If I could give zero stars I would… as soon as I entered the store they made me feel like I didn’t belong and wasn’t welcome. I was in there to purchase customized glasses and got zero help at all. The sales lady basically took it upon herself to choose what she wanted and wouldn’t listen to my opinion or preferences about the product that I was paying for. I also requested to try on a bracelet to figure out my size but was rudely interrupted as the sales lady just assumed my size and rushed me out the store. If you are looking to go to Tiffany and co definitely avoid this store and go to a different one the customer service is horrible.

I’ve purchased almost all of my tiffany & co pieces from their Red Bank, NJ location for the past 10 years, I want to say. I couldn’t have been happier. Whenever I had seen a new piece or ordered some thing, my tiffany representative Josephine was always available to assist.

Phenomenal staff and luxury experience. Very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly SAs. I have been going here for YEARS and made numerous purchases from here. Everyone is treated the same and no judginess like some other luxury stores. Between them and short hills, I prefer red bank for sure.

Awesome experience with customer service! Walk in the rear door and go to your right... Customer service is there. We walked through the front door and were greated by smiles from the entire team. Told them what we needed and they joyfully escorted us to the customer service area in the back. In this day and age of digital shopping... It was nice to know you can come here to interact with live people in person who actually want to interact with you.

They let me down, and it cost me something very precious to me. I do not recommend.I inherited a Tiffany dive watch; I took it in for full servicing, including a new battery. They told me that doing so required all seals to be replaced and assured me the watch would be under warranty to hold up underwater, at depths, again after they opened it for the servicing. So I had them service the watch. They had assured me the watch was warranted to go diving again, (I am a diver), but the one time it went down on a shallow check out dive while on vacation, the seals failed the saltwater breached the watch ruining the inner workings and the watch.Now they want $693.06 to rebuild it to repair what they said was warrantied not to happen after servicing.I wont pay them to rebuild something that was supposed to be under warranty from happening from the last time they opened it up. I can not trust they will do the work right after failing me this time. I will not do business with them again.I usually dont do many negative reviews; I just cant believe the watch is ruined now.I hope this helps others who are thinking about the investment of fine accessories, jewelry or a watch, know it will someday need servicing, you will need to depend on your shop being up to doing the necessary work properly and honoring their warranties. I hope you fair better than I did.

Terrible experience. I received a Tiffany bracelet as a gift. The bracelet needed resizing. The bracelet was purchased at a different location. I took it this red bank store to get resized. Nadine took it upon herself to return the piece just to ring it up under her own name to get the sale. That’s just wrong. Then tried to get me to pay the difference for the tax at this location when I received it as a gift !! She then explained to me that she will ship it out to get resized and it will be mailed to my house within 5-7 day. **THREE WEEKS LATER*** I finally get a call to come into the store to pick up my bracelet. I was in the city working for 2 weeks and could not get it since it was suppose to be delivered to my house like Nadine assured me. I finally made it to the store and spoke with Nadine telling her she told me it’s easiest shipping to my house in 5-7 days so that I don’t have to come back to the store.... she then tried to cover herself by saying I would’ve had to call the store and ask them to ship it to my house once they called me. NONE OF THAT WAS TOLD TO ME FROM MY FIRST VISIT THERE. i do NOT recommend this location. Very very disappointed

I had a nice buying experience but the post sale customer service does not exist. I purchased a 1400 necklace which needed resisizing. They were supposed to follow up with me during this process but its going on 3 weeks and they have not followed up with me. Im calling them to check on my order which I Still dont have. They do not value their customers just want a quick sale. Im regretting this purchase. No customer appreciation here. I CANT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I inherited a large Elsa Peretti starfish necklace in dire need of cleaning. The sales associate graciously made it beautiful again and placed it in a Tiffany blue pouch for me to take home. No charge to me. Awesome, if I could give 100 stars I would.

Great customer service skills at this location. Everyone there is extremely knoledgable and friendly. Short Hills is only 10 minutes from our house, but we travel to Red Bank location because thier service is second to none.
