We spent a good deal of time with Jonathan testing about 10 beds. He was gracious, not pushy and explained the qualities each had. We found one we felt was the answer, but needed to think about it.We went back the next day, did another test run and Nick answered any new questions we had. We ordered then and the bed and lift base were delivered yesterday.Great sleep last night and so happy with the Mattress firm guys and service.

Upon walking inside Mattress Firm it seemed like all the beds were just beds of different colors. Wow! Was I mistaken, with plenty of help and guidance from Rich we found the many differences in the beds. Theres so many choices of options that I hadnt been aware existed previously. After spending time trying out many of the options we settled upon a great bed at a price that fit our budget. I definitely recommend bed shopping at this location.

Needed to upgrade my mattress so my girlfriend and I went to mattress firm since it’s the largest store in Redding. We spent a little more than we wanted to but we got exactly what we want for a great price. Great customer service will return if we ever need another mattress.

I began my mattress search at Costco, and was disappointed to find they didn’t have what I was looking for. I then went to Mattress Firm, which turned out to be the best choice for purchasing a mattress. Sorry Costco.Rich, our salesman, was great. He kept things simple and wasn’t pushy. I received fantastic service at the end of the day by the salesman John. We had a bed frame break in the evening and I needed an emergency replacement for my family. John took the call and came to the rescue, staying past hours to show me how to assemble the frame and verifying that every piece we needed was there. During this process, I noticed how clean the store was and the selection was excellent as well. With service like this I will be purchasing all my future mattress needs from here.

I love the mattress but what they failed to tell us is with an adjustable bed mattress that I paid a $3500, if your spouse is 6’2 and I am 5’2 it doesn’t work. Reason: when adjusted the 5’2 person slides down. After trying to figure out why I wasn’t sleeping right even though I tried changing the pillows it was because I was sliding down and sleeping wrong while my husband was very comfortable when I called back try to exchange it I was a-couple months too late. my advice is if you buy the king adjustable get it with the split down the middle, you both can adjust it the way you want. I was never told this by the sales person all he was interested in selling me the king size which I wanted, getting me out the door. When I called, spoke to a women on the phone her tone was very rude, she tried to get me off the phone as quickly as possible as I try to explain my situation. for that I give it a two stars. Personally I would not go back, buy another mattresses or pillows from that store.

Sam was the best. He never tried to up sale us on anything. He talked with us about the pro and cons of all the mattresses we looked at. We finally chose a very good mattress with the smart adjustable base. Even though it took a longer and was more expensive than we wanted to spend, we are much happier than we would of been on a less expensive bed. We learned so much about our new bed setup from Sam and he stayed with us and kept in great spirits throughout the entire process.

We went to three different places looking to purchase a mattress for our daughter. Mattress Firm was the best price and best selection we found. The free delivery was awesome and so was the person who helped us pick the right mattress.

The woman that helped us was very kind and very courteous and very helpful. We checked out different mattresses and finally found the one that was just perfect for us, and delivery should be tomorrow cant wait for a good nights rest.

The service in the store was outstanding. The delivery service left a lot to be desired. They delivered or mattress and new mattress covers. When asked they stated there was nothing on their paperwork saying mattress covers were to be delivered. After calling the store they said the delivery people would be back later in the day to deliver the mattress covers.As of 5 PM still no mattress covers don’t know where we’re going to sleep tonight.

Ive only experienced communicating by text. The process was very simple and the gentleman that helped me explained everything clearly. My mattresses are due to be delivered in 7 days which is fine cause its free :-) Ill leave feedback after I get them as my positive may change. But so far so good! Richard is outstanding to work with. I dont live in the area but do have a cabin an hour away from Redding. I was able to set up what I needed a few days before with him over the phone. He came in on his day off and met me at the store to make sure I was going to be happy with the mattresses. He made sure the delivery was set for the next day. The delivery people were great and on time. The mattresses for the cabin feel nice and comfortable. I couldnt be happier. Dont hesitate to buy here. I ordered online, I would suggest NOT going that route. Wrong sizes showed up. Granted it was quicker than most things arrive these days. I had ordered our adjustable beds to have the massage function, however they tell me I did NOT. Of course, I can find no footprints of the chat that I saved with the gentleman I purchased it from so Im s.o.l...I ordered 2 pillows, which never came, were supposed to be ordered again and then just refunded but found a couple of days ago neither of those had happened. Though the staff was always pleasant on the phone, the follow through was none existant!! For spending this amount of money on a bed in these times, I guess I just expected to much :(

Because no one told me about the vibrating feature on one of the bed frames for my restless leg syndrome and he just right off the bat was like try this and omg....yes please. I got a much much much cheaper mattress that I was originally going to get can ended up with a mattress and an incredible bed frame that I have to just Rave about it is literally life-changing . Mattress firm usually has a pretty good deal on their inventory. I noticed they have a lot of sales as well. My experience with them as always been pretty good and they sell quality stuff. The employees are nice and really informative. Go check them out, they will get you into the bed thats right for you.

We had great service the moment we walked in. All questions answered and bed was delivered on time. The frame didnt work at first but the second tech knew what to do.

Walked in looking for a mattress with no idea what we wanted. Jonathan quickly asked us a few questions on how we sleep, firmness, etc. We told him what problems we were having with our current mattress and he quickly showed us a few he thought would be good for us. He was incredibly educated on every style and brand and answered all our questions until we found exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, we have to wait until December because the warehouse didn’t have the size we wanted but that’s not his fault. That’s the only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars. Otherwise, amazing service, great products and friendly.

So I spend $200 on a mattress and Cover, the delivery date went from a few days to a few weeks, I called back yesterday to find out why and, I was told it would be here on the 29th. Now i have to wait till the 6th. These people dont have their stuff together. And to get a refund, they will send it to you in a paper check from Houston but can take my cash as soon as I get it out of my wallet. I knew I should have just gone to Walmart.

We went back to the store yesterday looking for an ajustable foundation for one of the beds we purchased there last year. It is always a positive experience when we go in. They know their stuff. They showed us all the ones they carry and what the difference was for each one. Our new adjustable is being delivered today. Happy customers again.

Sam was knowledgable, but didnt have to do much. We knew exactly which mattress we wanted and the firmness. We tried it to make sure and paid for it.The salesperson maintained a polite distance and ensured we had fresh pillow covers. Even during the payment processing he maintained his distance without making us feel isolated.After the sale, I was texted to let me know of the delivery date and window of time. I received a second text as a reminder and finally a phone call 10 minutes before delivery.The delivery guys wore masks and were polite. They were careful about removal and set-up and were done in 20-30 minutes total.It was a pleasant experience and would go to Mattress Firm again for my next purchase.
