The staff was super amazing and friendly. They did an amazing job replacing the back window in my jeep. I paid out of pocket because my insurance sucks and it was only $215 for a new window that was tinted and for labor. I was there for about an hour and forty-five minutes from start to finish. They are the cheapest most friendliest place in town. I will be referring all of my friends and family to platinum auto glass. And they have all of my future business if I ever need any more windows fixed or replaced. To all of the staff at Platinum Auto Glass you guys Rock!

Wow! These guys were great to work with. My rearview mirror fell off of my windshield, and these guys got me right in and got it fixed ASAP. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I would have given 5 stars except installer didnt vacuum the broken glass out of car. When I turned on heater glass blew in my face. Other than that they responded quickly, did nice install at low rate. They even came to me.

This place was incredible. They were very kind and they worked hard to fit me in the day after Christmas. Someone broke into my car and busted out the back left window and there was glass all over in my car. They cleaned it all, replaced it, and made me feel a lot better. And they did all of this at an amazing price. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

My windshield was cracked while I was over the road. I am a truck driver so time is of the essence. The crack kept spreading so I contacted platinum home & auto glass.Dawn Stomps set up an appointment for the next day. I was told it typically takes 2 hours. They got my semi volvo truck glass replaced in 45 minutes & I was able to pick up my load on time.The entire staff inside the office and the workers outside were very nice. I needed a quote on fixing a slow closing panoramic sun/moon roof for my daughters car. I did some research and was expecting the job to be a little cost prohibitive at this time but I went in anyway to get a feel for the job cost. I talked with Jerrad when I was first in the store and he told me that the owner Donnie would have to look at it and it would be a few minutes. I wasnt in a hurry so I waited and a couple of minutes later I met Donnie and he gave me the info as straight as could be and it was exactly what I expected but what really impressed me was the honesty that was given about the situation and the cost.. These guys are real straight shooters and I also had found a little rock chip in the front windshield so I figured Id get it done while I was there. Donnie took care of it and I gotta say I will be back and send others when the need arises. No wonder these guys have such great reviews... I wish all companies operated like these guys..

The entire staff is not wearing masks despite the fact they have an interior waiting room for the public and it is now the law since Covid is ramping up again. When asked, they stated they are a family group and more than 6 ft apart, having no thought for their customers they are exposing to their “family group” plus all the unmasked public visiting their establishment they are exposed to and passing germs etc. onto other customers. Zero regard for their customers safety or having common courtesy by wearing a mask indoors for the safety of others. As far as service, their pricing was good but the piece of molding they reattached on the windshield flew off shortly after install, but they did replace it immediately so no real complaint there, and their service was timely and prompt in that regard.

We have been going to Platinum Auto Glass for at least 5 years and have been extremely pleased every time. The daughter Tiffany did such an excellent job getting what I needed done which was getting my windshield replaced. After getting a couple quotes elsewhere, they absolutely beat the competition! When we spoke on the phone, she was really resourceful and knowledgable. She handled all the information I was able to give her over the phone and found out specifics I didnt even know my car had. You could tell that she knew her stuff. Really pleasant staff to talk to, service to complete the job was on the dot, and the waiting area they provided was comfortable. Overall, great experience. I had my windshield replaced and I was very happy with them. My car is not the easiest to work on but they put their top technician on it and he was awesome. Every detail was done to my satisfaction. I have to add that another company had done the same job only a few months ago (debris from construction in the road is always a problem in California) and they were a disaster!Platinum listened to my concerns and went the extra mile to see it was done correctly. I dont hesitate to recommend this place!They are honest. While I was in the waiting room they did what many businesses would not have done. One quick minute and a customer who thought that his rear slider in his pickup truck was missing went on his way happy because the guy (Don?)slid it back into place instead of booking an appointment and charging for a replacement. Another customer minutes later had a problem with only the drivers window working and the other three would not. I hear that and asked Don if someone had checked the lockout switch to see if the customer had accidentally hit the button. He immediately went out with the lady and sure enough, fixed the problem and she left happy that platinum had solved the issue for free!

Very nice people to work with, always could be cheaper on the pocket book ( haha) but all in all when I can afford it Im going back to do the next window.

Staff was very rude. Rescheduled me twice one of the times they sold my glass to another customer that I had to order and wait a week for already. then once they finally came out to fix my window the man who came to install it was rude and kept asking if we were gunna pay him in cash on the spot and demanding the money before starting. I sent him on his way without getting my winsheild replaced. So unless you wanna deal with someones bad day i dont recommend

Entering the office for my appointment I was greeted with a smile, given an approximate time for return to pick up my vehicle. I received a call when the vehicle was ready, right on time. If you ever run into issues with insurance or billing, Katie goes to bat for you and makes sure that you get the best possible prices. I have been to Platinum Auto Glass twice now and neither time was the best service. The first was a windshield replacement on a brand new vehicle and I was sent there by the dealer. Platinum ordered the wrong windshield and I had to come back a week later for the correct one. The second time I had the rear window replaced on a classic truck. The installers broke interior trim panels while removing them. They apologized and told me they would locate one and contact me. I have not heard from them at all and it has been 3 weeks. They also got greasy hand prints all over my brand new seats and carpet. The new window is what I expected, but unfortunately the service was not and I will not return or refer them to others.

Ive had several recommendations for this fine establishment, since my car window had been busted out... Just called to check cost of install (I purchased glass from LKQ which I now regret not just going through Platinum for the whole process) Donnie, the Owner, answered. Lines were busy, it rang through to his cell. He was out of the shop but I worked out a price right away, and now, I have an appointment for my window to be installed 11 AM tomorrow morning... I got a chip in my windshield fixed here. I was finished in about 20 minutes and the service was great. Ted explained the process of fixing a chip to me and was professional. The price was low too. My only regret was not coming in sooner.

Great place. I was introduced to my installer, then, when the job was completed, given very clear instructions about how to take care not to damage the window seal over the first 48 hours while the adhesive completed its cure time. The price was very fair.

Barely vacuumed the glass from my car. Now I have glass in my car speakers. Will not do business with them again.

I called Ted on a Saturday, when his business was closed, and he told me to come in and he would be able to fix my windshield. He brought his best guy in and had me back on teh road in under 30 minutes. Best price in town.

I had my windshield replaced today on my Subaru Forester sport. It had to be calibrated due to having the eye-sight feature. I checked with many places and was told that I would have to go to Subaru after the replacement to have the calibration done, would have to do additional paperwork for my insurance company and they were over a week out. However when I called and spoke to Donny and Katie the new owners at Platinum they told me that they could take care of me literally the next day and would do everything right down to the insurance paperwork. I brought my car in to the shop and the waiting room was nice and cool with refreshments offered as well. I only had to wait about an hour or so and was back on the road. Talk about service!
