I may catch slack for this review.... but feel it should be said. Mask wearing mandate has been lifted in NJ in retail stores; yet its the stores discretion if they still want to enforce and mandate customers to wear masks. THIS PLACE STILL REQUIRES (not requests) A MASK. I had to walk all the way home to get a mask to just place a box on their counter.

Seriously, how do they have so many good reviews? The notary lady is one of the most unfriendly and least helpful people ever. I almost never leave bad reviews, but this place has now two times left me feeling pretty upset over just not offering any help and it seems appropriate to let people know its not just them, its her.I upped my review to 3 stars though because the shipping staff is still generally pretty good. I just look to find one of the local mobile notaries when needed now, a much better service / value anyway.

A state penitentiary has better customer service than this store. Every time I’ve been here I get spoken down to as if my business is a nuisance. The UPS store in Shrewsbury is much better with friendlier service. Never going to this branch again. Their representative Mary in particular needs to get out from behind the desk and load trucks or something. She has no business working in customer service.

My mother had died and left me a piece of art. The piece had been in the family since the 70s. It was one of my fathers favorites, so it had sentimental value. I went to the THE UPS STORE in Red Bank to have it shipped back to California. A month passed I hadnt received it. I called to see if the piece was shipped. It hadnt been, I believe they forgot about it. When if finally arrived, it arrived in pieces. The glass of the frame had smashed and damaged the art. When I called to see what I should do, the staff couldnt have been more dismissive. After weeks of looking to find a resolution, a check showed up in the mail. The store reimbursed me for the cost of shipping. It didnt cover the cost of the new frame. My experience with store was not good. My advice: if your package comes damaged and it was packed by the UPS STORE make sure you document it.

Amazing place with VERY helpful staff

I have no idea how this UPS location has 4.8 stars. One of the worst customer service I have encountered. Kevin, tall guy with gray hair, was extremely rude, arrogant, with dismissive tone, bitter and disrespectful. He did not seem to worry much about his behavior and what the owner of the place would think about it. This was not the first time I saw “Kevin” in action but unfortunately for me this time he was the one mailing my packages. I will not use this location as long as “Kevin” works there. Would not recommend it either.

Great people, great service! I am in this store almost every week and the people there are always super helpful. Ive used their printing service many times for jobs my home printer cant handle and its a breeze, and of course the shipping service goes like clockwork. Very friendly store - highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. The gentleman working today was so rude. He yells at you to get back, even though you are behind the lines. He tells you to stay where you are and hold your phone up but then yells again to lean in closer to scan. I was trying to follow the rules of the store. He was nasty and unprofessional. I will drive the extra few miles to Shrewsbury just so I don’t have to deal with his awful attitude.

The employees at this location are true rockstars. I cannot thank Kevin enough for providing 5-star customer service from the moment I walked into the store. His professionalism and willingness to help me wrap and ship numerous fragile items came as a huge relief since I was pressed for time and had to catch a flight. It is definitely rare these days to be assisted by an employee who genuinely cares and does go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service. This UPS location is a gem!

The fellow behind the counter was very unhelpful and rude. I had a gold shipment for my boss with very specific instructions about shipment. A UPS label on the inside box to be scanned and after sealing the outside box, another UPS label. He completely REFUSED to scan both labels, only one was scanned and would not allow me to seal the outside box. Unprofessional and rude.

People always most helpful. When pieces are packed and sent, they arrive without a scratch. Have sent some fragile items and they arrive in perfect condition after the UPS people pack them. I dont live in Red Bank but have been using this store for many years. They are wonderful.

This is an rewrite of a previous review. I initially gave this business the best review possible. Since that review I have been there two times. The first time I went back the older heavyset gentleman with the gray hair literally ripped the paper out of my hand that I need to fax. I almost got a paper cut from it. At that time I told him he was rude. I went back today because I desperately needed a paper fax the same older gentleman with the gray hair initially waited on me. He disappeared in the back after the fax went through and a younger man then waited on me. He told me the charge was $3.20 to fax one piece of paper to Newark. I told him I’ve never paid over one dollar to fax anything from here this place is a complete rip off and nobody should do any business with them. I tried to be a loyal customer but they put up roadblocks to prevent that. I will never be back there again. Actually as I was waiting a lady bought two small rolls of bubble wrap and a charge of $22. I couldn’t believeAvoid this business because they are pure scam artist

Have never had a problem with this place that couldnt be fixed with communication.Today I had an error on my print job and was annoyed at the quality and at myself for not checking before leaving.I called and explained my situation, they printed out a new perfect set and were super polite about my problem. Will always come back.

The folks working there are super efficient, friendly and give suggestions for the best way to handle the package. There is another UPS store nearby but I strongly prefer this one because of the things I mentioned above.

I was in a jam at Riverview Hospital, having learned a patient was about to enter final stages and needed affairs resolved. The hospital does not provide a form Power of Attorney, so I called the closest UPS store to see if they had a form in stock. It did not, but it offered a free terminal. I drove over, and lickety-split I had immediate access to a terminal, where I populated, downloaded and printed 5 original durable powers of attorney all for $3.00. I was back bedside while the patient was conscious and competent. This place made a formidable task easy and done all within moments. Great customer concern, compassion, and service!

I shipped two silver bars in November of 2016 from the UPS store in Red Bank. They claimed my package was lost in transit. But I believe an employee of the store took them. I was only reimbursed $100 when the bars were worth several hundred. The sad part is, it took this UPS store nearly three months to partial pay me for the loss. Every week I would call and got a different excuse from Bill. I hope this helps you not make the mistake I did.

DO NOT use the White St. in Red Banks services! I shipped boxes of vacation clothes for my family from this store to FL. Bill the employee in error put someone elses labels on my boxes of clothes. I arrived in FL w/my husband & 3 children & received someone elses clothing. That woman received my clothes. I called Bill & the store owner for weeks asking & finally begging they research other shipments mailed out that day & call those customers to get back my boxes of clothes. Bill told me he does not make mistakes & suggested the hotel where we were vacationing stole my clothes. Bill even yelled at me in the store in front of customers. After several months of me ultimately begging & pleading this UPS store called the woman whose clothes I received. She had received my boxes of vacation clothes months ago but couldnt understand why she received boxes of a familys clothes & no one called to claim them. She put our boxes of clothes on her curb for garbage pick up. UPS Red Bank did not apologize for their error, did not take responsibility for their error and did not reimburse us for any of our clothes that were thrown in the garbage nor any of the new clothes we had to buy on vacation.
