We have gotten so many cakes from this incredible bakery and each one has been lovely. Whenever we are hosting a party, from birthdays to engagement parties, kids character themes to simple colors and florals - everything has been perfectly executed and delicious. It’s a tough year without our normal events so it means so much to have a quality, reliable bakery bring some joy to our family. Worth every penny!

Soo i had the most insane experiences ever...I ordered a cake to be delivered. I called and payed for cake over the phone. I get a different email stating that they can make cake a different way and it will cost more. Email also stated that to call to confirm the cake once more before they can proceed. I didnt call for them to proceed, i was annoyed. Didnt hear back from them till i get a random call on day of delivery stating they are a my house for delivery. I ignored their calls. Only to be charged twice in my bank account. When i emailed them back, she tells me a different story and something about ooh yea we charged you twice and no refunds...Just insanely shady. I got charged 2X, nor did i received any cake. thanks guys.

Third time in 3 years that Ive gone to Sugarush for my sons Birthday cake and I couldnt be happier. Theyre always up for the challenge!!! They are the best!

Amanda and her staff are WINNERS !!!!! The process of ordering > pick up of our two birthday cakes was very smooth and hassle free.Amanda produces good work, not only aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, BUT taste darn good as well.All the adults raved about how delicious the cakes were and the kids kept requesting seconds!Amanda was very professional and her products were not overpriced. Her service and products were worth every single penny.What impressed us the most was Amandas professionalism and dedication to her craft. We had a slight hiccup with our cake at the start time of party. She accept our multiple calls and was very patient with us. To put the icing on the cake /earn the reviews 5th star, she had her assistant drive almost 40 minutes to event venue to correct the issue. She ROCKS and is a BOSS❣Have an event and looking for good service and products..cupcakes and cakes and more ...definitely check her out!

The best around! We’ve used Amanda in the past for corporate events and she has never disappointed us. Our employees always walk away with a smile, amazed by her work. She is a pleasure to work, very accommodating and has the patient of a saint! I sent her a picture of a cake I was looking to recreate for a Casino Themed party and she blew us away with her final creation. And the way she decorated the cupcakes … adorable and delicious too! I can’t say enough. Can’t wait to see what she comes up with for our next party. Highly recommend!

Delicious cake and great customer service. They made a minor mistake on our sons bday cake (vanilla instead of confetti). We honestly didnt even care because hes 3 and would not know or care either but Amanda was very insistent on making us a new cake AND delivered it. You do not find customer service like this very often. Highly recommend!

Overpriced for an adequate 2 tier cake. We had another cake for 1/3 the price which was just as good from Chocolate Carousel.

This is the ‘sweetest’ (pun intended) place around. The staff is so wonderful! They have made me several vegan cupcakes and a wonderful vegan cakes for my wife’s birthday! The prices are more than fair, especially for the quality of the product. I would highly recommend sugar rush to anyone looking for a great cake! Again they even have vegan options!!!!! Amazing!

Went here last Thursday to get some cupcakes for my daughters end of the year party. Staff was very friendly and helped my daughters pick out cupcakes for their class. Even ordered some for myself.Cupcakes were moist and delicious and so was the icing.Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I attempted to order a cake for my daughters ninth birthday party. The young girls behind the counter were exceptionally rude and told us they refuse to take any more orders, even though the party was three weeks away. Additionally, I saw the girl who was touching the cupckase handling money and her cellphone, without washing her hands. I would never go there and recommend anyone to completely avoid sugar rush!

Terribly overpriced ! Went to buy a dozen pre-decorated (nothing fancy just icing and a heart decoration) Valentines day cupcakes and 4 cookies from the display case they rang it up and it came to $76.50. My jaw dropped, and I told them forget it its too much, I took my business elsewhere and paid half that for a dozen beautifully decorated cupcakes and chocolate covered strawberries.

I bake a lot myself, and I have a niece who is a baker by profession. The cake was very moist, but it lacked the taste of a homemade cake. I ordered buttercream icing...it was way too sweet for me; and, I had a difficult time deciding if there was even butter in it. When I make my icing, I am always given rave reviews. Based on the reviews and the price, I was expecting a five-star product. I was very disappointed, as were the rest of my family. Sorry to say, I will not recommend Sugar Rush or buy from there again.

OMG!!! I am lost for words. I just had one of the chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting, it was amazing! The chocolate cake was extremely moist and the frosting was delicious!!! The woman helpibg me was extremely nice and helpful. And the prices are very reasonable. I cannot find one complaint to write about.... except that I wish I had another cupcake right now.

Typically gourmet cup cakes lack in certain areas, filling, icing, moistness, etc. Sugarush is perfect! They hit it on all levels. My only place for cup cakes!

IS THIS REAL LIFE? My God, Sugarush is incredible, like a magical dessert fairytale. Its sort of like the Coldstone Creamery of cupcakeries - they have plain cupcakes ready as a canvas, & you decide what you want done to them. Stuffed with peanut butter & iced with lemon, with sprinkles & gummy bears on top? Hey, OK, Sugarush can do that.Because they dont have a bunch of flavors, like most bakeries do, it can be a bit overwhelming to step into Sugarush if you dont know what youre getting into, which leaves indecisive folks like me wide-eyed, jaws dropped, with no idea what to order. My suggestion is to check out Sugarushs Facebook page before you come in; they regularly post special cupcake creations, & they can remake almost any of them on the spot for you if you ask. Its a lot easier to say, I want those Brownie Brittle Toffee Crunch Cupcakes I saw on Facebook than to try to invent something on the spot. (By the way, those are chocolate cake stuffed with caramel, topped with Heath Bar pieces & a Toffee Brownie Brittle crumble. YUM.)Sugarush regularly takes part in local events like the RB Food & Wine Walk, & they often create special cupcakes for causes (where a portion of money spent to purchase those cupcakes goes toward a named charity, like the Trevor Project or Autism Speaks). I love a company that gives a damn about the local community & about larger causes - & Im always happy to give my money to progressive, liberal, cupcake-makers!
