Love their variety of items, especially their seasonal items. Wish they would increase their jewelry making section. My only real issue is with the lack of cashiers, even when theres a long line. Still is my 1st stop for craft supplies in town though.

I ordered my items online and went and picked them up about one hour later when notified that they were ready. Everything was there that I had ordered and the girl that brought my stuff to my car was very nice and careful with the packages. Among the items I ordered were two wreaths that turned out to be quite beautiful and rather inexpensive, as wreaths go in general. I was not only satisfied with my delivery experience but also my products.

Michaels is a good store for your craft and some hobby needs. When you are purchasing stuff on a seasonal sale, you need to pay attention to the sale sign and find the color you will want to look for. Most of the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

I come here often for beading supplies, yarn, and other art supplies. They usually have what Im looking for. Their bead selection is decent, better than JoAnns. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I love Michael’s. I could get lost in this store. I especially love at the end of each season when they do their $5 grab bags. If you don’t know, well now you know!

Im in OHIO, I called the Michaels Store in Redding, CA, as I had seven (7) URENT orders for deliveries there in Redding for a zoom party in two (2) days. The product we shipped to California, was destroyed in transit. Well at the least the other 40 made it. I called spoke with BJ, a manager there... OH MY GOSH, WAS SHE A GOD SENT!!! PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT & KIND. SHE WENT OVER AND BEYOND... I MEAN OVER AND BEYOND TO WORK WITH ME to assure the product was pulled quickly, packed and prepared for the DASH delivery driver. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME!!! The products were for a Corporate Team Building Event, so its a BIG DEAL!!! Thanks so much BJ!!! You just dont see customer service much like this anymore. I went in looking for a gift basket to hold some gifts I am giving to someone and found exactly what I needed! The store is not too expensive and has lots of arts and craft type things to peruse. Everything was laid out very well and clean as well! The only grip I had was that as I don’t go here very often, I was confused as to where everything was as there were no signs above aisles indicating what was in them. Other than that, everything was great!

Had a picture framing and Michal spent quality time helping me make good choices that made my mounting turn out just amazing.. was committed to make h experience enjoyable ... Excellent ... Polite employee.. cant wait till its done.. look forward to hanging it ..

They have just about everything want for crafts. The one thing missing is adult coloring canvas and books. So much of the 5D diamond embroidery kits but NONE for gel pens or markers. Like this at all stores. Well stocked on most other things.

As someone who has ridden on two different upside-down roller coasters and lived to tell the tale, I think Im eminently qualified to say that this is a good place to buy arts and, to a certain extent, crafts.

The only thing I needed that they didnt have was Glossy Photo Paper. The picture frame selection is outta this world.

I really appreciate the great proces they have on paint canvases. My daughter paints a lot, and the prices here, especially when on sale, beat anybody else in town. Compare what Target wants for just a pack of 2 canvases vs a 3 or 4 or 5 pack at Michaels, and there isnt a comparison to be had.

Best little craft store in town. Though, the staff and environment does need improvement. Its always nerve-wracking when I go to pay for my items because the cashiers are often always in a bad mood, and whenever I have a question and look for an employee they always seem to run away ha! True story!

Staff isnt very friendly and the aisle arent marked so you have to ask were something is. Items are usually in-stock so thats nice.

Clean store but over priced

Good prices, easy to find things. They can be very slow to answer call buttons. Customer service isnt stellar but not bad either. Pretty clean. Smells amazing when the scented pine cones come in for Christmas/fall.

If you need any crafts, go here! Not the cheapest prices for sure, everything here you could get online at a huge discount. But walking around provides inspiration.

I love this store . They have everything for arts and crafts and a framing dept. at the back of the store. Plus a large array of silk flowers and plants. You could be there for hours just looking at everything, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Black Friday deals throughout. Not too crowded. Full shelves. Boxes of supplies in some of the aisles, but this is keeping shelves filled. Check out was smooth and quick. Overall, a good experience.
