Saw Lorraine for a massage. Had a lot of pain from a running injury and she worked magic! She explained each step and ensured my comfort with the level of pressure. Highly recommend!!

I really didnt know anything about CBD except it is from Hemp. Then I found out this is the healing part of the plant for disease and illness. We prefer to visit the store because we are nearby; pain cremes are great and we all love the gummy bears, they are tasty medicine for us during the day. These supplements have real science to heal our bodies from Parkinsons and various other diseases and illness. Best is to cook at home and love one another to heal. Our food has all healing powers.

The atmosphere when you walk in is so serene and inviting! They offer teas and chocolates and everyone is so nice. I love how they rescue kitties and you can play with them. Sarah the massage therapist is amazing and listens to what you need. Love this place!

I highly recommend the Massage & Yoga center. I have enjoyed a foot detox twice with Anita. Anita is very knowledgeable and creates a calming/caring atmosphere. My daughter also enjoys attending Anitas Kids yoga class!

Today was my first time visiting the center. I live in CT and I am here visiting family. I have heard awesome things about the center and decided to tried it. I have been suffering with extreme lower back and leg pain after an injury at work 15 months ago.I had the most amazing experience today and it exceeded my expectations! I came in to have my very first foot detox. Anita, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She listen to all my ailments and decided on a plan for my case. It was a very relaxing time with soothing music with a video of beautiful places, a warm cup of tea and a sample of a cbd gummy. After my foot detox I decided to have a 20 min massage done by Sarah. She gave me the best massage ever!!! She was able to loosen up all my tight spots of my back and legs. I was in so much pain and barely able to walk in for my appointment and when I was done I was able to walk out with more comfort. First off, theres a lot of things going on in this place! Upstairs is a retail store where one can purchase minerals and jewelry for healing, or just cause theyre pretty. They also have quite a number of locally made quality products, including CBD oil items (made by the owner). All the ladies who work the shop have been just as friendly as they are knowledgeable. Massage therapists are there by appointment, but Im not knowledgeable about any of that.What I *do* know about is the yoga side of the business, particularly the youth yoga. Ms Anita is fantastic with the kids and the kids love her (as do all the parents Ive spoken with). Ms Anita is very every-day-mom and if you met her in a supermarket youd never know what she did for a living. They have summer camp there, and Ms Anita also goes out does talks at senior centers and schools about things like mindfulness and meditation.

I have been coming here for years and have always had wonderful experiences! Whether it is for a massage, various classes, or products offered, the staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable. I can always trust that I will feel 10xs better after a visit here!

The energy in Massage and Yoga Center is amazing, the products they sell are awesome.I love the CBD creams the most, but they are so informative and helpful regarding any condition you may have and what product can benefit you and how to use it.Yoga is awesome here to and all the programs with singing bowls, kids programs and so much more.

Though I spend too much money when I go, ITS ALWAYS WORTH IT! I love shopping the crystal collection, the beautiful selection of essential oils, the tea/honey spot, and of course the CBD 😍. They’re always so helpful and allow my test taste teas/honeys and even CBD products! My fav treatment here is the foot detox bath and getting a quick chair massage! 😍 everyone who works there is kind and I love seeing all the cats roaming around! Makes my heart happy! Ive been to a few of the yoga events and those are always so fun too!! I could go on and on about this place, but I think you need to experience it yourself!!! It truly is amazing and my one of my favorite places 😍🥰.

I purchased a gift card for my wife a month ago, went in and the receptionist was very friendly. Called a month later because my wifes back was sore that day at work. Called and spoke with receptionist the first time, she said she would try and get same day appointment. Called and spoke with the owner Carol, both were very helpful. They got appointment for my wife the same day!!! Wife came home said it was probably the best massage shes ever had!!! Hey you cant go wrong with this place. Win win!

Been going to Carol (owner) for deep muscle massage a long time. She has helped me with sciatic issues and muscle tightness. This is the only treatment that has really helped me with these issues. Carol really knows what shes doing and she takes the time to ask what problems Im having in order to help me get back on the right track. Highly recommend !
