Wow, no idea about the type of work, so i cant rate them too low, but i talked to them on the phone and was treated like i was a pain in the neck. all i did was ask for an estimate on getting something cleaned.them: hello grumble grumbleme: hello, is this[cut off]him: pollack fashion outerwear? yeahget put on with someone elseme: id like to get a price on getting something cleaned.her: youd have to bring it in could i get a general estimate so i know if its worth salvaging(with their hours id have to take off work) 37-57me: ok, perfect, thanks so much.her: so can you bring it in?me: ummm.. yeah.sheesh. the tone was the worst part. it would have been a convenient place to go, but after that i decided no way. called another local place and talked to a sweet old lady that seemed happy to be at work. she said... ohh, i cant say for sure, but 12-15 dollars unless there are any major issues. ha. she could have said $70 and i would have gone there based off of her happy disposition alone.
