It was my first time buying new furniture for an apartment I just moved into and the owner was extremely friendly and pleasant. He was very helpful as was the staff. He gave me a great deal on all of my living room furniture and I even ended up going back for my dining room furniture. Months later I’m already settled and I wanted a new piece of furniture for my dining room, after searching for over a month, I ended going back to buy it there. They treat the customers amazingly and listen to what their needs are, their recommendations are also very helpful. The delivery crew was also great and took very good care of my furniture when bringing it in. I need a new bedroom set and I’ll probably head back to get it from them too.

6 months later I still dont have a dresser to a bedroom set that I was told would be in the month after I paid in full. We finally have a bed and nightstand after 5 months. Due with a baby soon and our clothes are all still in moving boxes. Horible customer service, they tell lies after lies about when furniture will arrive, the philadelphia store doesnt answer the phone half the time. 10/10 do not recommend, you think they would offer a discount or refund part of our money after waiting 6 months.

I was welcomed like family the minuet I entered that door. I went in looking for a sofa set for my new apartment and the one lady guided me though the whole store. Checked for pricing for me and went listened to what I was looking for. The manager assisted me in so much and worked with me on my credit app. He gifted me the first payment and honestly with this whole pandemic that was so nice of him. It really touched me that he did that little jester not many will do that. I will be going back later to purchase more furniture especially for my child that will soon be in need of her own bed. Honestly best company that’s helped me. Just furniture was a disappointment and I did not go back. The manager offered to have it delivered tomorrow lol that’s how quick they work! With just furniture I had to wait 3 months to have the wrong mattress delivered and my bed panel breaking the same day. They did not care that my new bed was practically on the floor. I waited 2 weeks for my panels to arrive and an additional month for my bed. Never was I treated like family there as I was with Rotana Furniture. I highly recommend.!!! Thank you for the chocolate for my daughter she enjoyed! :)

I had a delivery today they came on time even called me 30 minutes ahead. My furniture did not fit through the steps and I loved the bedroom set but instead of them saying no we can’t they took the furniture through the window without any damage. This company has the utmost amazing customer service you can ever ask for in a company. I bought 2 bed sets for my kids and when my order came in, one of the beds were everything I asked for and more especially at the great deal I got it for and the other bed was nothing that I asked for and I was pretty upset. Not to mention I order a full and it came in a twin. At first I was highly upset but then remembered everyones human so I called the company and told them whats wrong and they had the owner call me back in 2 minutes. He came straight to my home set up the beds for me and because I didnt like the 2nd one and because it came in the wrong size exchanged it for an even better bed set for the same price and threw a box spring in for my son.! My wife and I have purchased items from Rotana Furniture multiple times but will never purchase again. Their delivery service is very poor. I original had a specific date setup for a bedroom delivery and they decided to show up several days in advance but had no contact. When the items arrived they was missing half of the bed. The delivery people stated that it is always rush...rush...rush by their boss. Now I understand mistakes happen so they did go back and get the parts and returned. However in a few days we decided to purchase a matching dresser. Neither my wife or I was contacted in advance for any delivery and they showed up with just my son home. My son is under 18 and at no point should a item be delivered unless their is an adult in the house and they need to have this on a scheduled date. My front door was damaged during the delivery process. This is very poor business practice to just show up at a customers house without having a scheduled date for delivery let alone with no adult being in the house the delivery people should have just returned another day. The delivery people damaged my front porch door and it will no longer close properly and needs to have parts replaced.

My husband and I have been shopping around for new living room furniture and have gone to quite a few places and when we walked into Rotana Furniture we were greeted by the owner and he allowed us to look without the pressure of him following us around like all the other furniture stores did to us which highly impressed us both. When we were ready to ask questions about two different sectionals we were interested in he was there to answer us and was very informative and went above and beyond to help us make the right decision for our furniture needs. This was by far the BEST shopping experience we have had shopping for our home. The merchandise is exactly what we have been searching for and to get quality furniture without feeling pressured as we were shopping is exactly what we wanted.
