A bunch of criminals - stay away from this scam of a business. While the employees in the office might be very nice, this place is run by a group of absolutely horrible people - and the people in the office just throw their hands up and say (and I quote), my hands are tied. I have received defective equipment from this place on 2 occasions (and never received working equipment). It literally did not work and I had to buy my own equipment on Amazon to replace it.The equipment fell apart 3 days after receiving it the first time, and THE SAME DAY I received it the second time. Both times, they told me I still had to pay for it or else theyd send me to collections. I got broken/ defective products from these people on two separate occasions (a year apart from each other) and they told me, well you signed a paper saying youd pay for it, so you have to pay for it. OF COURSE I SIGNED THE PAPER - I THOUGHT THE PRODUCT WAS GOING TO WORK! No offer to replace it, no offer to do literally anything. The lady on the phone agreed with me that this was no different than just stealing the money out of my wallet - I got nothing for the money! Its a total scam! They dont care if their products suck - they just care that you hand over your credit card.
SCAMMERS. I was contacted multiple times in a week by this FRAUDULENT & PREDATORY business claiming they had a shoulder immobilizer for me. I was already given a shoulder immobilizer by my doctor & did NOT need another one. I was told that in order to even pick up the shoulder immobilizer, I would need a referral- I was unable to get a referral for this shoulder immobilizer & made it very clear to them that I would not be picking it up. I had no use for another shoulder immobilizer because by this time (a month after my initial injury), my shoulder had already healed. Welp, I received a bill in the mail today for $45 FOR AN ITEM I NEVER PICKED UP. I will not be paying this & I will be going to the local MDJ tomorrow to file a small claims lawsuit against this business. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT get your medical supplies through this company.

Awful staff The ladies here are very rude. Called they hung up on me called back and while I was still talking they just put me on hold . I took a wheelchair to be fixed and received a call it was ready went to pick it up it wasn’t even touched. Then get a call that it’s not fixable, so a new one is purchased and it comes without a seatbelt. Then they said u have to ask for that if u telling me it’s the same as the one I tookIn for repair then my new one have a seatbelt. They need new staff that are respectful to customers.. this is so unacceptable
These people are thieves. For a wrist brace which the doctor gave me in the office without saying the price now sending me $100 bill which didn’t work even a full month. Shame on you.
Never had an issue, everyone has always been polite to me. When I was in need and needed a nebulizer they came and brought it to my house.
The staff that assisted me was nice, but than she told me a piece of DME that I needed wasnt covered by my insurance. I had already verified the coverage a week before I went into the store, so I 📞 my insurance company & they were like she was 100% wrong & I was eligible for 3 pieces/year for DME. So the items I need are in the mail...so check with your insurance company 1st to avoid sudden out of pocket costs. I also seen good prices on Walmart & Amazon..FYI
I have used this company twice & have had great results! I have worked mainly over the phone, with Angela. She has gone above & beyond, in meeting my needs. I have even had some medical equipment delivered at my home, when necessary. I would recommend this company.
Owner Rob sent a professional technician to adjust and repair the bed in our training room. He came out within 2 hours of our call, and had the bed running like new in a matter of minutes. This kind of exemplary customer service is so important to every business, but especially in a business where they are supporting medical equipment in peoples homes. Having a conscientious local provider like In-Home Oxygen, who is responsive and responsible-- is a real asset to the Berks County community.
Didnt think it was fair for this company to sit out on Google with 1 star. I stopped in unannounced with a list of demands and the team there was also. Charlene (hope Im spelling this right) walked me through my billing questions and got me straightened out. While she was doing that another person go my supplies ready and I was out the door. Great team of people with great personalities.
Just received a bill for the J-Brace I purchased from them after they received payment from my Insurance. The total cost from them was $161! My insurance paid $45, which seems like a reasonable price since Amazon sells similar ones for less than $60!
I would give negative stars if I could!This facility does not know the meaning of Customer Service. They will NOT go above and beyond for you as their customer. They will simply collect your money and be done with you. If you do decide to get your equipment from them, I surely hope you dont have any problems with it because you will be left with solving the issues by yourself.

Girl I just spoke to was very rude and basically hung up on me. Not willing to help me since the girl that had left me a message was off today. Very disappointed. Not a good business practice and not acceptable to treat a customer in this fashion.
Unethical! If possible avoid this company. I went to a Reading Hospital Urgent Care. Apparently Tower Health contracts with this company. I received a bill early October. I had not seen an EOB from my insurance provider. I called this shady company. They informed me they had not submitted a claim BCBS. I called BCBS, they informed me that all in network providers are contractually obligated to submit a claim to them prior to billing a patient. So back to Inhome I went. They demanded I pay them or they will ruin my credit. Now today I received another bill...still no claim was submitted by Inhome to BCBS. I will be filling a grievance with BCBS. And a compliant with BBB.
One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. From multiple billing mistakes, to flat out refusing to send supplies, its been a constant fight over the last 18 months. Forget obtaining supplies quickly, and be prepared to be told you should be better prepared. The final straw was their delay in sending equipment because of a balance on our account, a balance we had not yet received a bill for! This company forgets they are providing a service people need and that their unprofessionalism is going to cause serious harm one day.
The ladies were so helpful to me and so nice!!! I needed my cpap card read and faxed for work ASAP and they did everything. Thank you so very much ladies.
Unbelievably in incompetence, service and professionalism. Ordered colostomy bags 1 week ago, never called, never arrived. Called today and was told that they do not stock the bags that fit, any longer. They did offer to *rig* something up.For a colostomy bag?Really?Awful.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They charge outrageous prices for the same item you can get from Walmart for one fifth the cost.
Very rude. I called to ask about the bill and they interrupted me right in the middle as I was speaking. Threatened with ruining my credit report. Never doing business with them again.
It was a pleasure dealing with them. Called up to see if they had the product. 2 Days Later I went and picked it up. We were trying to get the same product from another place in the Reading area and they tried passing off what we didnt want on us twice and then said theyd order what we actually wanted. We finally gave up after three weeks and had it in two days here.

These are some rude people. I was asked why i was calling and in the middle of explaining they started talking. It was about a bill they didnt send to my insurance company due to their confusion about everything....will go elsewhere.

I called with what I thought was an emergency issue, my CPAP of 7 years suddenly broke and needed service. I cant sleep at all without it. I got a pleasant call center person who thought he could help with a rental over the weekend and repair or replace mine when business resumes on Monday. Said he had to check with the boss, Amber Campanelli. Called me back to inform me I owed the company $940 and there was nothing they could do. I informed him that I have never done business with this company and the only reason I know of them is my wife Googled for help when my CPAP broke. After all, she is the one putting up with the snoring and restlessness. Anyway, I told the rep that I bought my CPAP 7 years ago for cash from a firm in Allentown. I dont owe anyone (except the mortgage company) anything and I have an 800 credit score. I asked him to call the owner back and have her call me. After 40 minutes I called him back and he said that Amber Campanelli said there is nothing she could do for me over the weekend and I could come in on Monday. So much for 24/7 emergency care and the personal touch of an owner reaching out to a customer who probably will have to buy a new machine. Business owners who dont respond or care about customers just dont get it. This place is a ONE STAR and no more.
