The job was well and efficiently done. No questions about it.The communication was simple and timely. I would have given 5 stars if not the exorbitant price. The plumber was here for about half-hour, cut out and changed the broken pipe of about a foot long.Then went to his van to figure out the price and came back in few minutes with a $325 bill. Assuming the price of the parts as $50 at the most, it is hard to imagine the price of work as $550 an hour.I have used the plumbers services a good number of times but have never paid so expensively for a relatively simple project. Unlikely to use again.

Total hack, and very rude. I just bought a home in Reading and during home inspection a leak was identified as coming from upstairs bathtub. Seller had Mark come out and investigate the leak just to have him determine it was non-existent. When I called Mark to discuss my concerns he was very rude; unnecessarily defensive and insulting towards the inspector, as well as having plenty of excuses as to why he couldnt talk with me or revisit my home to meet.End of the day we closed on the home with no resolve, and now Im stuck with a leaking bathtub dripping through the ceiling as can be seen in the pictures Ive shared on Yelp.Mark may have 20+ years in the business, but for your sanity and wallets sake, Id hire an actual expert.

5 stars all the way. It can be hard to get work done these days but Tangos guys get stuff done quickly and well. They dont subcontract anything (except painting) so their guys seem to get stuff done in 4 days that would be strung out over a few weeks with most contractors.

Great dealing with a company that told me what they would do and then they came out and did exactly what they told me they would do, not to mention they put me on their calendar with short notice . Communication was great always answered my call or returned in timely manner. Very fair price and i will be using Tango services in the near future for other projects.

I can see why this company has a five star review. Recently I was in touch with Mark Tango and he could not have been more caring and empathetic to the situation I was in. Mark offers that old time customer service that is sadly almost non existent. His prices are more then fair and he really helped me out and got me out of a jam. We had a great experience with the team at Mark Tango. Scheduling was easy and Sharon was helpful, providing some pointers on the best order to complete our projects. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. They also were very conscientious when they came to our house; it was in the middle of winter and they work slip on boot covers to prevent tracking salt and snow into the house. This wasn’t necessary or expected, but a nice touch!We’d happily work with Mark Tango in the future.

First of all, Im relatively new to living in Reading. I was unlucky enough to have an urgent blocked drain problem that hit me right on a Friday, and right before I was going to have company for the weekend! I called one place in town and left a message early, figuring Id hear back, but I never heard back from them. Before I knew it, the end of the day had arrived, and in desperation I just googled and called Mark Tangos number. Turns out he was great! It was after 5, so at first he told me all his guys had gone home for the day. But when I explained my predicament he said hed try and work something out for me. Sure enough, somebody on his team left his home on a friday evening to come help me out. And the help was great. They were cool and knew what they were doing, explaining everything along the way - with diagrams! And it was a success - they managed to sort out a rather tricky problem with a very old and problematic kind of drain. So, problem solved, all in time, without any complications, and lots of friendly service throughout. Ill definitely keep calling Mark Tango.

Mark Tangos plumbing is absolutely amazing. My found out my pipes froze this morning I called a few local plumbers before coming across Mark. All other plumbing companies had an answering service and once I finally got a call back it was a minimum 2 hour charge and no guide whatsoever.When I called Mark, he instantly provided helpful tips to try and help me resolve my problem without instantly trying to charge me. However, I ended up needing someone to come over.. Within a few hours I had someone at my house. Mark came to personally check things out since he was in the area.,. Great guy.
