After checking bigger stores and being unable to find what I needed, I decided to stop by Harbor Freight to get an electric welding machine for an emergency. I got there 5 minutes before they close and they staff was super helpful and efficient. The welding machine price was affordable. I also found face masks for an excellent price. They have bilingual staff which is awesome due to the high volume of Spanish speakers in the area. I like Harbor Freight and I recommend this place.

I always enjoy shopping here. The employees are kind and helpful. They have a good knowledge of what they have and where it is located. The store is clean and well stocked. Plus it is hard to beat their prices. This is where I get most of my tools that I rarely use. This is my adult version of a candy store.

Around the same time that they stopped offering coupons, theyve been changing around the store. No more inexpensive tools, just shinier versions of the same cheap stuff for a lot more money. Its depressing that for the time being, Ill be buying my affordable tools either direct from India and China, or through Amazon.

A very clean store with generously sized aisles. Only complaint is lack of automatic doors that would make wrestling a number of large items back to the car.

Im a guy. I love tools. Harbor freight tools. I love harbor freight tools. Its a great store its got all kinds of tools I couldnt find what I was looking for but the girls help me and they brought out from their back what I needed I was all disappointed I couldnt get it for Jack because they were in recall but that wasnt the stores fault. Its actually my first time in there and I was very happy I found what I needed spent a lot of money and Im very happy and I can work on my truck.

Great place for cheap tools and when I say cheap tools there are cheap tools that are just that. Ok for a housewife to use on occasion. But they have made improvement on their tools in the last couple years they do have cheaper tools than say DeWalt and they are of a decent quality. Worth what you pay.

Out of stock items, and as a tracker member you must go on line to see sales. Book was better. They might be saving money with it on line but I hardly ever shop there anymore because of no catalog. So in long run loosing money.I wont renew membership again.

Selling tools is one thing, here the tools fly out the door, everything is easy to find because the changes done inside the store are minimal, you can choose between harbor freight tools, which are great tools, Ive been using them Pittsburgh brand for over 30 years since they were sold at Big Lots, yeap if you didnt knew that, back in the 90s, or you can buy the new addition; Icon tools if is to run an automotive business, if they dont have it, theyll order it for you... employees as always great peps 😁

The help have no clue about anything. Cashier asked if I get coupons through email I said yes. She said she tried my email and it wasnt registered, then rushed us out the door and said they are closing. As we were going out the door I was checking my phone and sure enough I had an email from Harbor Freight. I turned to tell her and she was locking the door. I wasnt very happy.

Went in to look for an impact wrench for my son to replace his brake rotors...was surprised to find how many people were working there and how little they approached customers to help them. I probably would have left with the correct tool for the job if somebody there really knew something about tools.

I mean they have what you need when you need it. They arent the best quality tools but they get the job done.

Where do I begin! I saw a sale and called in to see if they had any available since the day before my husband was told by an associate to call to make sure they got the truck b4 going in. The woman who answered the phone wouldnt check and told me I have to go in and check myself. All this during the quarantine time! I went in found what I was looking for grabbed and walked to register. Meanwhile a manager and the cashier were talking about people calling in to ask if they had different items! The manager told the cashier tell them no we dont, let them come in and check themselves I was blown away by that comment from him!. I was standing there with 8 moving blankets, heavy and slipping. The cashier looked at me and just kept talking about the callers. After what seemed like 10 minutes (Im sure it was 5 minutes) she finally said, come over. She rang me up and gave me receipt. Nothing more or nothing less! No customer service skills at all!

My favorite place to buy tools! I had to do a lot of work on my Jeep and I decided for once I was going to have all the correct tools I needed to get the job done as well as 1 or 2 that I didnt necessarily need, but it would make the job easier. I got them all at Harbor Freight and at a HUGE discount compared to if I went somewhere else.

This is the place when you dont want to spend an arm and a leg on tools. I have been there a few times and they were out of stock for the item I needed. Otherwise, it is still a great place to save a few bucks.Persnally, I dont get power tools here. I havent had much luck with the electrical items that are sold. The hand tools are great though. Cheap enough that you can break one or two and it will still be cheaper than the other stores.

If you have a quick job that needs to finished at an affordable cost, I would suggest Harbor Freight in a heart beat. They have pretty much everything you need and you wont empty out your wallet trying to complete your project. Plus they have regular sales and plenty of coupons that make an even better more affordable tool hunting experience

This was my 1st time in Harbor Freight, but it wont be my last. The young lady on the register was extremely helpful. I told her what I needed, and the quantity, and in less than 5 minutes I had exactly what I asked for. And she used a coupon that I didnt know existed, so my bill was $12 cheaper. You cant beat that for customer service!

I’ve shopped here a lot recently since I became a homeowner. Tools are perfect for what I need them for. If I was a mechanic or contractor, I’d buy at a higher end store, but for odd jobs around the house they work fine. I also enjoy always having a 20% coupon and getting a small item free. Can sometimes be tough to find an employee to help me.

Good for small accessory items, for example if you forget gloves on your way to the job site etc. I don’t buy my big ticket power tools etc here because it’s not that type of place. More the kind of stuff you’d get at a mom and pop hardware store but with a small version big box store feel.

People there are nice. Always find what I need. And always leave with more than intended. I prefer this store over others..

Like at just about every single store or outlet (even Amazon), you have to comparison shop and price out the items before you buy. Some items (just a few) are cheaper elsewhere. There are some coupons for this store that make a big difference, while others do not offer a dramatically better deal. That said, the selection in just a small area is dizzying. There are a ton of items, and they have almost everything they advertise available on the shelf. There was only one item I could not find during my last visit. Service is excellent. The employees are friendly and helpful. The quality of the merchandise varies, I imagine, but I have not yet been disappointed with anything breaking prematurely. I would give it 5 stars if I didnt have to comparison shop everything I buy to make sure it truly is a good deal. Id still recommend you check it out. Bechego
