Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Inviting atmosphere, no snobs here! Nice selection of firearms, with a wide variety of used guns. Pricing of non commission firearms fair.
This place is absolutely poor when it comes to service. They dont welcome you and hardly acknowledge your presence. Trust me take your business somewhere else, your better off. One star is generous, If I could give zero stars I would. Anyone giving more than one star is a relative.
Small and quiet. Well worth the look for what You might need.I had no trouble with my S&W 9mm. Found everything that I needed and even got extra stuff that was hard to find at other places.
This guy not only refused to help me find the gun Im looking for but also make very disrespectful comments about my law enforcement and military background when asked how I knew about the gun I want. But putting all that aside he had no knowledge about how to clean their used guns and as soon as you walk in the store you can tell that they dont take their job seriously.
I’ve been in six times. On every occasion, I’ve had to get someone’s attention to help me. The place is half the size of a gas station...No one really seemed to care that I was there. When they did, they were annoyed that I interrupted whatever they were doing.Of the 6 times I was there, I went elsewhere to purchase a firearm, 3 times. After waiting 20 mins to look at a S&W, when I was the only one there, I went to another local shop and paid $75 less for the same gun.Not sure how they keep the lights on .
I understand that you cant sell a gun for anywhere near what you bought it for but this place is insulting. Just keep your gun or sell it anywere that will give you at least half your asking price. Also, a very limited inventory. Probably because they offer people pennies on the dollar for their guns.
This isnt the most fanciest place, however it is a small local gun shop with a limited amount of pistols and rifles. They have moments where they are stocked and moments where they have nothing in there. The only reason I go back is because of the salesman behind counter not the old fool in the back. Dont sell your gun to this store you wont get half of what you paid unless youre desprate. Process of buying a gun here is faster than most places. There is a spot in MT. Penn but they come off racist and act like gun rights are just for whites! This place sees no color
DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! Avoid this place at all cost. These are the dumbest bunch I have ever dealt with. Inventory is garbage, customer service is disgusting and prices for their garbage is a joke. I have no idea how the hell theyre still opened because they do not care one bit about customers. Go anywhere, just not there.....Trust Me!!
Got a good used 45 Cal. XD like new. Will buy again from them. They know guns and they clean the guns they sell, wont blow up in ur face when you use them.
Wife and I went and she felt comfortable with the burly guy who helped her. Price was fine and didnt have to wait at other box store for 40 minutes .
Pretty plz. At the service they provide Jim is the best person to deal wit he gives respectful conversation and is a straight up guy
Bought some handguns from a friend; took them here to be transferred and he soaked me with a $45 fee each ! Most places are 25-30 dollars. Were going to go somewhere else (Cabelas is $25) but the seller was tired and did not want to go to the store I usually deal with. Stay away from this place, it left me feeling like I got ripped off and you probably will feel this way too if you go there. Do not have a problem with a dealer trying to make some money, but this type of attitude means no repeat business in my book. I have dealt with dealers like this in the past and they ALWAYS eventually go out of business due to bad word of mouth..........
Great people to work with. Very knowledgeable. Always a smooth transaction.
Sold me the wrong product despite brining in my weapon and showing them
This place has an extremely small selection of pistols and a mediocre selection of rifles. They seem overpriced and I’m from California. I don’t see why anyone would waste the time here.
Great Lil shop got my first glock from here prices was great and they where very helpful as well always a pleasure to go to
Okay place. Good service but limited selection and low trade values
Can’t say I’m impressed kind of dry on guns nothing but old shotguns and revolvers some newer semi auto handguns but the prices are no good for instance a Taurus G2c I got online for $220 new they had the old version the Taurus millennium for like almost near 300 or something like that coolest thing in the shop was some war firearms and files in my honest opinion not a huge selection
Ive been their twice once with my son and once I went to trade in a handgun the first time they act like I was suppose to just give it to them, I went to cabelas and got 400.00 on it they wanted to give me 100.00 and my son went there to do paper work on a trade in that he bought anew they over charged him 10.00 but the other Shop was closed on Exeter. Never again they are very unique professional at there job for being a small business they should be more polite... I rather go to cabelas or elabeth town ship Throp gun Shop very nice and helpful..
More of a memorabilia store then a gun shop. Terribly small selection in the pistol department. Asked if i could handle 2 ars on the shelf so i could see the optics. The guys there were hesitant to let me put my hands on them.
I had the worst experience there everytime I call for help to have my paper work I left there he nevers bothers to look not helpful at all bad business hes rude disrespectful and never does he job and always tells me to call back a other day when there still open for a other 4 5 hours. He needs to learn how to run a business
Unbeatable prices friendly service very informative
Felt like I was wasting their time. Went in to get info on trade-ins and try to find a lever action rifle I want to buy. I tried asking a few questions about the brands, Henry vs Marlin, and the attitude and arrogance I felt in return makes me want to go to Cabelas instead. As much as I want to support small gun shops, I will never go back to Gun Traders.
Bought two revolvers in the last 2 years . I like the shop . If your new to shooting / firearms they can help BUT if your pants are sagging down your azz and you ask something stupid like I want a Chrome gun like my friend has your gonna get attitude . I stop and browse about every 4 months just to see whats traded in .
Transfer fee is outrageous. Highest I’ve ever paid.
The owner is the rudest son of a ******** I have ever met. I will never go back or purchase anything from there!
Called to ask about fixing my front sight that was loose, he never heard of Honor Defense handguns so he said send it back to the manufacturer.
