Market street and Churn creek are the ones I use. Anderson is also a great store. The people working at these stores know their business and will give you the right part the first time. Theres a great bunch of people working at all three stores

Long story short, Oscar and Alex made my day.I had my two kids with me after work and these guys saw that I needed help and provided it FAST.Oscar quickly noticed I was holding my kids and opened the doors for me the multiple times I went in and out.Alex saw that I was (struggling) trying to find out what wipers I needed in the book and gave me the hookup; he came over quickly, knew the exact ones I was looking for, rang me out, and even replaced my wipers for me outside in less than 5 minutes TOTAL.Oscar and Alex are the reason Im always coming back to this autozone for all my familys auto needs!TL:DR Big shoutout to Alex and Oscar! They helped me out!

We were told how to hook up the code scanner. The code indicated which part needed to be replaced. Then our battery & alternator were checked. Had to replace the battery. All the parts were in stock so we left with hope our car will start & run tomorrow after we replace the bad items. More help than I expected.

Help charge your battery for the car at no charge it was awesome, even check to make sure the battery was good, good guys

So I am a woman who brought the parts into AutoZone that my husband sent me with the parts and said show them these parts they will get you what we need. Ok so I did that ..... and didn’t know what I was purchasing ...... but felt comfortable having the old parts, I would get the right parts if if showed them..... well that didn’t work.... I got the wrong parts and when I got home my husband said well the parts are wrong!!! How did you not get the right parts? Did you show them what you needed? I said yes and this is what they told me I needed .... so round trip 40 miles ish and one hour of driving . I got back to Auot Zone tried to get the man I worked with but he was busy so got a very nice gentleman to help me instead and I told him I was sold the wrong parts even though I brought the part w me.....and that I was in trouble for getting the wrong parts. I wished I would of gotten his name but I am good w faces so will make sure I work with him if I HAVE to come back. I will just make sure husband and goes next time but any way they took very good care of me and hubby wasn’t mad when I came home second time. Thank you very much AutoZone !!!!!for great customer service. That’s why I gave you a 4 star in stead of less.

Counter Clerk was very pleasant and helpful. Windshield Wiper had flew off & purchased a new blade for a very responsible price. The Clerk not only got the correct part, rang up the purchase & proceeded to walk with me to my vehicle outside in the rain & installed the new Wiper & sent me on my safe way. Wonderful experience!

I have frequented all autozone stores, but the store on S. Market, supersedes them all. Mr. Copper is the manager. After going to the store on Lake blvd. And being given the wrong parts, Mr. Copper not only gave me the right parts, he put them on to be sure they were! Coodoes to you Mr. Copper, you are #1 in customer service! 👍

The guys let me change my brakes in the parking lot, I borrowed tools, and another customer helped me. Everyone was super nice. Thank you so much for helping me get my car safe for my kids again.

Very nice employees, seems like it has better-than-average selection. They let us borrow a screwdriver so we could open some stuff on our car for an emergency repair.

The guy working was not at all interested in helping me. I told him what I was looking for, but he just showed me where they kept those parts at in the store. I asked him what I needed for my particular car, but he just grabbed a random part and said that it might work. I ended up looking up online what I needed, which was not at all what he had given me. The girl at the counter was no better in helping me. Poor customer service.

New car batteries just die and leave you stranded, no warning, just dead. Autozone is awesome. They test your battery to make sure that’s what’s wrong and replace and actually do the work! Warranty on battery is great also. They put on wiper blades also. The crew at South Market is so nice and helpful. Thank you Autozone!

Employees could not have been nicer at this location. Even took the time to explain the mechanics of my issue and how to fix it. Great customer service as always, Auto Zone!

Dont support a place that doesnt have your best interest in mind. My wifes car was broken into and her belongings were stolen. The punk used her card for over $80 and they didnt bother to check her ID even though it was a dude using a card that clearly belonged to a female..... I wont be shopping here ever again
