Absolute terrible service or lack there of. Rip off artists at their finest. Stay away

Horrible customer service. They do not even deserve a star.

Gentleman I talked to said they dont carry parts for Carrier because they are proprietary parts. He couldnt help me unless I had all the part numbers and specs....which I did. All I needed was two capacitors and a 24 V contactor and I cant help you. Looked at the online catalog, and they did indeed have at least two parts I needed that matched specs exactly. Very dissapointed. Looked like he just didnt want to be bothered to do his job. Will be ordering from another buisness.
