A must visit if in Redding. Came here by word of mouth and been coming back since. I love the breakfast sandwich on French toast bagel. Cant go wrong with any combo. The staff is friendly as well. Just wish they were open past 2 lol.

This place was HOPPING when I arrived. The crew is doing their best and it shows. They notified me it may take some time to make my order and I accepted it.Ordered a caramel macchiato, iced and a bacon and cheddar bagel, on jalapeno cheddar bagel. They did not dissapoint.The environment is crampt, but thats not the employees fault.Currently theyre closed Mondays because theyre overworked and understaffed.

We went on a Sunday morning. There was a line but it moved fast. Daughter had the jalapeño cheddar bagel, toasted with butter and cream cheese. I had a plain bagel with butter and cream cheese. Chocolate muffin, Orange juice, and a bottle of water.Everything was very good. Prices were reasonable.We got filled up.Service was fast and friendly.Sat outside to eat.I would go back.

This is not the First time this happened i try to order again to see maybe it was a mistake the first time and the same thing happened i order 2 blueberry bagel with plane cream cheese on it one was fine and other one had dry onion all over the cream cheese i will not be going back i order both times on Saturday morning i work from 9 to 3 and i can not leave to get this replace i order off of doordash both times and one is fine other has dry onion who in there right mind puts onion on a blueberry bagel with plane cream cheese 2x this has happened to me

This Einstein location is one of the best I have visited! My sandwich was fresh and my coffee was excellent! Einstein Bagels is one of my favorite places to eat and get my iced coffee.

Good food, but the customer service is not good. Specifically the morning manager and a young man that wouldnt give his name. She seems to be unhappy and not willing to acknowledge customers or the delivery service that helps them get the orders to where it needs to be. With the circumstances in these hard times, you would think a manager would show more appreciation and energy towards her job/position.

Customer service is horrible. Guy with ripped up sweater cost you a customer. Maybe train your staff to greet people and be courteous instead of put his finger up and cut me off when asking for my order I already paid for. Will never be back.

I have been coming here for years and I thinks its gotten better in the last few months!!! I love this place food and service is great!!! All the employees are very nice and seem to all get along the atmosphere there is very welcoming, I have always been treated with respect and greeted with a smile!!! Even when I change my order from how its usually made they dont have a problem with it and are very helpful at suggesting other cream cheese flavors that may accompany my bagel better!!! If only they had bagel bites or bagel bombs!!!

What has happened to this place? The bagels are flat almost like they have changed the something in the ingredients. Used to be an incredible bagel > not anymore. Customer service has also suffered :(

Staff is great Managements horrible Ive addressed it several times he treats my wife horrible and wrap upon service Ive even asked him several times to stop shes disabled I went in and explained him hes Kurt hes rude hes abrasive hes rough he does not take the time to listen to any customers his honestly the supervising on a he should be supervised during on a factory line and not dealing with the public bad representation of Einstein bagels sorry Einsteins you lost another customer.

What a great place for a little early morning breakfast. Clean setting and super friendly environment, staff are excellent morning people. The new manager is on top of her game as well, welcoming smile and amazing customer service!! Hard to find at times in this town. Will definitely continue to come back

This place rocks. Great food, and great employees! I was in the other day and the soda machine was acting funny. The staff members each tried to figure out what was up. Unfortunately it had to be repaired or something, but I still got some ice cold lemonade! I really thought it was cool that they all went out of theyre way to take a look at it! After all, they arent coke coke repairmen, theyre bagel shop employees! I will definitely be back!

If youre looking for a fast, delicious, simple breakfast, or lunch Manhattan Bagel is the place to go. Their fresh baked bagels and cream cheese are always good and the Turkey and Cheddar on the Jalapeno Cheddar Bagel is amazing. Everything is always served with a smile and the staff is happy to make everything to order. I always feel like Im walking into my familys kitchen, everyone is happy and smiling, it just feels like home.

Fantastic bagels, freshly made, and cheaper than you can get them at the grocery store. But service is typically slow, and lines are long. Theyre friendly when its finally your but expect to wait.

First, it will be a miracle of a day when a California eatery with Manhattan or East Coast in their name has bagels or Italian food as good as the NYC/North Jersey. That being said, the staff is nice and the bagels are on par with what youd expect in California.

This is my favorite place to eat breakfast. They are fast prompt and the food is delicious. They have the fluffiest freshest bagels, the cream cheese is perfect, they give you lots of options to make it just what you want it.

Spent time waiting on my order because they were talking to friends. I also did not care for their discussion on a puking employee this morning. To top it all off they got my order wrong. They need to learn about customer service and what is appropriate about viditungvwith friends while at work. Im normally a very easy guy but this was poor service.

I ordered a cinnamon bagel and got a French toast one. did not know till I went to work. I called, spoke with Mike and he delivered me a cinnamon bagel as I did not like the French toast. that is why I frequent this store!

Went there with my husband and his service dog. We had been there 3-4 times before, liked it a lot. This time the manager tried to make us eat out in the 40 degree air because she said he was not a service dog; his vest was the wrong color. (!) She did not know what she was talking about at all. The place was almost empty and he was laying flat on the floor asleep. To make it even worse, she made an employee, who had a service dog and knew the laws, be the one to come out and try to chuck us out. Poor girl.

Ordered on grubhub order was 40 minutes late, wrong soda wrong chips wrong sandwiches my son is allergic to mustard and the slathered it in mustard. Never ordering from here again.

Bagels were rubbery.. hard to chew. And the egg on my breakfast sandwich was microwaved. Overall..you could probably find a better bagel somewhere else.

My morning every time, fresh and fast!!

I put in an order through doordash to be delivered to my work for lunch, waited for about 45 minutes with no delivery updates. I went to go check my phone and Mike from Manhattan Bagel contacted me several times about how the dasher has not arrived and my food had been sitting. He was nice enough to contact door dash to get another driver over to pick up a freshly made order. But...they never showed up. We were both really frustrated at this point but he MADE IT HAPPEN he delivered the order on his own accord. Talk about customer service. Im so pleased. Mike, you da real MVP
