Today I took my mom the Matress warehouse located in exeter and we were quickly greeted by Bob Minnich. Talk about a friendly and compassionate guy! He was amazing listening to my moms needs and what she was looking for. Bob had my mom use their best match technology which helps customers find the mattress that best fits their body type, any discomfort they have and their sleep style. After 2 minutes of being analyzed the machine gave us 4 matches for my mom. First bed she tries out was a hit! She was comfortable and was in the price range she was looking for. To top.it off it included and new box spring and free delivery! Bob was a genuine guy and we appreciated his knowledge, professionalism and overall caring about our needs. We are extremely pleased with our recent purchase! CiCi was awesome to work with and helped us pick the perfect mattress for us. Today we visited the new store in Exeter, PA because we badly needed a new mattress for us and our Daughter. CiCi was amazing! She did our bed evaluation to see what bed support we needed and we found the perfect beds! We dont have credit so she explained all our options and we went with the layaway so we can pay on it as much as we want when we want. This will be ours by Christmas all thanks to CiCi! This is a FANTASTIC place to buy a mattress! The store is brand new and fully equipped to help you purchase a mattress safety, in the time of COVID. Len was great to work with and he started our sales experience by suggesting that my wife and I try Mattress Warehouses Bed Match system, which measures several points on your body to help you pick the best mattress for your sleeping style. After 5 minutes on the Bed Match, Len got us set up with disposable covers that we could use to try out each mattress suggested for us. Once we found a style that we liked, Len also worked with us to find a mattress that was within our budget. Throughout the process, Cici was also extremely helpful and very kind to our two boys, who were also with us during our sale. After the sale, the mattress was delivered to our home in two days, within the exact time frame promised. I also called the store a few days after the mattress arrived with some questions, which Cici helped me with. Overall, we had a GREAT experience at this store and will certainly return in the future for all of our mattress needs!
