They were awsome, we are from oregon and were broke down in redding. Couldnt find the part anywhere not even the ford dealership. Finally got ahold of Jefferson state diesel and they pulled one off a motor for us and got us back on the road again!

I was on vacation, road trip from Florida to Oregon. We hit something on 5 and soon after our truck broke down. These guys diagnosed and changed my flexplate/flywheel (which they stocked) in just a couple hours. Threw in some bolts I was missing and seals where I had been previously lazy in replacing. These guys are top notch and do amazing work. And got us on the road in just a few hours. Saving our vacation and truck. These guys know performance and stock applications. Highly recommended awesome pricing. So happy.

Trusting a family members recommendation, I took my truck there to get a metal grinding sound addressed and an oil change. My oil looks like it wasnt changed, they charged me several thousand dollars to fix various things (that may or may not have needed done) that did NOT resolve the sound as well as a couple other issues that we have since found on our own (radiator leak), and to top it off they left my steering stabilizer unattached which could have resulted in a crash with me and my three children. Shortly after having my truck back, my front right wheel flew off on the freeway. Bolts were sheared off. Some of these issues may not be directly their fault, but when I ask for a full diagnostic so I can feel safe traveling, it deeply concerns me that so much was missed despite them doing so many other expensive repairs, as well as the shoddy and dangerous workmanship and aloof, unapologetic attitude.

I would like to share my Experience with Jefferson State diesel. I have an 06 dodge ram 2500 It started to miss,next day, starting fluid to start, until the next day, no more start!? Towed it in to the (Other Diesel repair shop in Redding ) they looked at my truck took injectors out sent to get tested. said all injectors were plugged. ?????? The( Other guy at the Other Diesel repair shop in redding)said he wanted over $10000 to repair my truck. You can get another motor for $5k complete. Outrageous price. He wanted to have fuel tested for $500 Called Jefferson State diesel Talked to Skinney. He set it up, told me to bring my truck down. Truck was in like a blink of an eye. Put new injectors, CP3 pump,drained tank looked in side, lol found algea. new injector line, cause was rubbing on engine. ( they caught repair before it broke witch saved me breaking down)had it back to me in A couple of days. Blown away. Price was awesome!!! I want to thank SKINNEY, Jeremy, Taylor and Darren for your help in repairing my truck. You guys r awesome!!

The guys at Jefferson state diesel do a great job and really know their stuff especially when it comes to aftermarket products and upgrades. Had them install a FASS lift pump and Kryptonite stage 3 leveling kit and they did an awesome job. Truck is looking and running great! Thanks JSD

I bought my first diesel and it ran ruff. I took it in and told them what was happening they told me my injectors and plugs were bad. 6000 dollars later my truck still did not run right. I changed my air filter and the truck ran good. Thanks for nothing.they never said sorry or anything at all.just oops.

I had an issue with a Duramax that even the dealer couldnt handle; these guys fixed it on the first shot. I have had other work done by them, and when my diesel needs work, I wont take anywhere else.

Started by having a good day at the dyno days today. Truck took first place. Then after all stock trucks had gone, the shop owner listed his truck and took the trophy. Spoke to him afterwards about how unprofessional it was for a business owner to list a truck knowing it would win at the very end of a show. Just shows me what kind of business it truly is and that they are whilling to take from their customers to make themselves look better. I will be passing this information on to other millitary veterans and diesel owners such as myself. Hope someone else has better luck, but they lost a lot of trustworthy customers today. They are knowledgeable have excellent costumer service when jeramy is not working on a truck.They support the Redding Diesel Community by bringing the National Hot Rod Diesel Association to the Redding DragstripI have visited all of the diesel performance shops in Redding California, and I continue to give Jefferson State Diesel my business, because I know it will get done at a reasonable price.
