We just bought a mattress set and bed set from here for a really good price in my opinion. They have wonderful customer service and it was just an all around great experience. I highly recommend checking their store out if you’re looking for furniture.

Terrible service!!! DO NOT give them your business The “delivery guys” which are the owners husband and teenage son were angry by our minor complaint of a wobbly chair they delivered us and threw our dining table out of the back of their truck on to the road and sped off!!!

My husband and I have bought furniture a few times, we were furnishing the house we just bought, and Im quite sure I drove Brenda nuts the first time we bought from her. We purchased furniture a few times after that and they always set up my furniture without a problem. Ive changed furniture in my living room and went back to legacy . Nice people. Nice furniture

To all friends family and local shoppers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We purchased a small sectional with Lagacy Furniture and Matress and paid $100 for delivery and set up. They proceeded to not even try and bring the sectional into my apartment due to the stair case. It took myself and my girlfriend all of 5 min to figure out how to get it inside and set up. When asked to refund the delivery fee we were told no even though they have failed to complete the delivery. Clearly the owners do not care about customer service after the sale and have no intention of keeping repeat business. We do our best to shop local but these people are a joke. I would emplore anyone to take their business elsware unless you want to be shafted after they take your money.

Update: I talked to Brenda and she was incredible nice to me and we worked through this ordering mess. It’s an incredibly frustrating time not just for customers but also for businesses. Although I wish I would have been notified more, I do appreciate Brenda taking the time to find out more information on my order.I ordered a couch in the month of May and two months later I have received no customer service, update or apology for the delay. While I understand the circumstances of the pandemic I don’t feel that it was right to NOT update me on my order or try to contact me to let me know they value me as a customer. I asked for a refund and felt completely dismissed.

I bought a sofa, love seat, chair, two queen mattresses, as well as a coffee table and end tables. The sofas were supposed to be delivered on a certain day. I had to call on the day and remind them to deliver. They tried to refuse, then went ahead and delivered when I insisted. The coffee and end tables were on back order for an indeterminate amount of time. No one bothered to tell me that and when I requested a refund they said all sales were final. Brenda, was less than friendly, did not apologize once for any inconvenience, and now has lost the sale of the two bedroom sets I was going to come back and purchase once inventory came in! Its too bad when businesses dont consider customer service in sales. I still have two bedrooms to furnish, a guest room, and a kitchen. They had all my business until this happened! The owners reply is not true. Either they or associate is lying.Alot of the furniture is damaged. The guy said we could order the same thing and wait a few days. Then when we asked about it 5 minutes later he said we where just a headache and wouldnt help us.Totally rude, its not wrong of us to want a $600 table without scratches.

I bought a queen pillow top mattress and box spring and the boxspring broke they did give me a new one because there guys delivered and set up but The pillow top mattress is not good for a woman that has night sweats going through menopause. The very next day I went in to ask if they can refund or Exchange and they said no they don’t refund that it was posted on the wall and was on my receipt . First of all I didn’t Look on the wall and should of payed more attention on my receipt but what I’m saying is they should say at the time of the purchase and they should ask more questions when they are selling mattresses instead of just trying to get your money they should make sure the customer is buying the right mattress for them. I would not give them my money again...... you spend a lot of time responding to the reviews trying to make people happy why don’t you spend the time on the floor in the store making sure people get what they want in the first place.. it’s called good customer service.

I was treated very unfairly here I bought a mattress for $1,000 a queen-size wanted to upsize the mattress to a King and offer to pay the difference the store manager told me I didnt have any returns when he told me the day before I bought it that he would give me 30 days to return it so then he goes back on what he says I would have never came here and purchase a mattress I went to a five letter locations in Redding before this these people are lying conniving backstabbing dont trust these people

Im not one who writes reviews for many businesses, but this one deserves it! I have been buying from Legacy and their sister store, Sales Direct, for roughly 3 years now. Every time I have bought something, it has been nothing but a wonderful experience. You walk in to either store and are greeted appropriately and you have a sense of freedom when you walk in. You are not bombarded and they let you wonder to see what you are looking for. Although you are not bombarded, they make it known that you are still present in the store and check on you accordingly. Its awesome having that feeling of not being followed or rushed to make a sale. Even when a problem arises, they make it a point to fix it, even if it seems impossible. They listen, answer all questions, and make sure youre happy any and every time you come in. If you want to buy local, go to Legacy!

I placed some furniture on layaway there. I later saw that they had gotten the collection I originally wanted, in stock and wanted to change them. They wont allow to cancel my layaway saying all purchases are final therefore I couldnt even get the 350 dollars I have given them back.

