When you go to ask or need help they always will search for your parts even if it is another store, that will help you put on wipers, change batteries ect very good people!!

This place has everything I need for my truck. Some staff were really friendly and others were blah...lol...they also have the capability to get what u need if its not in stock

Place puts other brands in napa boxs and sells them as napa brands. my distributor was 1157.00 at there store. found it at orileys for 53.00when ordering pick up, over charges me every time. difference doesnt go back on unless i call corporate to complain. no napa know how there. when i have questions, one guy in particular gets angry. check out lady is real nice though. every sensor, belt, hose, and tool ive bought was way over priced and failed in next to no time this store is the reason Ill never go back to napa again.

NAPA Auto Parts has a vast variety of Auto Parts and a really good back shelf area where they stock virtually everything !Youre going to pay a little more at Napathan other places in town.but if you want the good stuffyou got to Pony up the dough.From my experiencethey always have the part I needand they never have to order it.you usually walk out with what you needbut if they dont theyll be more than happy to order itthis is definitely a good place to go.And theres two locations in townone on the old side of town and that location has a machine shop for your convenience, and one in Enterprise so youre never that far away. . .

I bought lifetime warranty tools many years ago at the Anderson store which was then and is still part of the same local ownership as the Enterprise store. Ive had to go in and warranty a few sockets, and rachets. They stopped carrying the good rachet I bought originally, and around fifteen years ago they traded me for a far lesser product. Ive had them replace the guts twice, and took it in around a year ago to get it repaired again. They told me I needed a receipt. I bought this stuff 31 years ago with a lifetime warranty. Who the heck keeps their receipt for 30 years? Napa lost a customer for life because they are wriggling their way out of their warranty! Lost my kids too. My son tells the story more than I do. They know how to run off customers.

Very poor customer service. Parts are low quality. (They use to be high quality) Counter people know nothing about their store how to interchange or how to help the customer. They always treat people like they hate their job..They are usually my last stop. I do not like going in. They always pawn your question off on another store by telling you that they might have it. Or that their machine shop sells those tools... just to drive across town and have one of the guys look at me like a dummy..Always overpriced for the same part compared to az or oriley. Amazon and Ebay bear them all..

She found a discarded hose from a refill can. I already had the freon and the hose I had was defective. She went out and beyond to help. The weather 100+. Thank you Marie it worked.

I have ordered parts from this Napa. They really dont listen when making and order. Ordering the right make model but wrong cab size is important. Also, how long does it take to order a item, know where it comes from, yet not know where it is or the shipping number to track it. A common item should not take two weeks to arrive.

This NAPA has the best service of any auto parts store in Redding. Every time I go here, Im amazed at how well Im treated.

Napa is my standby for auto parts if I have to have them immediately. Frankly, if I know the part number and I can wait a day, I use Amazon every time and I save a bundle of money. Usually, the parts from Napa are of fairly low quality and are made in China. If it werent for the two older women behind the parts counter, I would never come here. I swear I can bring in a part off an old Ford tractor and she knows what it is, where to find it and brings it back in minutes. No asking irrelevant questions about AC or 4x4. When shes gone, so am I.

Napa auto parts is ok, some deals on sale ads are not available because it is not a corporate store, from what Cindy told me yesterday, they do not always have the items in the sales ads because of corporate in Sacramento..UPDATE: Lost two stars and my respect due to employee #109. He is just plain rude and not professional. I asked him to correct some problems from a previous purchase and he acted really bothered by it all... I am not done with poor performing employees at Napa- Napa DONT know how!

They dont seem compedant. I found the seal I needed on NAPA online but the clerk at the counter could not find it on the stores PC. Tried to sell a seal that was not the right one.
