I emailed them to see if they stocked an item I couldnt find anywhere else, and they quickly got back to me to place an order for pickup. Pickup times were a little inconvenient, but the staff were friendly. Will definitely return when I need more material.

I’ve recently been looking for a hard to find product and the staff was extremely helpful providing me with more/better options then any other distributor I’ve dealt with. Great people and great business.

Appointment required for delivery. You MUST call DAY BEFORE to schedule an appointment. They will ask your company name and name of shipper. And appointment time will look like 8 to 12 FCFS. Why do they need an appointment? Like the dumbest Walmart DCs.To get company use 222 bus (Lancaster), Hancock, Parkside, Old wyomissing. Dont take Museum rd.Can stay overnight near company, to the left after old low bridge. Low bridge OK for dryvans. Just roll under bridge on middle line.

As a truck driver having to deal with the weather, the traffic, the elog, bringing goods from northern quebec when i was already delay at the supplier by a 3 hours waiting.it is not really easy to deal with your 9 to 12 receiving hours... so i had to wait 18 hr in your parking lot so i was very late for my next pick upso how would you like if your delivery truck would have to deal with customer receiving only 3 hours a day !!!think about that !!

Update 1/18: changing my review and rating. Company contacted me after reading my initial review. I sent two inquiries regarding stock and pricing, and they got right back to me. Will purchase here in the future.Sent the following email on 11/6/17:Hello,Do you sell directly to customers, or would I need to go through a retail location to purchase your products (specifically, plywood, lumber, etc).Thank you,Received this reply from Glenn Hollenbach on 11/7/17:We only sell cabinet grade plywood……That doesnt answer my question. But it does have me take my business elsewhere.

(9/14/21) Had to ammend previous 5-star review to 3. First I will say that we had a fantastic driver (hes sadly no longer driving). Their dispatch department is abysmal. They knew that the driver for the truck coming our way Monday called out (there was not going to be a delivery). Ok, simple... call people wholl be affected (too simple). Why am I learningo of the no show when I call to ask about when the driver will be here. Then, when Im told of the Plan B...a Tuesday truck, why not pass along the contact numbers (I provided) to the not-regular driver. I can give him the 4-1-1 on our entrance. Instead, their driver arrives, had tude, wont enter the driveway, and expects me to offload 45 sheets (plus) on a busy 4-lane highway (I dont think so). His customer service skills were sub-par. Poor communication isnt (in my experience) something new with Russell dispatch. I feel bad for the sales staff who have teammates who could care less about their customers (the source of their $$$). Dear Russell management ... get it together. In fact, call me... happy to share my experience about both driver and dispatch. Unacceptable! Oh, a side note, one of your competitors trucks (same size) delivered today ss well without any complaint.