DO NOT do business here. I bought a sofa and love seat that I really liked. Within a week, I noticed a seam had popped open. Several attempts over a two month period have not resolved the issue. Now, they simply dont respond at all. I highly recommend buying your furniture elsewhere.I have updated my review to three stars now that the loveseat has been repaired. Customer service is all that sets businesses apart, and Legacy will do well to work at improving theirs.

I ordered a couch from these people it went pretty smooth in store but as soon as I was supposed to be called back I never received calls I have always had to initiate calls took 8 days to receive my couch and on the day of delivery I have a 4 hour time window which they could not tell me at all during that time where about in the window it would be so I can finish some chores in town on my only day off so pretty much a waste of 4 hours because my couch is coming at the end of the window ok service and horrible communication

My wife and I bought a $700 queen mattress box spring and frame.After a week of sleeping on it it started to sag toward the center.We were also waking up with lower back pain.We then noticed it was a pillow top and was not what we had picked out.We went into their store to ask about exchanging for the non pillow top we picked out.The female owner said she could not help us and we would have to contact the mattress company.Then my wife called back and talked with her husband who was also very rude and did not have time to help us and or would not. We have always tried helping small mom and pop stores but will be shopping with big box stores in the future so we will at least have someone to help if we are not happy with the products or service. VERY DISHONEST AND SHADY BUSINESS.DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND ANYTHING THEY SELL!!!!

Dont buy anything from this store! I had previous good experience with previous managers who were quite fair and understanding. This time I wanted to buy a firm mattress due to my chronic back problem. The lady showed me one that seemed to be ok but did not have the size I wanted in stock. I paid the full price $400 and They ordered and delivered it next week at home where I realized it is not of the same quality as its firmness concerned. I called the lady and also went the store to complain but she was so rude and uncooperative saying that it has been their policy not to refund or exchange. I said you are right if I had bought and carried it from the store not in this way. She didnt accept and was not even ready to return and compare it with the one in the store. I am really very disappointed and feel like being deceived by losing $400 for a useless mattress.

This place is a rip-off they sell used furniture and dont tell you that you cannot exchange return they do nothing for you once it leaves their showroom the rude play saved cousin covid-19 but theyre walking around no mask on letting the public sit on all the furniture that you buy I do not recommend this place

My initial interaction with Michal was great that is until they got my money and it is going on 3 months and i still do not have my product. I purchased beds they told ne it would be 1 week before they came in. It took almost 3 weeks for the beds to arrive. I paid for delivery and SET UP. I had to fight with then for the delivery and guess what no set up, they did not even offer to refund the set up charges. After setting up the first bed all was fine and dandy. The second bed was very damaged. So once again I called Michael and told him what was going on. He said he would get another bed to me in 1 week. They just delivered it to me 2 months later and the 3rd bed was also damaged. I called legacy and guess what the are blocking my calls. That is real professional. So I called from another number and the owner Brenda answers the phone. She tells me i have to bring in the broken parts my self and exchange them for pieces off the original bed. I am a very unhappy customer and i am going to make it my lifes work to let eveyone know how shady this so called family business really operates.

Walked in and fell in love with a twin bed set for my son. The gal I worked with, Brenda, was very nice and looked up prices for me right then. It was more money then I wanted to spend but the quality seemed like it would last a long time and its really the first set I liked after looking several places.I paid for the bed/frame, a mattress, disposal fee (standard these days) and delivery/set up. They got me scheduled the next day, awesome! They were supposed to call prior to leaving so I could leave work and meet them. I get a missed call from an unrecognized # but no voicemail. I immediately call back and its the delivery crew and theyre already there waiting at my house. According to my surveillance one of their guys kicked over my yard lights...twice... I zoom home and while they were installing the bed, we realize the frame has only 3 rails which would mean the mattress would fall straight through, its a twin size and at the store it didnt show or need a box spring, ... so I ask one of the delivery guys about it and he even asks his partner wheres the bunkie board? I call the store and its going to cost an EXTRA $40 (which she discounted) and another disposal fee. Would have been nice to know at the store that it was needed.. the saleswoman assumed I already had one even though we talked about my son upgrading from a crib. After all that, the headboard ends up having some damage and needs to be replaced. I had to call a total of three times then email until being told it will get taken care of. Theyre currently working on getting me a new one as I type this review.In the meantime, I called the furniture company Coaster and other retailers in town and found out I was overcharged nearly $175.00 which is a lot of money for a bed. Although the staff is friendly enough and I believe in buying local, I felt taken advantage of considering all the surprises of having to keep paying more. Lesson learned.
