the paper folder/ binder would be nice. Only found it in black. Had to get my kid a folder to hold her math book in. Copied page type of book.

I tried for a week to call to preorder my cap and gown but no one would pick up the phone or return a message. I went out to campus and was told that I had to wait until the next week to get my stuff because pre-orders were closed but that I should have no problem getting it. I went back last week but they had sold out of my size. The next afternoon I got a call they had it. I had surgery the next day and had to send someone else to get it. That was way more work and frustration than it needed to be. The guy that helped me both times seemed half asleep and a bit clueless, which didnt help.

Its a college bookstore, has a decent selection and the pricing isnt terrible for books (go elsewhere for supplies). Their return policy isnt great though. I accidentally purchased the wrong workbook for a class and unfortunately couldnt tell it was the wrong booklet until it was opened. I was unable to return this because it was open even though it was unused and I had only had it for less than a day. They carried most of the books I needed for class but not all of them. If youre in a high demand class Id recommend buying your books as far in advance as possible to make sure you can get a copy.

Never have a problem here. They always have what I need, and everybody is friendly.

Jeannette was very rude and she talks down to the younger generation who are purchasing books.The rest of the staff we delt with was great but she is very condescending to the younger generation.

This bookstore not only has your college books but a variety of children books too. The people help you find everything your looking for and more. The order online and price matching is great too. The Follet company is an awesone company to work with.

The only thing I couldnt find was graph paper. Although I didnt ask anyone where it is, so that is probably on me. The book prices are very expensive, but you get them right away as opposed to waiting for them to arrive on Amazon or some other online store. They have makeup, clothing, school supplies, book pickup, and snacks. Usually well staffed.

Its cheaper to buy your books online but if you need your book ASAP the book store will have them.

You can usually find the books required for your classes there however unless you get there early theyll be out
