Excellent location for delicious Family Meals. Fast, efficient, and courteous service. It has an awesome atmosphere. Ambience reminds me of Colorado Springs area.
Some days the food here is decent and sometimes the employees wont even take your order unless you get there attention but other days the food is great and my order gets taken right away idk why its like that I guess it just depends whos working that day

This place was one of favorite just for there French toast.....anytime I order anything else the food is not good....I keep the same order because I dont like to waste my time or money. My son came with me and he order a BLT with no tomatoes and the order CAME back with them and he is allergic to tomatoes and the lettuce was no fresh AT ALL.The boss was very disrespectful I didnt even eat there... mind you I spend my money there at least 2 to 3 time a week ordering the same order. I always hear her disrespecting her employees but a customer THATS IS HORRIBLE!!!!!

We LOVE Queen City! The staff is friendly and professional. Ask for Veronica, shes our favorite! Great place to being our young son, they are patient and have dealt with many of his spills! The new July 2018 is awesome. Had the open face breakfast sandwich. Perfect for a hot summer day!A great, family-owned, well-run place. This place is amazing! I usually eat breakfast here at any time of day really and its wonderful. People are friendly and the food tastes amazing. Ive never done dinner so cant say much on that but if youre ever around Queen City I truly recommend it.

I must say, been going here for over 20 years, my kids now adults and gone from home still love this place, went there today after a while not being there and my platter (Hungry man), was still amazing and yummy. Eggs over light perfect, hash browns perfect, the ham, sausage just on point.. Last but not least the French toast was just perfect!!... Waitress seemed new or shy, but job well done, and price still where it has been. Keep up the great work QC... Yummy food!!...
Im hoping it was just a bad day and I hate to give a 2 star review. The restaurant wasnt busy. Service was poor and the food was not the quality I had experienced pre-coronavirus. The restaurant was very clean.

Was just in here treated wonderfully well with my 6 year old niece. As I was paying and On my way out, a white lady in her 40s went up to counter telling the staff that they shouldn’t speak Spanish. The way the staff kept their cool was AMAZING. Five stars for treating a racist bigot with respect.

Another early morning breakfast run after work. I got my usual, eggs, turkey sausage, toast, home fries and French toast. That French toast was banging 👌🏿 and I love those home fries too!! But honestly, they need to renovate that joint. That place needs a new look 😆

I was going to recommend this place until I checked my bank account and found that my nice brand new card (never been used except here) information was stolen. I called to try and speak with the manager, and they claimed a person with my name wasn’t on record. When I mentioned a receipt they became even more rude, unprofessional, and argumentative telling me not to contact them again. 0/10 stars.It was pretty decent and I left a nice tip as did my friend, and in return my information was stolen. I will not go back. I will make sure my friends don’t go back. I will make sure I tell as many people as I can to not go here because while the environment seems friendly they have a horrible person within their staff who thinks being selfish and stealing money from a pay customer is okay. Their manager won’t help either.

Loved this place in college for its round the clock breakfast food. It still holds up in the daytime too. Plus they still offer classic veggie burgers in this Impossible Foods takeover.
This 5 star is 90% customer service, Joshua was awesome and very personable and makes some crazy birthday cake brownie ice cream things. Will return, food is diner food. Who doesn’t love that once in awhile! Thanks for everything !!
This place has very friendly staff. They have always been very kind, positive, and helpful. Its located right off of highway 422. They have good food and good prices. They have a good salad bar with take out if you wanted. Feels a lot like a diner. The breakfasts are delicious, they have public restrooms, the place is kid friendly. They have vegetarian options, low-carb options, and a lot of variety of foods.
Very good food at very reasonable prices. They even serve grits. The service is excellent. The servers and hostesses are very friendly.
The owner does a lot of good for the community, which is one reason to patronize them. Their service was not so good this time. The charged $2.99 for pita with m Greek salad, which they took off the bill when I showed it to the cashier.I have been eating at this restaurant for more than 60 years, and change is inevitable. Look to the good he owner does and hope that service will improve over time.

History of this restaurant goes back maybe half of a century or more. Formerly known as Moores Diner. 24/7 breakfast lunch or dinner very down friendly type super service I gave them five for the last 50 years

Great breakfasts at good price. Wait staff is very friendly and Ive never had an issue with service. They have a small salad bar with soup available during lunch and dinner. Had sandwiches for lunch and they were fine. Owner is very good for community doing lots of community outreach.
Food and service was great. But upon entering we told the manager about some chicken fingers and french fries that were that had been dropped at the door. I assumed she didnt know. But she said yeah i saw that. When we left the garbage was still laying in the entry way. It took away from the experience somewhat.

Great true diner when you are missing jersey. Open 24 hours, always serves great breakfast and coffee. Great service, great location, great food. Go an enjoy some pancackes at 11pm :-)

Great place in Reading. Went to breakfast there with a member of Fightin Phillies... Service was excellent, no pressure just nice and considerate. Our meals were delivered quickly and without mistake. High quality as well as quantity. You can get grits here...not normally found in places not in the south😉For big breakfast eaters....this is the place, you wont go away hungry or unhappy.Price to value excellent, good food, good people, good place⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place has improved much since our last visit years ago. Food was average, but the service was friendly even though we were coming from a paint job in our work clothes. New tables outside and cell phone charging at the tables is convenient.
Stopped for breakfast on a Sunday. Food was std diner fare but service was particularly bad. Table on either side seated after and served before us. Waitress walked right past us with coffee pot several times. It took 45 min to get meal. Unacceptable.

What I have a problem with is the owner/manager? humiliating the female workers in front of customers. Im sure theres an office at this restaurant. Be a professional and discuss business in your office and not out in the open. I dont care what your reason is but making a young girl cry in front of customers is classless, unprofessional, and mean. Check please...

Service was great. Food was good but only 4 stars because they dont have much to choose if you have special dietary needs or are health conscious about what you eat. Please add some diabetic friendly choices and Ill gladly add that 5th star.
Came in from Texas to visit family. Our trip to the restaurant has been one of our highlights. Great food and awesome staff. Had a blast meeting the staff. They brought my Uncle a piece of birthday cake. It was great to find good ole southern type hospitality in Pennsylvania. Everyone should eat here!

The deserts were old and dry. They couldnt tell us what nuts were used in the banana nut muffins! My daughter is allergic to pecans so she asked and the cook didnt know! Thats just very poor customer service and possibly a trip to the hospital with the serving staff and cooking staff not knowing whats in their food! Our server kept forgetting one of our dinner partys choices. Just very poor all the way around.

The food I order fried shrimp was so hard you can knock someone out. I told the host, the reply was that how the cook it. I responded no that not the way it cook. So the other host reorder me fried shrimp it was cook outside golden brown but the inside was still gray and raw. That was my first time and will be the last going there. Warning make sure the food cook correctly.

Very fresh salad. The fish and chips was my order. Not a fan of battered deep fried cod but it wasnt oily or greasy.
The waitress was great. The hostess needs to be replaced. The cashier must be new, she didnt know how to cash out.I got ONE pancake & bacon. They came out lukewarm. The pancake was more like a hockey puck. I had to use the butter knife that didnt even cut the pancake. It was a hard mess. When I sent it back, I assumed it would be removed from the bill. They did AFTER I asked why was it still on my bill but even then, it was like there was an issue?????Nonetheless, unless Im being treated, I wont be coming back.I hate wasting my hard earned money
